No safe in the room No wardrobe, but there were a few hangers and storage shelves If you're a non smoker, all the smokers tend to congregate right outside the entrance which isn't so nice! Breakfast was continental - don't bother with it if you're gluten free.... If you're not, it's great! One pillow per person, I'm sure we could've requested more (but didn't)

The hotel is well-located near the City of Arts and Sciences and the Saler shopping centre is nearby. Buffet breakfast was abundant with a limited selection (vegetables were missing). Size and cleanliness of the room was good. The staff is kind and has a professional attitude. Overall, the accomodation is fine for a shorter stay, and is good value for money.

Due to the plasterboard walls of the room, you could hear any noise from the neighboring rooms which was quite embarrassing and anoying as well. The TV only had spanish channels except one, a wider selection or a smart TV with some applications would have been better. The small sized openable window also lacked of soundproofing, so a lot of noise could be heard from the busy Antonio Ferrandis street.

The breakfast was great. Kept clean throughout the service time my wife and I went down to eat and it was well stocked not having to wait long for anything that may have run out. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Our mattress was not the most comfortable. We could have used one with a little more firmness. The bathtub also drained slowly despite us taking showers it still filled to about 4 inches of water before the shower ended.

I liked the location and that the hotel was clean

Breakfast was limited to 2 kind of ham and cheese and other stuff and everyday was the same stuff. There was no variety of products. Also cleaning staff wasn't speaking english which was a bit dissapointing. The receptionist's 2 people were speaking in english fine but nobody else. And the walls of the room are so thin that you can hear a conversations of the other people from the room next to yours which is not ideal.

During all the week, the breakfasts were good: All my family appraciated them. The room was quiet, well air conditioned and the beds very comfortable. My young daughter hasl also appreciated the pool at each end of the day.

The room is quite small, with little space to lay pool towels for example. The tile joints and the shower curtain should be replaced. Moreover, one would expect a rigid wall for the shower and not a simple curtain. Finally, I moderately appreciated to pay 1.5€ during the check-out for a simple bottle of water for a stay of 5 days that I paid more than 900€...

The hotel is in a great location, and easy to find. The shared spaces were very clean. Like the lounge and the breakfast area. The bedroom was clean but missing little details like the bathroom floor was stained..but it was clean.

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable and noisy, and there is limited space for luggage as the room has a storage cupboard but it is very narrow, our bags didn't fit in it. But for the price we paid it was not bad. But I do think that a comfortable bed is the most important thing a hotel can provide. Clean and comfortable never fails. They have the clean part...we were missing the comfortable (well two of us were).

Having stayed here before once again, I found the hotel still had kept their high standards, from the pleasant and helpful front of house staff to the housekeepers and the cleanliness and facilities in the hotel I really enjoyed my stay again and will definitely recommend it to my friends if they decide to visit Beautiful Valenica

Nothing to dislike

Very nice hotel at an affordable price. Close to the metro line 10 which will easily get to the center. Comfortable beds, clean and large bathroom.

Breakfast monotonous and unfortunately you could only make hot toast. Plus, you can choose from ham, cheese and fruit and unfortunately no vegetables ☹️ lots of sweets for breakfast, too much, but there are different tastes. This is the only downside of this hotel in my opinion

It has everything you can expect from a holiday inn express. It's close to the aquarium, the science and the art museums which are really good to visit. It's close to a tram station that takes you to the downtown in 15 minutes. The price is very reasonable as well.

Vegetables should be added to the breakfast.

Breakfast was first class, the room was clean and fresh the staff on reception were really helpful especially Fran, he was full of information and made us feel we were not a bother when we were asking him questions about places, transport and places to visit in the city.

Everything was great no complaints.
