Peaceful hassle free resort. Quality food

Good facility with great variety of pools (not heated). Liked the entertainment program in the evening which changed every day. Rooms are large and were very clean and the food was great which was different every day.

Wifi was only in certain areas - poor in the room or not available. Be aware as a male solo traveler that you won't receive any attention from the waiters even when they are not busy they did not ask for drinks or did not remove the used plates.

Hotel complex is rather smaller, ideal for a peaceful family vacation. Evening programs are limited, access to the sea is via a "sister's" hotel across the promenade. Staff is nice and polite (only some animators asked for online references although we didn't attend their programs). Food is good and swimming pools are nice (one was heated during the autumn season which was much appreciated). Evening walks at Mamsha promenade were amazing! I would recommend this hotel to the people who like staying at the swimming pool rather than spend the time directly at the seaside (which was our case in autumn) and for those who do not expect a rich evening program.

The staff here really made our stay what it was. They are so friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make our holiday memorable. From the cleaner who took the effort every day to create decorations using towels to a cake being gifted for my partner's birthday. The hotel itself is spotless and is a short walk to the beach which has it's own designated area which was a peaceful retreat.

There's not much to complain about, perhaps the food. I ended up with stomach cramps but I cannot for sure say it was the food in the hotel that caused this.

I have been many times in Hurgada, but this time it was (different) , what a wonderful staff ,they were so professional, trying to help as much as they can , trying to give you a time to remember Thanks a lot to Mr.Joseph William who made our stay so special , and the amazing talented chef Mr. Tobba for the wonderful tasty food that he prepared in every single meal & Mr Abdalrahman who didn't let us need anything in dinning time. Thanks to Mr. Ahmed youssef & Mr. Mostafa arsan and all the hotel staff for giving us such a great vacation and hope to see you soon . Thanks

Outstanding Stay with a professional staff The receptionists were smiling , helpful and supportive specially Mr Ahmed Youssef The food was great with smiley faces during serving us and a real thanks to Mr. Joseph The staff in the Italian restaurant are really nice and helpful specially Mr. Ali and Mohamed and makes our dinner amazing with a high quality The room is clean and modern with a nice pool view The internet was good specially at the lobby area The beach is really unbelievable sandy with a nice snacks The air conditioning was great

The animation team needs improvement and the entertainment program was poor and it is suitable for relaxing and brainstorming It’s only one Italian restaurant for dinner and needs more variety for others options The water provided in all the bars at glasses not a sealed bottle

The staff was so helpful, cooperative and supportive. The room was clean, comfy and cheerful. The Breakfast, lunch and dinner were very good and tasty with reasonable food variety. I want to send my special Thanks and appreciation to “Mr. Karim” for his amazing dedication and the tremendous exerted efforts to gain all guests satisfaction. He always insists on securing all the facilities, solution and full care to ensure a Cousy stay for all guests, also Mr. Amr was so caring as well. I need to extend my thanks to each of the welcoming staff in names Ali, Abdel Nasser, Mohammed from beach and Mohamed from house keeping they were all amazing and all the reception bar team.

The animation team need to exert some efforts and care to ensure Guests entertainment.

I loved everything! Very nice and calm hotel!Staff is absolutely AMAZING! They spoilt us totally! A special thanks to Frontdesk manager Mohamed Said who made our stay extra special! This lovely hotel is perfect for couples who want a calm and lovley stay and for people with small children. Food is good but the really fantastic thing is the pastry! The pastry chef is making fantastic chocolate cakes that is melting in the mouth! Very very high quality of chocolate! I can't brag enough about this hotel! 👑🌞

Food was a bit boring sometimes especially at lunch. I wish the food kept the same HIGH quality as the pastry. The check in takes a little bit too long.

Very clean hotel, comfortable, staff were very proffesional, everyone was kind. The food was really amazing, for 4 star hotel, it was much better than we expected. Room was very spacious, comprtable, cleaned everyday, everything is new and high quality. Located on the walk area called Memsha which is good.

Beach was very limited and hotel area is only left side which is small part of the beach and you feel little bit isolated, sea was not very clean, but beach was clean. There is no music on the beach and no animation on the beach. Animation staff was very good but the general animation in the hotel was not meeting our expectations, it was not fun enough. Sea is 7 minutes walk from hotel.
