Very clean, welcoming staff , friendly staff

Food was not good quality and left over food used in salad next day, not much choice of salad , mostly cabbage no lettuce everyday , food wasn’t kept very hot . I asked for a glass of white wine as I was all inclusive , it came out looking brown like brandy smelt sour so couldn’t drink it. Animation team played very loud music around pool I had guests who I couldn’t talk to because it was so loud, I asked for it to be turned down the young guy said it couldn’t be and was like it everyday which it wasn’t I stayed for a week. Had to ask about pool towel which I then had to go across the road to beach to get it . Entertainment was non existent except karaoke every night.

Nice location, a five minute walk tothe old market, spacious rooms, quiet beach with so lovely and classy music, especially that it was not loud, so you can fully enjoy the sea

The quality of food

we had booked 2 rooms with friends - the rooms were beautiful, big, clean - the pool with the bar was great - the sea was right across the road and the beach was sandy without corals, so suitable for children - there was also a bar on the beach - they offered shisha everywhere - very good prices for excursions - but the biggest thank you goes to the employees, they were always smiling and helpful I would like to thank all the employees, because thanks to you, our stay was wonderful and unforgettable ❤️

I was a bit unsure if keeping the booking to the point that I looked for other options until the end. As every experience is different, I wanted to give it a go as it was one of the most affordable based on quality-price. Excellent customer service. Professional staff, available and polite at all times. I felt respected and listened to. Every time I asked for something they were willing to help and sort. Absolutely happy with my room. Was a bit dusty but since Covid I always take with me strong wet wipes for disinfection so I didn’t make a fuss about it. Balcony view was lovely the a big pool, cleaned at all times even though wasn’t much in use as the property is beachfront. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a small table to have my coffee and two nice comfy chairs, a desk and a mini fridge . Adjacent the reception there’s a small market where you can buy stuff at last minute if you don’t want to walk and they accept cards. Location was excellent, 6 minutes walk to the old market, just outside the hotel you can grab taxi ( please agree price prior entering the vehicle as they are smart or they think they are) . A special thank goes to Ahmed at reception, kind and helpful man who helped with WiFi every time I needed . Waiter Ehiba ( sorry if misspelled), very polite waiter who brought me a nice welcome on my first night : fruit, water, tea and coffee!) A thanks to the domestic guy ( I don’t know his name ), very efficient and the young guy from the beach animation. It was definitely a very good experience and I recommend the place if you looking for affordability .

Rooms and restaurant need a bit of refurbishment . Especially bathroom in the room, flush would only work after 30-40 minutes from previous flush, not sure all rooms are like this but mine was. Meals are mainly vegetable based with little option for meat. WiFi not steady , had to ask multiple times to re connect me, they even sent an engineer. Apparently there’s better reception in the rooms above reception

The hotel location was near to Old Bazaar (5 minutes walking distance) and hotel has its private sandy beach. Staff was very friendly, they are always ready to help with a smiley face. The food was good. We will stay again if we visit Sharm.

Animation team make some strange body movements with strange noises. It is not a dance nor an animation. They do not respect people who wants to relax on a silent environment.

Cleaness of this hotel is exceptional also staff are very friendly and cooperative and you will find their assistance on request and on time.

This hotel is located in a very stratigical location where beach steps away as well as cafes, resturants and sherim centeral market. I would extend my thanks and appreciation for all staff hospitality and, in particular, Mr Khaled head ofvtge entertainmentand animatiin team, Ali at the receiotion and Mr Abdulrahman in the restaurant Thank youvfor everything..definately will vist you again!

The place is clean and it's like 5 minutes walking to the old market. The food was very delicious and testy. The staff were very friendly and nice, especially Mr. Said, Ali, and the bar man Mostafa, many thanks to all of them. The beach is just cross the street which is very good.

I am a bit concerned about the beer 🍺 The bottles were refilled "don't know where from" and were opened. They pretended to open the bottle with a bottle opener as it was new when they wanted to serve the beer ! 😂 A real close bottle costs money and not included the "all inclusive" package.

I especially loved Ali's effectiveness and friendliness. I appreciated that he got me in my room as quickly as possible knowing I was tired from taking an early morning flight. I also appreciated the nice touch of providing a plate of fruits to my room.

The only thing I didn't like was the poor internet connection.

Fully met my expectations and requirements. We came on the recommendation of friends who had been to this hotel several times. Special thanks to the staff. Mr. Ali at the reception was very helpful and explained everything. The cooks in the restaurant are great, as well as the restaurant administrator, Mr. Saad, was very kind. Very tasty food. The choice is not as large as in large hotels, but everything is prepared deliciously. There is always meat and fish, vegetables and fruits. Very tasty cakes. We had two rooms, a standard and an apartment. The standard is a newer renovation, but the apartments are ideal for a large family! Two large bedrooms, living room. There is an option with two bathrooms or one, but with a kitchen corner. The beach is across the road, but very close. A hotel employee helps you cross the road, stopping the traffic (the road is not busy, not a highway). The beach is ideal for children. Sand, the entrance to the water is gentle, the depth is only near the buoys. On the left side near the outer buoys you can watch the fish. The kids liked it.

The pool was cool, but that didn't stop the kids. 🤣 There are a lot of mosquitoes at this time, take fumigators and sprays with you, the ones we bought in the shop in the town almost didn’t work.
