The staff at this hotel are sensational. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is everything you ever needed. From the moment you check in, until the moment you leave, you will want for nothing. We stayed in a superior sea view room, which is a bit more expensive. The furnishings are newer and the view was spectacular. We will definitely be back at this hotel! The animation team is amazing and so full of energy. They bound around guests and make them happy without being too much in their face or bothering anyone. The only tiny suggestion I would make would be to make the entertainment schedule on a 2 week basis. Most people stay at least 10 days, up to 2 weeks meaning they see the same shows if they are there longer than 1 week. The shows themselves are excellent and designed for optimum guest entertainment, made even better by the animation team. Just a small suggestion to add a bit more variety.

Absolutely nothing.

The room was clean, spacious and air-conditioned with an extraordinary sea view and a terrace. Different restaurants are offered (Continental, Mediterranean, Egyptian). The cuisine is of high quality and plentifull. It is also possible to eat and drink during the day at the restaurant on the beach (we recommend the all-inclusive version, which is good value for money). The entertainment offered was of high quality and the beach is located just in front of the hotel. Everything is done for everyone to have a great holiday. The Sunrise Hiliday Resort offers various additional services (travel agency, diving center, etc.). We used the services of the hotel's travel agency ("Ali Baba" agency) to get to Luxor and for the airport/hotel shuttle. The organization is flexible and of high quality and you just have to plan your trip from one day to the next. Everything was perfect.

The snacks was so good too This place shows how great management team are working so good to make this place special The room view was from heaven This is my first trip i feel like extending my stay 1 more day. The beach is so good, also having 2 options of swimming by the open sea or a shore was really good ( great place for snorkling )

we liked everything. The hotel is clean, the staff is polite, attentive and smiling. All rooms have an exceptional sea view with the sunrise. It was my husband’s birthday so we got a room upgrade which was a nice gesture. the food variety is good for breakfast and dinner, food is very tasty. all-inclusive includes free drinks, alcoholic, coffee, water all day. One free dinner at Elia restaurant during the stay is nice, but we preferred the food at the buffet. the beach is outstanding and split to 2 areas, a small beach where you can relax, watch some small fish through the crystal clear water. The other part is like a jetty, where you can swim/snorkel and watch amazing fish, corals and sea turtles! You don’t even need to snorkel, we could see the fish and sea turtles just by standing at the ladder and watching from above, that’s how clear the water was. We always enjoy our stay at sunrise chains, but this one is really exceptional.

there is no parking

Property was a nice change of pace from Egypt. beautiful and comfortable rooms. beautiful view. food was amazing. the cove and pool are the perfect size. Adults only NO CHILDREN!!! Everything was included. even after checkout they let us stay and keep using the all inclusive and gave us a free shower room before our flight. we definitely want to go back!

The guy who worked at the 4th floor bar inside was rude to us every time we were there. Extreme attitude, actually mocked me once and was no nice at all. Other than him all staff was fun and amazing.

- Customer Service on reception was the only disappointing part; air con broke in the room and reported three times before it was fixed - broke again that same evening. When I checked out, I mentioned the air con as the only reason I was unhappy and the gentleman didn’t even apologise for this.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Excellent range of food options including varied menu each day and wide meal-time windows. Private lagoon, swimming pool and jacuzzi/infinity pool which were all clean and not overcrowded. Plenty of other options to entertain yourselves including table tennis, pool tables, volleyball sessions, zumba, yoga, and more! Easy to book activities through the hotel, although they can be more expensive than booking online. Decent evening entertainment, with particular special mention to the fantastic circus show.

In general the music played by the pool and for the evening entertainment was louder than necessary. We had a really nice room which overlooked the pool and the sea, the trade off being that on nights where we needed an early night to get up for activities the next day we needed to use earplugs. However, there was an 11pm cut off each night so this wasn't a huge problem.

service was exceptional, staff were very attentive, food was delicious with a great variety to suit all tastes. beach was stunning, room was very comfortable and clean. plenty of choice to do activities around the area or day trips to Luxor and Cairo which was also fantastic. fantastic value for money!

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff! They are always in a great mood, smiling - I know that's their job, but they are doing really good! One day I was in a really bad mood because something bad had happend to me, and the guy in the receptions has made my day with his big smile and nice words. Maybe he think he didn't do much, but it means a lot to me, thanks a for that :) Also I have to mention Ahmed - the guy who was cleanig my room, he really have a pure soul. He took care of me, I felt like I was guest in his own house. But also all waiters, cooks (and chefs) in the restaurant, animateur as well, working really hard to please all guests. I hope that all main managers reading this reviews to let them know how good staff they have and I believe they treat them well! About the other things, I liked the view from my balcony, comsmetic products which hotel provided, smells really good. Food was fine, you have a lot of options and for sure you will be able to find something what do you like. Pool and beach area are nice too. In overall I'm really satisfied with this hotel and I'd recommend it to everyone! Well done to the staff again!

Only reason I gave 9/10 intead of 10/10, juding by hotel conditon, it looks more like (average) 4* hotel. I mean the rooms and everything was nice, but dosen't have that 5* atmosphere. But it's not a big deal, it's just about the details. But again the hotel is worth of money, the best staff ever, so you won't be sorry for sure :)

Everything was fine - really helpful staff.

Food and service was great! But, it’s an all-inclusive in Egypt: like in many others, the included “alcoholic” beverages are second class. One might even doubt, if they actually contain any alcohol. (Wine bottles without markings, a beer brand you don’t find anywhere else). Against a fee you can buy real brands. Also, they are quite pushy about you giving a review - which probably pushes the average rating higher. Nevertheless, easily recommendable hotel.
