Great value for money. The facilities are old, but well-maintained and relatively spacious. Prices are lower than other hotels in the area because it is heavily subsidized by the government (for mayors of local governments). If you can book a room here, you're lucky. :)

For tourism, the location might not be most convenient since it is located near the parliament and government offices. If you know Tokyo subway system well, you can still get around (the hotel is a few min walk from Nagata-cho Station on Hanzomon Line).

Nice, clean comfy bed and room. Very good quality of amenities (especially their cleanser and remover!) They also provide great customer service. I didn't realize that I selected a smoking floor and requested to change to a non-smoking at 8 PM (after trying to bear with it but cannot). The staff then swiftly moved me to the non-smoking floor without any extra charge.

The closest station exit doesn't have an elevator or escalator

Great location within walking distance to many train/subway lines and easy access to major tourist attractions (Shibuya/Shinjuku/Ginza/Ikebukuro...). Convenience store right opposite the hotel. Their larger twin room was a good size for up to 3-4 large luggages opened up (with a little squeeze). We got to see the Tokyo Sky Tree from afar in their West facing rooms.

Car park staff was a bit of a hit and miss and wasn't the most convenient.

Very comfortable and clean, nice bathroom facilities. 24-hour convenience store directly opposite. A few different Metro stations nearby in each direction as well as JR Ichigaya about 15 minute walk. 11am checkout was appreciated. I would stay here again. I read a lot of reviews that the rooms are small, but that's Tokyo!

The room was comfortable, spacious (could fit two large suitcases), and provided a decent view of the area. The hotel is well connected to major train lines (walking distance ranging 500m~1.5km for about 5 different lines). It was very convenient to travel to major tourist hubs such as Shinjuku, Ginza, and Shibuya. If you go for a morning run, the route to the Imperial Palace is scenic and about 2km one-way. The counter staff were excellent in their service. The breakfast option provided an excellent range of nutrition: salad, fruits, cereal, carbs, some Western sides, Japanese sides and fish, rice, soup, etc.

First, the Wifi can be spotty especially if you are trying to connect with a laptop. Next, if you're using the laundry services, the dryer isn't particularly powerful. The immediate vicinity of the hotel isn't endowed with great shopping (some convenience stores nearby), so you would have to walk ~1.5km to the Akasaka area for decent shopping, meals, and nightlife.

The hotel was very neat and clean, staff are professional, very kind, polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Close to lots of amenities and shops.

Adding more furniture to the lobby would enhance the experience, as the current spacious lobby lacks sufficient seating, forcing passengers to stand for extended periods.

Superb service from the staff. Mr. Prasad from check in was all smiles and so kind-really attentive and thorough. The American lady who helped call taxi was so professional and courteous. The Japanese staff were so hard working and proactive when amenities like extra pillows were requested. Deliver in person within 15min. The cleaning staff did an almost spotlessly perfect job every day. How close it is to metro trains: 3 stations walking distance, 5 train lines to choose from. So convenient The surroundings and interior of building is so quiet-helpful for good rest The bedding and bed is really high quality Provisions of amenities are just right. Very thoughtful- such as having auto heated mirrors, bidet seats

Internet needs re-login every day. Sometimes cuts-out The rooms which are 15 & 23 square meters really can’t cater for more than 1 person. It feels very cramped when there are 2 people inside. The 2 bins provided are tiny…can be bigger

Accommodation and breakfast were good. What I would say is my absolute gratitude to the staff at the desk. Firstly, they were willing to keep our bags for an entire day after checkout due to our late outward flight. But secondly, my son left behind an expensive pair of shoes. I emailed from the USA to see if the shoes were still there and yes they were. Could the staff possibly arrange to send (at my expense) back home to Australia. Absolutely they could. I am so grateful for the willingness of the particular staff member who arranged shipping quotes and packing. So impressed with the level of service. Thank you!

All the staff was exceptionally helpful and polite except the only 1 boy when I was checking out, the lady checked me in and the I assumed manager was so helpful, helped me moved to a non-smoking room and called for a taxi, the location was so good I can see the Tokyo tower from my room window, room is huge especially in the center of Tokyo, one of THE best I stayed in Tokyo, I’m definitely coming back here onwards, totally worth the money, loved it!!
