comfortable bed, fridge in room, very clean

I wish the hotel chain would consider adding something for vegans to eat at breakfast. my husband got a substantial meal, with eggs and sausages. I had only the option of black coffee and toast. it was fortunate that I’d brought a cooler with soy milk, non-dairy creamer, margarine, and my own cereal. I suggest a simple solution: served baked beans and keep soy milk and non-dairy creamer. those all have a long shelf life, and other people would enjoy them, too. did you know that one third of the population is lactose-intolerant? Beds were clean and firm making for a good night sleep. Breakfast area had a nice spread of options for the entire family. Coffee was good, scrambled eggs were hot, plenty of toasters for the toasts, three cereal options, two juice options, etc. And all the food was nicely presented. Customer service was superb.

Bathroom had all we needed, but it was smallish in sze, and toilet could have been the elongated type (we had the small rounded one) for comfort.

The Continental breakfast was well stocked and kept stocked while breakfast hours were running. Not just cold cereals but hot eggs, toast bar with loads of different condiments like jellies. Good tasting coffee. Super cozy beds and room well equipped with everything needed especially when traveling with a baby. We asked for a crib upon check in and a pack in play was left on the room for us. Extra bed linens provided and the bed was stocked with lots of pillows.

Noisy old air conditioning unit raddled all night long, was a bit annoying to sleep through, but it worked and kept the room cool, especially because it’s been hot.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the view of the river. The people who worked at the front desk were friendly and very helpful!

The room was stuffy and hot, no air circulation. The balcony did not have a screen so we couldn’t open it to get fresh air. We ended up plugging in the air conditioner, black particles flew out of it. We had to leave it running all night because as soon as we unplugged it the room got hot and stuffy again. The breakfast was disappointing. It would have been nice to choose the items in the bag or substitute out things we didn’t want. Alot was wasted.

location was good. originally booked back in May for a King size bed, but when we arrived the front desk Clark told me that there are no king size bed available and tried to put us in a room with one Queen bed. It was very frustrating since we booked months ago. I had to tell them we will not accept any less than two queen bad . finally they did .

the beds were very comfortable and bedding were nice as well. overall the place was clean. had no microwave, although the king room that we Originally booked had one. For the price we paid, it is not worth.

With the one exception listed under what we didn't like, or rather disappointed about, the room and facilities were very much as advertised. Great room, breakfast was very well organized and wonderful as were the beds.

We had been looking forward to having a view from our room of the St Laurent and the Quebec north shore, but found that trees between the hotel and the river, obscured the latter. Still liked to Hotel and our Room, just disappointed about the view, so close and yet so far

The reason that I prefer this establisment compared to others is it's in town. It's just a bit further away from the highway (not that much) but it attracts the more seasoned traveller that wants a taste of Rivière-du-Loup's vibe with the restos and businesses around. Furthermore, it's doesn't have a reception hall or whatsoever which is nice when you want a place to relax. Bonus: pets stay on first floor so if you have allergies, you'll be on the second :) I want to send a personal "Thank you" to the staff who accomadating me to be able to work remotely while my room was getting ready because I checked in early due to an incoming snowstorm.

It's the same price as other places even though it has less services but that's cherry picking.

Location was slightly out of town with a lot of the other hotels - we knew this when we booked. Whole hotel was scrupulously clean and room was good with a quality Samsung TV. Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was typical continental, but good choice and plenty of it including fruit. Staff recommended a lovely visit to the Marina at the “Point” which was a really nice spot

This was a stopover on our return from out East. Motel type and breakfast was included. Cost for one night a little high but we understand it's summer and a popular stopover. We had a free upgrade to a river view and the balconies were a nice touch although they are shared balconies.

Cost --- Motel for one-night stopover. This is a popular stop so we understood. We may stay a little further away next time Next town or two over.

I really like this location, this is the third time I've stayed. It's always my half way point to newbrunswick. I make a point to stay here, the last couple times were with.my.family. The only thing that was not the same and very disappointing was... see what I didn't like comments

The breakfast! When I was there last you had a wonderful buffet, the breakfast now is no comparison. When were able to live with covid safely, pleae3 bring the buffet back, it was fabulous
