Clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Our room was damp and humid despite running the AC constantly (noticeable difference entering the room from the hallway). Even my glasses were fogging in the room. (Room 215) making drying beach towels, bathing suits etc impossible. Made our sheets feel gross. When our room was straightened, the beds weren’t made but rather the covers just neatly arranged.

The location was perfectly centered next to everything but tucked back from the main room. The staff was exceptional with service. The pool was heated and they had a little toddler area which was a nice surprise and offered fun for all of our kids from 13-2.

Breakfast was great! Lots of choices, Would like to see more fresh fruit. Beds were super comfortable and soft pillows. Room was good, A bit small but good nonetheless. Bathroom a bit small but the shower was very nice. Room service was provided, beds made every day. Very nice. Staff always smiling at the front desk. Towels always stocked at the pool. We loved the ice cream freezer in the lobby.

We wish the hotel provided SMART tvs, as we were limited on what we could watch. Our safe did not work but the hotel was quick to replace the batteries to try to fix it. Thanks a lot!

1.Staff were exceptionally courteous and professional. 2.Very good breakfast, including eggs, sausages and waffles. 3.We were upgraded for free to a king suite! 4.The room was big and very clean, bed was comfortable. 5.Bathroom was spacious. 6.Previous guests mentioned hotel noise outside rooms, we had a very quiet night. 7.Ample free car parking spaces.

The only slightly annoying complaint, was with regards to room wall sockets, many of them were a bit worn out probably from years of use.Which resulted in the plugs on my electronic devices not remaining in place in some of the wall sockets.Definitely not a deal breaker though!

Carol the manager, and the girls at the front desk were great.,and caring. I loved the pool,and the pool hours. AWESOME. We also had our baby Scooter with us, He was very Happy as well. Also, the cleaning staff was caring, and helpful. We have decided to make SLEEP INN by CHOICE HOTELS. our new place to stay when we are in Rehoboth Beach. I'm usually difficult to please with hotels, but not SLEEP INN. I LOVED IT.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff was very friendly! The outdoor patio/grilling area was a pleasant unexpected touch. The pool wasn't freezing so I was able to enjoy it even though it hasn't peak summer season. The breakfast was good. Actual eggs and bacon are a plus for me. Service was quick to respond when a light bulb was out. even the other guests in the hotel were friendly. There were laundry facilities on-site; something I wasn't aware of but very happy to have. It was close enough to the beach.

The room was freezing when we got there. Maybe 60 degrees. Not sure why it was set so low. Every lamp in the room was different. Everything was mismatched. There was no cohesion. No sense of decor. The room wasn't pretty. It didn't have a welcoming scent. Its didn't smell bad. It just wasn't refreshing.

The adult pool and kiddie pool were great!! They were able to accommodate us on a short notice. The staff were very helpful for us.

I felt the room was tiny. The toilet and shower leaked so we listened to dripping water in the night. I wish there was a place to put wet towels (like in the hallway) after in the room and garbage cans in the hallway after ordering food to the hotel to eat. The small garbage cans don’t hold much.

The breakfast was great! Not your standard free breakfast. This had a lot of variety and everything was very good. We traveled with young kids all under 5 and they loved the pool and splash pad area. All of the workers were exceptionally nice. Very clean. I actually like that they don’t clean the rooms until we check out. With young kids that need naps, we prefer to just have the room to ourselves for the stay without disturbance.

We wished the pool was slightly larger. If there’s a large group there at the same time as you, the pool area gets filled up quick. We were there at the same time as a sports team and the pool area was treated like their personal home pool. So, there were times my kids weren’t able to enjoy it. Also, the location is driving distance to everything, but there’s no way you could walk to any of the restaurants because of the traffic.

Breakfast was alright. I think it could be changed to something different. The bedroom was different with the wash bowl not being in the bathroom. The basketball court wasn't available. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and everyone was so nice and pleasant.

The only think I didn't like was the dogs all over the place and some guest not being considered of other guest when out on the property with the dogs.

The breakfast was wonderful! Not just your typical muffins. Included waffles, eggs and sausage and much more. Coffee 24/7. The location was perfect! We were going to Cape Hanolopen but because of water main break, had to go to Rehobeth and it was only a few miles away. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

We didn't get maid service for one night, but did have sufficient number of towels so no big deal.
