The hotel is in a perfect location! Impressive design. Unquestionable cleanliness, and the cleaning staff are just like little bees! The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. The staff is beyond praise — from the doormen and administrators to the beach workers. The food is impeccable and varied. The waiters and bartenders are absolute professionals in their field! Special thanks to the entertainment team — Mido and Anastasía! I haven't seen such professional and creative people in any other hotel. They are the gems of the vacation! Quiet quality rest or fun sports and activities — it's your choice. Excellent holidays and my birthday! I will definitely return! Thank you to all the staff!

Very nice and clean resort. Staff is always friendly and very willing to solve our requirements. Excellent service, excellent food anytime. Late breakfast is very good idea 😉.... Special thanks to Nadir from beauty saloon, he makes a good job, thanks to Sami from Blue Marine restaurant....and thanks to all people which make very good job. The oriental market and Mosque so near to the resort is like coming trom the old Oriental Fairy Tale.... Shortly: AMAZING!

The beach could be cleaning better. Shortly: needs to remove the garbage coming from the Sea and from Russians....

We would like to praise the neatness and appearance of the green areas and flowers. Also for the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the room cleaning staff. All the hotel staff are professional and always available with a smile and not intrusive. The food is varied and excellent. The hotel is in the best location right next to the Old Market. The beach is excellent and protected from the cold winter wind.

There was construction work nearby. The noise was from 8am to 5pm. Since we weren't in the room at that time, it didn't bother us. Although they treated the garden against mosquitoes every evening, there were sometimes mosquitoes in the room as soon as the balcony door was left open. Advice to the management, some anti mosquito product in the rooms would be a good solution to this problem.

Hospitality was amazing, welcoming from concierge Issac to reception staff, Mr.Abanoub and Farouq was very helpful. Then house keeper Ahmed montaser. Food variety with very good quality food 👌 Plus Animation staff and them activities every day and night shows are excellent. Thanks to service from gerges and hana and ahmed and abd.elmassih. Sandy Beach is perfect .

I cannot recommend this hotel enough, evidence of which is that it was my fourth stay this year ! This hotel is just a different world in itself, from the moment you walk in, you feel an atmosphere of total relaxation and calm. All of the staff, without exception, provide a very high level of service throughout the hotel at all stations (all F&B outlets, reception, housekeeping) always with a smile and a good word. I worked in the past in the hotel industry, and am particularly appreciative of the impeccable service level provided by Iberotel staff and management. I know it is not a simple task to maintain such a constant high level, but you are definitely doing something right and succeeding in doing precisely that. Thank you to all the team from a very satisfied guest. Keep up the good work, it is highly appreciated !!

The staff are so friendly, Muhammed Ali the barman, Islam Ramadan and Romani are the beat! We were a group of 12 people and we felt like home. The food is so delicious although we were a bit suspicious about it but it was perfect. The property is always clean. The property beach is so nice as well. The pool is small and I think it’d be better if the bar is directly at the pool so we dont have to exit the pool to get a drink, but in total, me and my friends will be back for sure.

Maybe that the pool bar is not directly at the pool and we need to get out of the pool to get a drink.

2nd visit here and we absolutely love it. Staff are so happy & friendly, they cannot do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. The pool areas are lovely, admittedly this year almost all decent sun beds were gone by 7-7.30 but no fault of management think it’s just what people do nowadays, although helpful staff will always make a plan for you be it on the beach or by the pool. Food & drinks were plentiful and something for everyone. The 2 restaurants that you can book both part of the all inclusive were exceptional. Our rooms were great, comfortable, spacious & cleaned daily. All in all a wonderful relaxing time, we will definitely be returning for a 3rd visit

Everything is perfect! The staff is lovely. Especially the kind and generous cleaner Mohamed Abdul Fatah. Sami the manager of the restaurant is an amazing person. He made our stay comfortable and we didn’t need to worry about anything. We enjoyed eating in the restaurant, we got everything we asked for and all the persons are really kind and helpful. Mohammad Ali the boy who serves the drink is an absolute sweetheart, he works all day but smile every single time. But everyone was perfect, the entertainment and hygiene was top. I have not been in such a good hotel. We were 5 person, and all 5 persons were happy. At the and of the stay we got breakfast meal packets, and they guided us out. Whenever we went out they asked for our room number, to make sure that we return safely. This hotel provided everything, safety, hygiene, good food, good people like Mohamed Abdul Fatah and everything else.

As a couple it’s our first time in Egypt. We spent 9 nights at this Hotel. Room #4211 Location: Very good 9/10, The hotel is located very close to the old town, walking distance to the old market, grand mosque, groceries, fixed price markets, cafes, restaurants, gift shops. 20 min. away from airport and 3 min. by drive to marina (for Ras Mohammed trip). Check-in & out: Easy and smooth 10/10. They offered welcome drink as well. Personnel: Overall very kind and helpful 10/10. Don’t forget to tip small amounts. Room: Room is quite large, furniture is although old, ok and comfortable. Relaxed balcony/terrace. However, like common spaces the rooms also need some refurbishments. Basic toiletries including slippers are available and others are provided upon request. A/C works very well. Daily cleaning was good. WC/shower area is ok too. The surrounding area was very silent. Good sleep quality, bed, pillow, quilt, and mattress 8/10. Daily water supply is available. Minibar items and snacks are extra, not free. Everyday new beach towels are provided between 5 – 7 pm. Beach: Facilities and settlement 10/10 Animation: There are different animation activities across the hotel area, sometimes different activities simultaneously running. We had fun. Billiard, table tennis, table football are and sports bar 10/10 Wi-Fi: 10/10 Security: 10/10 Overall hygiene: 9/10 Overall: Our experience was 9/10 and we will consider staying in this hotel again on our future trips. Plus, thanks for the late dinner they offered in our room after our late check-in.

Common spaces: 8/10, Hotel needs some refurbishment. Fitness center must be improved. Meals: There is room for improvement but ok considering local standards. We always find something to eat. 7/10 Sea: Be aware of purple jellyfish booming in March – April season, although they are harmless and beach guys constantly removing them from the shore.
