Second time by Palm Royal, which developed even since 2021. Really nice staff, especially Marua with kindness and Hakim with help. WIFI is much better compared to our last stay. Food excellent, clean rooms, there were some renovation in process, but well organised, no brother. I can only recommend it to anyone!

Absolutely amazing resort! The ocean is crystal clear and brilliant for swimming and snorkeling. Staff are super attentive and makes the all inclusive element really worth its money. The food is so tasty and so much care and detail goes into ensuring everything is 5* quality. No shortage of places to eat and drink, and we never found ourselves searching for food or drink. The pianist in the evening is incredible and brings a really classy aura to place. The pool is really clean and the loungers are very comfy with good shade available. The cleaners do such an amazing job at this resort, groundskeepers also keep the area immaculate.

The laundry we found to be quite overpriced (e.g. approx. $1.50 per item of underwear) so we decided not to do it. A map would be useful upon arrival so that you can find all the facilities. We were still discovering areas after 6 days. A wonderful cleaner was pushed around by a couple of managers at the bar sometimes, it really upset me to see some 'bully' culture in staffing and is inappropriate.

Tranquillity. The royal palms. The service(Hakim and also the others at the desk were always gentle). The food was good (a bit ripetitive). The sun bed and all the area. The wellness and the gym. The best place in this area .. I walk a bit south of this hotel and I can say that the beach/sunbed area is really the best, very relaxing and a lot of space between the umbrellas. I also really appreciate the airport shuttle service.

The open area but only around the pool... is cement and nothing else BUT the green and the garden that are between the pool area and the beach area I really really really appreciated. The bar close to the sun bed is quite poor. The wellness floor is very slippering and the relaxing zone is not very relaxing ... it sholud be separate from the sauna and the Turkish bath... and with more beds

Since arrived we felt nice first with Mr Zaki in reception with his nice smile telling everything about the hotel, Mr George the manager upgrated our room when he knows that i wanted the best to my boys and solved all problems in nice matter and smile. We decide to stay 4 days but we extended as view was marvellous, staff was wonderful specially ) 😊😊Mr Abo Raslan and Mr Bishoy who made a very nice programme for entertainment really it was nicccccce trip and sooonly i will try to come again and again with family and friends. I dont want to forget Mr ihab the driver, Mr Sami the guide Miss Marwa and Miss Hind and the musician Mr Mohamed Alagmi🌹🌹

I am enjoying and having a great time here. The managers and services, the beautiful locations and all the different activities like the beach, wellness area and shisha corner are so nice and comfortable! Special thanks to Mr Kannan for your support and management in every situation! The dinner was also very special and the workers are so lovely and professional. Thank you Mr. Badr Korny and thank you Mrs. Hend Mohamed, you always had positive energy and a good service! The lobby was also offering very delicious coffee, very lovely! It was my first time at this hotel and it was absolutely great time and I liked everything: hotel staff, premises, room, beach area, very good food and variety (no stomach problems!) I have selected hotel due to proximity to Surfmotion Kite/Windsurf Station (200m next to hotel) and would definitely choose this hotel again. During my stay while kitesurfing I sprained my ankle - hotel service picked me up at the station and I had a doctor look at my foot - this is one of the advantage of the hotel, because they have integrated clinic on site with doctor available 24/7 which was extremely helpful in my case. Rooms a little older already, but clean and tidy, great views also! Additional benefits which were part of my "Club" room rate are also super - very nice exclusive breakfast terrace, airport pickup etc. Big thanks to the hotel management and stuff for everything!

Some guests would not wear masks when getting food at the buffet... But this is the only thing to mention, really.

The staff is very helpful, it is a large resort with many recreational opportunities. The food selection is excellent.

The process of charging the room and identifying it is a bit cumbersome, it would be nice to use a scanning system and write the room number on the wristbands. During check-in, I missed additional information, such as the map, the daily menu of the main restaurant, the opening hours of the external restaurants, and program reservation options. Which we figured out later. I recommend several large vertical projectors what can be use also for advertisment. It would be important to make international classic cocktails according to the official recipes, because that’s what guest looking for when they order one.

Food could have been slightly better

Really enjoyed our stay in Palm Royale. Huge green area. Beach is perfect, not a problem to find free place at all though some guests like to "reserve" a place without actually being there. Sea is clean and transparent, there's also a tiny reef with fish around - definitely not something great but at least something. Reception team made our life much easier helping to resolve all issues. Special thanks to Khakeem - pleasure to have support of such professional manager. Airport pickup is very convenient, don't need to bother about it at all. Food is delicious - lot of meat, chicken, salads, sweets, vegetables and fruits. Though i would mention seafood is almost missing - only 1 type of fish always present, and sometimes smth like "rice with calamari"... Family room is big enough, A/C worked well (no noise). Beds are perfectly comfortable.

Some people think it's ok to have a "drink party" outside of their room till after midnight, creating serious noise affecting guests who live nearby. Security team need to address such problems. Room furniture is a bit old Would be nice tp have more seafood sometimes

Free upgrade to a luxury suite (honeymoon) with exquisite view. Food is very delicious and huge variety. Lots of watersports to choose from. The hotel really has it all

The quality of cocktails was disappointing. I understand that it can't be the best cocktails in all of its bars, but come on at least the lobby bar should be real authentic cocktails from proper ingredients. Unfortunately even the lobby bar's cocktails were less than average made from local drinks. Other than this however, everything was extraordinary
