We had a truly special stay at this resort, where we felt right at home. From the very beginning, thanks to the hospitality and availability of the managers Mark, Micheal, and Kerolles, every day was unforgettable. They always fulfilled every request with great attention and kindness, ensuring that our stay was perfect in every detail. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Every day, Ibrahim, the housekeeper, not only left our room spotless but also decorated it with beautiful towel art that always surprised us. Additionally, the towels for the shower were changed every day, which made us feel even more pampered. Another aspect that positively stood out was the concierge, always friendly and smiling. Every time we came back or left, he greeted us with a warm smile and wished us a pleasant evening, making us feel truly welcome. A special thanks also goes to the person who organized the excursions: with his smile, he made us experience unforgettable days. Always available on WhatsApp for any needs, every morning he wished us a great excursion, making us feel well-supported at all times. Furthermore, we’d like to thank Trezeguet, the perfume seller within the resort, who treated us with outstanding courtesy and professionalism. Every person on the staff was impeccable, helping to make our stay even more special. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a unique experience, characterized by excellent service and truly exceptional hospitality.

service is very well all inclusive package is worth it the staff is kindly and helpful the sandy beach related to the hotel is very good all soft drinks taste very well

shutlle buses available are for naama bay and old market only and there is no shuttle bus to another destinations and the trip is for 1.30 hour to these places day one. night trip to old market day 2 night trip to naama bay you cant go to another places by shuttle bus and you also will not have the enough time to go to your destination and return back to collection point (you will use taxi or indriver application to return to your hotel the food is very good ingeneral but some types needs enhancement

-The location was close to old market and naama bay and we loved that the provided a shuttle for free every night to these places (10-15mins ride) -The staff were friendly, helpful and provided quick and effecient service especially kerolos at reception -The room was spacious, clean, the furniture was ok -The food at breakfast and dinner was good and tasty. not a huge variety but it was good value for money Snacks were available at both beaches at lunch time for all inclusive package as well as lunch at the hotel restaurant -we loved the 2 beach options (coral and sandy) The sandy beach is small but nice, the coral one we saw some nice fish and coral and we liked it more A free shuttle bus was provided for both beaches at different times during the day and they were quite on time -There are 2 pools one is quite and one with music and animation, they were both very nice and clean with a bar where you can have drinks all day

The beach towels had a bad smell The toilet in the room also didn’t smell very good The AC was a bit noisy (didn’t bother us too much) so was the mini fridge, it was very loud (which we unplugged later) Lunch wasn’t their best but still not too bad Drinks were very bad, no fresh juice only the powder ones Overall we had lovely experience

Friendly, polite staff, good prices , all inclusive package was good, a lot of options inside the hotel with an energetic animation team , many pools especially for kids , sandy and coral beaches with towel service and free bar and finally decent, fresh and variable options in food with excellent house keeping provided us daily water and other stuff. I highly recommend it for families

Not much really except the noise cancellation in the rooms was not enough when the DJ at the pool started it can make a little noise in your room while sleeping, i think they should keep the DJ a little quieter. Also adjustment to the parking lot should be made to make the car exit easier. Everything else was good

Family cozy hotel, good location, great staff and service, clean and comfort room, clean pools, magnificent sandy beach. The idea of daily free transportation to the old market and Naama Bay is excellent. Food quality 👌, food was delicious and tasty although it was low in variety but each time there was 1 main dish chicken, 1 main dish meat and 1 main dish fish. I want to thanks every one at the hotel for their services, especially Mr. Kerolios at the front desk, who is looking for guests' needs and satisfaction. Mr. Mahmoud ' i think front office manager'. Mr. Abdel Karim, our housekeeping, Chef Moataz, the assistant executive 👨‍🍳, Mr. Abdelkader at the main restaurant, Mr. Shenoda, the bartender of the Merimade pool. Also the bus drivers who take us daily to the beach and the visits at night.

Beverage needs to be improved, only basic drinks, no cocktails, no packed juices, and only 2 or 3 types of powder juices. No snacks at the beach are available. They only offered a snack time from 12:30 to 14:30 , the same time of lunch in the hotel restaurant and then ended!! Although snacks are available in the hotel but not on the beach. Pool and beach towels are old and have a bad smell. Eggs cooked on grills in breakfast.

Food was great - the best food in Egypt I've ever had. Drinks ex. Cola, sprite directly from the bottle. Guys from service are really nice and friendly. After check out we could stay at the swimming pool or beach and take drinks from the bar and go to the lunch. They have also provided us shower room to prepare ourselves for trip to home 😊

Need to go to the beach by bus so you need to organise your time in advance.

I recently stayed at Xperience St George Sharm El Sheikh, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Every time we left the premises, the doorman would take note of our room number and check our transportation, which made us feel very safe and looked after. Regarding the food and drinks, the all-inclusive package was definitely worth it. There was always something good to choose from, catering to different tastes and preferences. Additionally, the hotel was always spotlessly clean. From the rooms to the common areas, everything was well-maintained, which added to our overall comfort and enjoyment. Overall, I highly recommend Xperience St George Sharm El Sheikh for anyone looking for a secure, friendly, and enjoyable vacation in a clean and well-kept environment.

Staff are excellent, professional & friendly Especially Mr Hisham in the catering also Mr Abdulmaksood. Mr HABIB in the front desk is very helpful & understanding he keeps no effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible Mr. Keroloss in the pool bar is very helpful & hardworking He is so tolerant to all the kids my children loved him Animation & entertainment team are trying their best to keep kids & guests engaged in all events Housekeeping staff are very honest and dedicated

WiFi service, shuttle buses need improvement and better organizing

Very clean hotel and relaxing was welcomed by Mr keroles and Mr Habib both brilliant staff with great customer service and hospitality took care of me and my friend made sure we were satisfied with our stay made the check in process quicker for us and were very helpful with giving the information

After my pleasant stay at the Saint George Hotel I had to write a review. The hotel is really beautiful with spacious rooms and air conditioning. The pools are nice as well as the restaurant for meals. But the best is the smiling and professional staff. A big thank you to Mr. Habib and Kerollos at the reception for their friendliness and professionalism. I will definitely come back to the Saint George Hotel.
