I cannot recommend this hotel enough, evidence of which is that it was my fourth stay this year ! This hotel is just a different world in itself, from the moment you walk in, you feel an atmosphere of total relaxation and calm. All of the staff, without exception, provide a very high level of service throughout the hotel at all stations (all F&B outlets, reception, housekeeping) always with a smile and a good word. I worked in the past in the hotel industry, and am particularly appreciative of the impeccable service level provided by Iberotel staff and management. I know it is not a simple task to maintain such a constant high level, but you are definitely doing something right and succeeding in doing precisely that. Thank you to all the team from a very satisfied guest. Keep up the good work, it is highly appreciated !!

Its location in the region is close to the airport and right next to old town. Sea was perfect. The beach is very clean. While I was swimming, I saw a staff clean the sunbeds from the sand. on the one hand, they were washing the sunbeds. this is something that is not available in most places and it was clear that they loved their job and that they had not done their job sloppy. They kept the beach incredibly clean. The hotel is very secure, they noticed the car I rented and immediately took a copy of the car license. This is a very important detail. Special thanks to Muhammed and Walid, front desk staff, for their all interest. All the staff are nice,smiling and helpful, and it seems that they do this from the heart. I would especially like to thank the housekeeping staff, when they saw you in the corridor, they asked if we needed anything. It seems that the hotel management has embraced the hospitality business. I would like to thank Mr. Tarek Sanad, the general manager of the hotel, for his kind fine letter. Thank you to the whole hotel team for making our holiday beautiful.

Location is very good, food, beach, service

I did not like reception when arrived as they gave me worst room in resort. However, Mr. Salem Hamdy listened to our complaints & moved us to excellent room & allow us for late check out for free. Thank you Salem as you made our 25th Anniversary perfect. I do recommend the hotel - We loved the beach, restaurants, & old city nearby. I should thank other staff for very good service Karim, Zeyad, & Mohammed.

Friendly staff, great sandy beach. Small but good buffet. Excellent enviromental choices such as beach towels, shower gels and etc.

Due to big influx of russian tourist the staff automaticaly assumes you are Russian as well, which is annoying. The whole hotel was bit uderstaffed which was apperant in the restaurant and bars.

The property extremely clean, even every evening the host was leveling the sand at the beach. The food was good, rooms were well maintained, refurbishment wasn’t old, bed is really comfy. The location is just amazing, infront of the hotel there is old market, the perfect for the walk and to do small shopping, u need to experience it as it brings u such nice and authentic feelings. The staff, starting from reception and animation group was perfect. So literally they r not giving to get bored. The entire day there are some games at the sea side, Pilates, yoga, aqua aerobics, the music. and the good point, that if you would like to lie down in peace and silence you just need to go to the corner of the beach, I mean it’s all so well thought-out that whatever you want to chill with music on u can, whatever u wanna have some rest u can. The food, there is lots of variation of food on daily basis, so even with special food taste I could find something really nice to eat. The huge big plus that property has the sand beach, as when it’s get really hot, trust me it’s difficult to walk on the pier till u can swim, so that what I loved most. The boat which get u straight to the coral side (it takes 5 min literally) schedules on every hour so it’s very comfortable. I would have definitely come back once again. Well done Iberotel!

As I had all inclusive package nobody have been explained me what exactly included into it, kinda which cocktails you can order at the bar, or is there any snacks in beach club. Don’t get me wrong, there was a schedule in the room, but it never shown what you can order and what’s included. It would be better if you could be more specific in menu and exactly in sum what it’s at additional price and what’s included. The alcohol…at first days when I arrived the wine was delicious, but the next days I could fill like it’s been mixed with water. that was really strange.

This is a beautiful resort. Staff are amazing. Sary the events coordinator is amazing and almost all the staff are incredible and accommodating, and Ahmed was our waiter for most of our meals and he was kind, remembered our regular orders and really did a great job. They really do their best to take care of you and make your stay memorable and relaxing. some points: - The food is nice and relatively varied. Better than I expected given the reviews here - The beach is very nice and seems to be the best beach of all the surrounding resorts. Lots of space to lounge, even around New Years when they are busy - The coral reef is a quick ride away to a shared beach. It is rather small but the snorkeling is nice. - The room was very clean and the room-cleaning was great. Strong attention to detail and care. This resort is smaller and offers a different experience than a larger resort. There are less food and activity options than larger resorts, but this means that there is a lot more space around the pool, and it is easy to find a beach spot. If you are looking to have a relaxing beach vacation I can't imagine a better spot. If you are looking for lots of activities or more varied food, than a larger resort may fit better. We were here for a week and it was perfect, however, if we were staying longer we may have started to want more activities or food options. Also to note: The people that offer services on the beach are not nearly as intrusive as I would have thought given the reviews. They work for the hotel and are usually either offering scuba diving excursions or spa treatments. After the first day they only came up to us if we had mentioned we might be interested the next day. At most we were approached two or three times a day and some of the offerings were worth knowing about. If you say no they leave you alone.

The negatives for us were very minor but worth noting: - The pillows were way over-stuffed and practically unusable. We ended up using the decorative pillows because they were the only ones that fit under our heads. Sounds silly but actually caused some sleeping issues for the first few nights. - This is less related to the resort itself and is more just a general warning for trips to Egypt. The Egyptian Pound's official exchange rate is controlled by the government and means that Egyptians have to pay a steep fee to exchange pounds to euros. This means most people prefer euro or American Dollars. Next time I come to Egypt I would make sure to bring Euros as once you are here you can only take pounds out of the bank.

The hotel is exceptional - truly. Anyone who leaves bad reviews is lying about food, staff, etc. We saw a couple of negative reviews before travelling and were a bit concerned but it was a lie. The hotel is really amazing and the food is out of this world. Also the cocktails are fantastic

There is a bit of a scam regarding the price - we got charged €50 extra - in essence they take the money in USD but it doesn’t correspond to the EUR amount - they claim it was the fx of the bank but I queried with my bank and they said it was on the hotel side that they overcharged and it was a scam. We don’t mind - the place was definitely worth it but a piece of advice for management - if you state the actual price people would pay it - you don’t need to do a scam on the FX which is quite obvious and takes away from how amazing of a place you are.

staff very accommodating could not do enough to ensure holiday was stress free

there was a visible sewage outflow pipe on the beach about 10metres in sea clearly viable and a health risk especially as the temperature rises it would not take massive expenditure to extend the pipe a 100mtres so out of site and peace of mind to paying public with avert very damaging reviews online

Great hotel in superb location right next to its own seafront sandy beach, excellent hard working friendly staff where nothing is to much trouble, food excellent, drinks and cocktails excellent. Would definitely return, excellent new beach bar and eating area, Great Toscana & Ali Baba Al Le Carte restaurants (1 free visit each per week). Take USA $1 notes for tips if you like. 2 pin Euro 240v plug sockets, excellent WiFi. Great air con bedrooms with tea kettle coffee, mini fridge, hairdryer in bathroom, no need to bring towels or beach towels. Highly Recommended. I really find it hard to say anything to dislike, bring your own vinegar for your chips and I am being very picky because the don't have vinegar in Egypt.

Everything from reception Mr. Farooq (Rooaa) and his team to swimming pools and sea side clean sand and service staff, restaurants activities all were excellent 👌
