Beds were comfortable

There was absolutely no safety mat or strips in the bathtub. Both myself and my daughter have had hip replacements. When I mentioned it to the clerk as we were checking out, she said we could always call ahead and request a safety mat for the tub. I think this should be a requirement for any room and unless it is corrected one day you will have a problem with a guest having an accident. I personally will not stay there anymore.

Staff was excellent. Very welcoming and professional. Room was a good size and bathroom was huge; shower was very large and they supplied body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Love the black out curtains. Facilities were very clean and well cared for.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I know people like different firmness in their mattresses, but even my husband who tends to like a firm mattress didn't sleep well because it was hard. I requested the highest floor, hotel has 4 floors. We were given a third floor room right beside the elevator. I didn't complain because the hotel was extremely full and one elevator was out of service.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind and welcoming. They had recently experienced a power outage and we’re having trouble with the system but found a way to check us in and personally walked us to our room each time until a key was able to be made.

The hotel looked clean and smelled like a spa from the moment we walked in. The room was the same. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and had quite an assortment - different items on Saturday and Sunday.

No complaints.

very clean, friendly staff, great location (we were only 10 minutes from our destination), the pool was a huge hit with the kids especially after 12 hours in the car

Location was fine for our purpose. Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Grab and Go breakfast, because of Covid, was not as good as one normally receives at a Hampton Inn, but there were a variety of options available, and we liked the fact that we did not have to be in a crowd.

Had trouble with the door lock -- sometimes had to give it quite a shove to open it after the lock electronically opened. Even exchanged keys, but still had an intermittent problem. Our room was on the side facing the main street, and as it turned out, a parallel railroad track. There were several trains during the night, and their alerting whistles disturbed an otherwise sound sleep. Room was adjacent to elevator and the dining area on main floor. There were some loud persons in those areas late at night which disturbed us, but fortunately not for long.

staff was very polite and cleanliness was ok, breakfast was great.

beds were not very comfortable, still had some popcorn in the floor but it was only 1 piece that could’ve been easily missed.

it was clean but had too many racist white people they saw blacks in the pool they turned around and left

Close to my meeting venue and to lots of food choices. Staff was very helpful.

Too close to train noise. Ran out of coffee every morning downstairs at breakfast but hotel seemed busy.

Breakfast was out of a lot but since we didn’t get there till after 8am I guess somewhat understandable
