my room was on the 21st floor overlooking the port and it had a very nice view. the caffè napoletano served occasionally by the waiter from an extra large "caffettiera"

elevator service was slow and not so smart (many stops were without people); an elevator closer to your floor would not arrive because one further away was given priority; one was out of service

location was amazing. very central and walked distance from main attractions. Very close to the subway station , less than 3 min walking.

They could offer a better means of transport to the airport as the taxes outside of the hotel would make up a price like 20 euros to get there while it is actually around 10.

Location, view and room. Although the building looks a bit outdated, facilities are fine.

the rooms were clean and spacious, the bathrooms were clean but a little cramped, the interior of the bathrooms was a bit outdated, the rooms would be nicer if the interior of the rooms were arranged a little better. The beds are comfortable, except for the extra bed in the superior room, which was quite hard. The location is excellent, considering the proximity of the port and the city center, cultural sights, etc. The view from the hotel is excellent, a really great panorama.

the interior of the rooms should be better, more modern at this location, the bathrooms as well. One elevator shakes and looks old, it should be replaced. The restaurant menu is not very lavish. It could be much better considering that the hotel is located in Naples, Italy, where the food is excellent everywhere. there is no spa, no indoor pool, which would raise the quality and price of a hotel like this

We stayed at NH Napoli Panorama for 2 nights when visiting with kids. We got a family room on the 26th floor, so we had a great view and lots of space. The rooms were big and the beds comfortable. The location was good, with many restaurants nearby.

The rooms are a little pricey (> 300 euros per night). Also, the hotel only had two elevators, so it seemed we were waiting for 10+ minutes a lot when waiting for the elevator.

Room with a perfect view, very, very clean and comfortable with great food. Hotel near to everything so to say, metro and bus station a minute away, the harbor is five minutes down the street from where you can take a ferry to Capri or Amalfi very easily, all the tourist attractions are five to ten minutes walking distance, people are nice and friendly, staff was great. If I was you I would look no further. Perfect location, perfect hotel, great people. Napoli itself is really something. You must see it to believe it. It will take your breath away. Great experience.

Really enjoyed our stay here! When I booked the hotel I told the hotel it was part of a trip for my partners 30th. After checking in, the reception team shared that they had upgraded our room for the birthday celebration which was incredibly kind of them. We were on the 28th floor and the views of the city / sea we're great. The room itself was so spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was lovely, nice big bathtub with a seperate shower next to it. Every staff member we spoke to was so friendly and helpful. Would happily stay again

Bathroom needed to be updated, no tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom, we ran out of hand soap and shower gel on our second day and this was not refilled. (Appreciate we could’ve asked for more, but we would’ve excepted this to be checked regularly by housekeeping)

I loved the view from my room. You could see the coast and the port which was very lovely. The mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was always fresh and well stocked with many choices.

The temperature was fine as long as I kept the window open. It was a bare room with strange storage bins to put your items away. Could not.cast to the TV and only news in other languages besides Italian.

Very nice location in Spanish Quarter, close to Centro Storico. Our room was completely surrounded by glass walls, so the city seemed like it was in the palm of your hand. The bathroom was clean and spacious enough, and even there there was a big round window revealing wonderful view of the city.

The room is too small for a 4-star hotel, but very functional, except for the closet, which was definitely too small. The prices are a bit too high compared to similar hotels,
