I loved the gym, the best and most complete in any hotel I've been in. I really like the design of the hotel, plus how there is a big pool in the middle and places to relax. I liked the restaurant designed breakfast room, although the breakfast itself needs much improvement. Most of the staff was courteous, the best of the best customer service. Cleaning and restaurant crew were great and attentive, the front desk staff was more on the downside, although still courteous and respectful. The room (double bed) was pretty spacious, with a table and no sofa, had tile instead of carpet. The fridge in our room was not working, no microwave, there was a lockable safe, and there was an open place to hang clothes and a to iron.

The most disappointing part was the breakfast itself as there were not many options, not even to drink. The food was decent, although not that Salvadoran quality that we get at most El Salvador hotels. Few people had to wait to be seated too when it got too full. Lastly the washing/drying room was out of service.

It is very close to the airport so it was ideal for our early morning flight. I love that their breakfast starts at 5am all the way till 10am and it was a good breakfast. They have nice swimming pool to have that final dip before leaving the country.

For the price we pay, I would want to see a more updated bathrooms and rooms. The hotel is very big and had only two elevators and one of them was out of order. So I had to take the stairs or walk for a very long time to get to my room.

Very convenient to the international airport, only a couple of kilometers away. No aircraft noise though. Staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the included breakfast buffet. Property is very clean; room A/C worked great, plenty of hot water with good pressure in the shower. Beds and bedding very confortable. Liked the swimming pool and the small bar. Parking lot is covered by security so no worries about our rental car. We also used the free hotel to airport shuttle.

Can't think of anything - would stay here again!

Breakfast: we needed to take the 5:00 am shuttle to the airport so the hotel provided us with a tasty, "to go" breakfast conveniently packed including orange juice, scrambled eggs, plantain, black beans, potatoes, and tamal. The shuttle service was on time and the driver was very accommodating. This is the closest hotel to the airport, about 10-15 minutes, allowing us to sleep as long as possible in the morning! The hotel was quite. The outdoor pool/pool area is large with lounges and tables and bar service surrounded by lawn, palm trees and singing birds. We did not eat dinner at the hotel. The air conditioning worked well.

Excellent Breakfast and service I will highly recommend this hotel, is right by the airport, shuttle free, price is a little bit high but it compensate with the free breakfast and free shuttle to the airport.

I had a bad experience about the water in the shower and sink, it was coming out dirty, I reported the problem right away and their response to solve the problem was very slow, I had to go back to the desk and talk to the manager to solve the problem, (@ 11:30 pm) somebody came to the room to run the water until it was clear but in the next morning it was black again! Other than that it wasn’t bad. I e-mailed the general manager but no response.

Great location in regard to the airport, clean, good breakfast, rooms can be completely darkened.

It was not expensive to add that, but when booking with children, I prefer when breakfast for them is included as well. Location would be perfect to offer park, sleep, and fly, but that is probably not very common all over the region yet.

This was a Great place - there was a pool party so nicely organized by the staff. It was a real treat for our last night in El Salvador. They made pupusas and tacos around the pool, there was a DJ and dancing! Luis the GM is an amazing leader.

The shower/tub can use an upgrade. The rest of the facility is great but the tub wasn’t nice in our room #169.

Hotel is very close to the airport not even 5 minutes away. Breakfast was delicious, employees wore very helpful and attentive. Pool area was nice and clean.

Only one issue, the food ordered at the pool was not the greatest the quality is not up to par with the hotel. Room furniture a little dated.

Lovely hotel. Spacious rooms, great shower, beautiful pool. Both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were excellent. Staff friendly. Airport shuttle was great.

In the past , I used to stop at your facility, only for breakfast, and this is my fist time staying in this hotel so far quality real hotel is the category I was looking for 😊 Plus, breakfast is the best ! Thanks a lot guys ! You are the best !!! Keep up the excelent job. At the moment I can say, NO OTHER HOTEL CAN BEAT YOU.
