There is no hotel within the proximity to the strip that is as low in price and doesn’t have resort fees. Yes, they charge a deposit (100) but you can pay cash (rare in the area) and get back as soon as you check out (even more rare) is this the cleanest, nicest most posh place on the strip? No. But the employees are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. You don’t have to pay to park and walk a mile just to find your room, you can park right in front of your door, for free. The reviews I read are really not fair based on the price paid for this motel. It is basic, no frills, and so is the price! As far as the safety here, it was very quiet, even coming in late at night. Security is very present and I feel like they really keep everything under control. Maybe there’s more security since some of the past reviews? I literally never once felt unsafe even with my young children. Most people don’t really spend much time in their rooms while in Vegas anyway and you can walk across the street in 2 directions and be directly on the strip. Maybe it’s because it’s the winter time but I didn’t see anything shady going on. Plus there’s tons of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. I did not see one single bug of any kind the entire time we were at this hotel. As far as the people talking about recreational legal you know what and the “ladies of the night” this is VEGAS, come on now! Be for real. Oh and one more thing, I saw a lot of people also complain about waiting to check in and not being able to sit in the (small) lobby. We paid 30 dollars extra and checked in around noon. As long as there is availability you can probably always do that and since you’re getting the room for so cheap just pay the extra money and relax.

The hot water takes a long while to heat up, the cleanliness is just ok. Not terrible But since Covid I think everybody gives a quick once over in their hotels anyway? Other than that a microwave and/or fridge would be cool. It could probably use a remodel but then the prices will probably be higher.

Room 1023 building 3 first floor. Believe i stayed in the double room double bed ..(look the options u knw what i mean) Comfortable, value for your money, few minor things inside could have been cleaned. my stay was good, i would stay there again... easy booking,checking in n out. thanks to everyone for the good service!

TV turned on but that was it couldnt browse channels or anything . missing remote. Asked for one at front lobby just to come back to room and find out it did nothing did not work at all. Just better equipment for tvs. then ppl in the room directly above us kept making noise all night..just constant walking and few hard stomps ....

Staff was great got lost trying to find the location. It's hidden. Landmark to remember in order to find this place ¡¡¡¡¡!!!!!DENNY'S Restaurant!!!!!¡! Two driveways one leads to this hotel other to restaurant...... once found easy check in all ice machines are on first floor. And other machines...as well...

The condition of the whole place is horrible rooms we stayed in were ok your basic bed,tv, bathroom...the wall socket on the restroom counter. Would make all lights flicker and shut off for the whole room and if you pushed reset on outlet they would pop back on. Fire HAZARD I believe so and I'm traveling with kids. I was too tired after construction from south Cali to Nevada got us and delayed us almost 2 hours on standstill to request new room. We slept in the dark and utilized another outlet instead after learning that and used flashlights from phone to get around.

Walking distance to The Strip. Clean room, nothing special, but good enough for the price. Easy to find from the big road. No breakfast but ok coffee in the room. I would stay here again if I visit Las Vegas in the future.

I don't like the 100$ deposition. You have to count that in your travel budget as it takes a couple of weeks to get it back. It's a big building with a lot of guests and the line to the reception is long. Plan ahead for waiting time, both when you arrive and when you leave. Wear sunscreen, only a few people are allowed inside at the same time.

It was a great and wonderful experience. The strip was close and you had other stores close to the hotel that it was walking distance don't need to drive because everything was near the hotel

I like the fact that you don't need to drive to the strip you could literally just walk i that's how near it was.

Quiet and clean atmosphere. Absolutely no pest/roaches/bedbugs etc. Staff are amazing! They go above and beyond to help accommodate your stay. There is a 5 to 7 minute walk to the strip. Vending machines

The only con is there is no mini fridges or microwaves in rooms, nor a microwave in the lobby. You cant warm any food or refrigerate anything. This can turn into a strength by adding at least a microwave or 2 inside the lobby for guest, if not none in the rooms. However, they do have ice machines to accommodate "needed to be cold" items. Other than this, its a amazing hotel

Close to the strip, quiet, extremely clean. Incredible front desk staff. They deserve raises 💯👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Vending and Ice Machines.

No microwaves and no mini fridge. However, the ice machines on the property substitute for no mini fridge and has ice buckets in each room. If you need to use a microwave there is a store next to the Denny's which is next to the property that charges $1 to use it. Most times they dont even charge you. So really this isnt a dislike, however these necessities would be great additions for this great hotel. A rating...

Excellent location for price paid (very close to the Strip). The property was quiet. Able to move around the room adequately (had a handicapped/disabled room). Hair dryer and coffee availability were nice.

There was a trash can right outside my room door. I didn't mind the can being there, but the trash was always overflowing. The staff needs to pick up the trash more frequently.

Good location, good price, clean, mostly nice staff

No microwave or fridge, I had to hunt down towels every day, no pool, no breakfast, the laundry worker put cones in front of our door and the doors on both sides of us and we couldn’t back in to load or unload even though we are seniors, and I am disabled. When I asked her if I could move one while we unloaded, she snarled, “Don’t touch the cones!” She fid finally move the cone from the handicap spot later.
