Very nice resort, the view were amazing. The staff always very kind and ready to help us with anything we needed. There are a lot of restaurants and swimming pools all over the resort. Our room was everyday very clean, that guy that used to clean our room didn’t miss a spot never. I wish I remembered his name to say thank you here, but I don’t. But he was very kind, trustful guy that cleaned our room everyday 🥰

Its a very nice hotel! Everything was perfect. The receptionists are professional and everybody in the Hotel is so helpful. They have so many pools that you can use, and the beach side is also very beautiful.

Our stay in Grand Hotel sharm was excellent, We spent 6 nights there and the hotel was amazing The view and room is perfect But the most beautiful thing that we experience is the staff , specially the fron disck manager Mr.Amr I hope he see my comments thanks for being such friendly and professional person you was trying your best to make our stay comfortable Also I want thank Mr.Ahmed Mansour at the reception you was amazing helping us in many things he was always meet at us with smile and he did his best to make us happy Also the rooms was very clean and the housekeeping was taking care of the room to keep it clean They have coffee and the tea they used to leave it at the room so we can enjoy the morning coffee before we go out of the room The beach was you will enjoy it for sure Many swimming pools Different variety of food every where any time In any place you can enjoy the nice drinks and tasty snake with VIP attitude from the staff Many other hotel when you booked all inclusive they tray not to give every thing But in Grand Hotel they want you to take more they service you with a smile They treat you as a family Definitely we will come back again I can write more and more about this hotel I give them 95 % rating All the best

Everything was perfect. I want to thank all the employees starting from the reception Mr.Ahmed Mansour and Mr.Essam who tried their best to make our accommodation very comfortable!! Also, special thanks to the animation team( Shika, Sonic, Zoly, Asel), they are the best animators ever and I hope to see them again!!♥️ The food was in good quality and large variety!! The pools were always clean and working , Also the bars on the pools and the beach were amazing with very beautiful reefs!! I am sure that I will repeat this experience again 🙏🏻

there are a lot of Russians who don't know how to behave, they make scandals when they're drunk, they attack people with negativity, every evening there were Russian songs at the disco, you feel like you're not in Egypt, I really love and respect the local culture, that's why I came there on vacation. but the attitude of the animation team to the guests was impressive, in response to the answer that we are not from Russia, but from another country, they did not even approach us again for all 7 days. very sorry (((

Waking up to such a stunning panorama every morning was a highlight of my trip. The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness of the room was impressive. I also want to extend my gratitude to Alkabir, the taxi man holder, who provided excellent service and made my travels around the area smooth and hassle-free. Overall, my experience at the Grand Hotel exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Sharm Sheikh. I'll definitely be returning!

Excellent staff members , very warm and welcoming , very friendly, hotel is beautiful inside and outside , Very nice pools, food was also very nice , entertainment was exceptional. Animation team were very nice and friendly. Was the best part of the night! Restaurant staff were extremely helpful Ahmed Saleh and Ahmed mansour and David were very helpful and kind. Sorted out our issues straight away .

hotel rooms are dated and old and need to be renovated. Difficult for elders and young people to walk . Should include golf carts/ buggys next time to accommodate guests.
