The room and location, everywhere we wanted to go or visit was within walking distant. Near airport and train, but couldn’t really hear any noises, so that’s a plus.Liked that our room and a microwave and fridge.

Valet was a little expensive per day, but it is what it is. rather my vehicle be in safe place rather than somewhere it can potentially be broken into

The room was perfect for our needs. Plenty of outlets. Very clean. The linens were good quality. The staff were friendly and helpful and there were shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was convenient for Comic Con too. Breakfast was tasty, and we enjoyed the fact that coffee / water was available all day. They made it easy for us to do laundry too, having a change machine in the laundry room. The pool and hot tub were AWESOME.

It was a bit expensive for what it was, but that's because prices were inflated due to Comic Con. The ATM was out of service while we were there. And the pantry was a bit difficult to find.

The room was a good size, the bathroom had a great shower with wonderful products that were paraben free and healthy. Large fluffy towels. We asked for a better view as we didn't want to face the railroad tracks or the street. They gave us a courtyard view. The hotel was lovely and located near "Little Italy", convenient to a great Italian restaurant, Mona Lisa, which also had a shop attached where you could buy Italian foods. Easy access to freeway. The breakfast room was large, more like a restaurant. Food was made to order. We prepaid for breakfast when we booked the room, which was a better thing to do.

The location was a little rundown, located between the railroad tracks and the street where cruise ships left. Also right near the airport so very low flying planes over our heads, although we didn't hear them in the hotel room. We had to pay $50.00 a day for valet parking as there wasn't a choice of street parking or other on site parking. It was also connected with Homewood Suites so there were families with children who took over the pool and spa until late in the evening so the pool was not convenient for adults without children.

Location was great, nice and clean facilities. Easy walk to little italy and uss midway, close to the airport as well.

$50 a day parking was very expensive, and it's hard to find any parking in the street. I think given the cost to stay here parking should be included. Pool was also too small and often crowded

I really loved the property. It was modern, nicely appointed and the valet only parking was great. If we needed the car all we had to do is text the valet and the car was waiting for us. Location and view from our room was excellent. We could see the harbor and eateries were within walking distance. The room was nicely appointed and very clean with nice large tv, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The staff were all so friendly. Could not have asked for better. We were only in town for one night to meet up with friends and it was a great place to stay.

There was really nothing to complain about. It is about what you would expect to pay for the proximity to the bay and the downtown area. Overnight parking is a bit steep at $50 per night, but we were only there for one night and it nice to be able to take our friends to dinner who had flown into San Diego and did not have a car.

We loved how clean the property was, it’s a very welcoming place. Every staff member I spoke to was so kind and helpful, never without a smile on their face. The morning breakfast is surprisingly decent, many options to accommodate many tastes. The hotel is right in the center of everything so it was very much way to plan our time accordingly.

I didn’t like that there was no self parking on the property at all, if you chose to opt out of Valet then you would have to park on the street but the street parking is very strange and full. I personally think $50 a day for Valet parking as a guest at the hotel property is a bit much.

Nice lobby area, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and bathrooms, nice pool (small, but nice).

The bar/restaurant attached was so and so, would have Ben nice to have Hilton’s own bar in the lobby area for drinks after a dinner out in town. Also didn’t like that we didn’t get the room cleaned as we apparently had to notify them more than 24 hrs before the day we wanted it cleaned - but we checked in Friday afternoon, so how could we have done that? they should have told us at check in, and asked if we wanted that. Bad policy.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, next to Little Italy (tons of restaurants in walking distance) and close to the sea. we also had nice breakfast with very friendly staff at the restaurant.

The parking fee is just crazy. Fully aware that that 50USD are the norm in San Diego but this does not make it better.

The staff and room was incredible. The staff members were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and put together.

No continental breakfast at the hotel for the price is a huge bummer. The conditioner was empty in our shower. Other than that, the room was impeccable and the view was fantastic.
