The room was awesome, a bit of low water pressure, but it worked. The view was pretty entertaining and perfect for us. The staff and service was a cut above most. The lobby bar and restaurant are spacious with a view and outdoor dining available. Parking was expensive. However, parking was convenient and safe. All in all, it was a great launching spot for all of our adventures.

I didn't like that we couldn't stay longer. Parking is expensive. Water pressure in the room, but that wasn't a show stopper. My check-in was a little frightening, my reservation was in my first name rather than my last (which is what the desk representative was requesting), the problem was solved efficiently then we were off to the time of our lives.

Ocean view was beautiful. Staff was helpful and answered any and all questions. Manager on site was very attentive to any concerns. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Not much to dislike. To be able to choose your room preference when booked months in advance would be a great perk but other than that the room and stay were exceptional. I'm a huge fan of city views but was not able to solidify the room I had anticipated to we opted for an ocean view instead. I was worried at first given the decision was outside my norm but was I wrong! The view was spectacular and a relaxing change from seeing city happenings. Would definitely recommend.

I loved my room. The view of the bay was nice but the view of the construction was ok. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. I especially loved the gym because it included a very nice variety of gym equipment and was clean and had a nice view. Room service was awesome because it was very convenient and the food was really good with healthy portions.

I was disappointed to be overcharged. Luckily, we were able to get the error corrected. The amount that was originally charged was incorrect but after a couple phone calls, my credit card was credited.

The room with harbour views, were actually views of a building site as the room faced onto a building site next door. if you looked hard enough you could see the corner of the harbour so a big stretch to call the room harbour view and charge extra. But great views of harbour from the outdoor pool

The hotel's pricing is on the higher side, and the cost of parking is notably expensive.

The property was very clean and very well kept. We loved the fact that they had a wonderful bar area and the eating area was very convenient. The location of the property was excellent, near a lot of the attractions that we wanted to see.

The hotel is beautiful and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in a great location for walking around the Broadway Pier, Little Italy, and Gas Lamp areas.

My only suggestion for improvement is that all hotel staff be on the same page about the breakfast credit and food/beverage credits when rooms are booked through booking.com as there was a bit of confusion on the first day. However, it all got worked out, and our stay was a great value for the money.

Our room was very comfortable. It faced north, and we enjoyed sitting on the chaise in front of the window which had a view of the pool on the roof of the 4th floor below, and then the harbour beyond. Gym was good too. The location near Santa Fe transit hub allowed us to tour the area using trams and buses. Great!

Water view rooms were charged more but you definitely only got a glimmer of the waterfront. The hotel was set back further than expected and the up charge was not worth it.

it was nothing special, this place for me had no special atmosphere - feeling from It was more like a normal business hotel, not hotel for couples. there is nothing bad - rooms are normal, views are beautiful, location is perfect. only really bad thing is that It hadnt private bathroom and restrooms - there is only small wood and not normal doors.
