The staff!!!! We were traveling with 7-year-old girl and a dog. All the staff was very polite, the hospitality was the highest!!! In all places: reception, restaurants, we were walking with the dog and no one complain for us. Oposite! The managers, staff were so happy, they eere cuddling our dog, smiling to us. It was very nice and positive experience for us. The room exceeded our expectations and looked more fancy and beautiful than in the pictures. The bath tub in the apartments was very nice, well working. We had the most relaxing time here. Absolutely, we will see you soon!!!

It was cold when walking throught coridors from one building to another one.

Great location, stunning view from the window. The breakfast is really fantastic, for everyone's taste, both big eaters and those who just want to have a little meal. Very kind and knowledgeable girls in the administration. Also at breakfast, they always made sure that everything was in order. As for the SPA, of course it is a bit worn out, but it does not prevent you from enjoying the pleasures of the pool and the sauna. Even then, there are quite a lot of people, there is enough space for everyone.

In one of the rooms I had reserved for my parents, the floor was not cleaned. Full of bits of chips, the table hadn't been cleaned in a while. Inconvenience is caused by one door card, because if one person leaves, they also take all the electricity with them. Also, it was a bit chilly in the month of October, but it didn't bother me.

AC'ed room. The hotel is in a great location. In the city centre, everything is near and accessible on foot. Even the ferry to access the Curonian spit. Public transport is also close. Buffet breakfast was also great. Just quality food. The hotel has a private paid parking. Very impressive rooftop terrace with bar and great views to all sides, especially in the evening. The restaurant one store bellow has also impressive views, calm environment and good food.

The hotel's private PAID parking. It was 6€ per night per car. Still cheaper than city parking which you have to pay 8 am to 8 pm and watch that it's paid, but... I did expected high quality hotel and the rooms on the same level, but they lacked maintenance. Nothing big, just very tiny things, but I tend to notice them and I did not like it (functioning but not as expected shower head; a few scorch marks on the carpet).

I really love this hotel because watching ships is my thing. We choose a room with a view of the port and I was like a little boy looking at the passing ships from the 16th floor. The room itself was very comfortable and the layout is pretty cool. I even worked from 'home' one day and the table made a pretty decent office. Breakfast was the best I've seen in a while and the staff is amazing.

The hotel is unfortunately showing its age. The walls and furniture are nothing to complain about, but the circa 2005 TV was a bit funny given that this is a somewhat high-end hotel.

Rooms were excelent and the view was amazing! It is really beautiful and worth paying a bit extra to enjoy the view. Breakfast was also nice and nevertheless the Pool with saunas is not big, but it was nice and we were able to relax.

A bit cold water in the pool. The restaurant on the upper floor, is just a joke! Like, we ordered same antipasti plate and it was brought without any bread (if it was for extra charge we would pay, but no one asked us), withou any extra jam/dressing on a side. Like the prices are quite high for Klaipeda, but the quality of service and menu just don’t go with it.

Location is just perfect. We really liked a view from our room (we got a room with a sea/lagoon view at 17th floor) - very calm, charming. Room was very tidy, bed was really comfi, there were all toiletries you could need (towels, soap, shower gel, hairdrayer). Also kettle with few cups and few glasses. We asked for an extra hour for late check-out, and they give it to us for free, but for more later hours - you should pay. We haven't tried a breakfast, since it's for extra payment (and kind a high in our opinion), but we gone to have one at local bar/restaurant outside. We really enjoyed pool&sauna area and be aware - you can get a towel there in pool admin (just need to ask them) - no need to bring from a room! That is very very comfortable. There is also a gym and kind a big one, but we haven't tried it. We'll definitely do it next time!

* Pool and sauna is a bit out of date. There can entry all people from outside, so be aware - at peak times (mostly evenings) you'll hardly find a place in sauna. * It's a pity that here is no bathrobe included in a room. Since all guests can entry a pool&saunas area, there could also be bathrobe as in many other similar places - it's small, but very pleasant thing. * All guest must to pay an extra for parking in hotel area (6eur/per night I guess) - there could be a discount or lower payment for sure. * Breakfast is for extra money. And kind a big money.

The view from the apartment was amazing. Loved the room itself, it was nicelly decorated and cozy. Bath was great size , bathrobes and slippers were nice extra. Comfortanle bed. Nice choices in mini bar. There was way more things we liked than things we did not so we will be back.

Spa is a bit dated in my opinion and the water was too cold for my personal liking. No jacuzzi , only jetted bubbles in the main pool area (but cold). Steam room and sauna is ok but to wash off have to go to the chanhing rooms. Breakfast was nice but more salad options or more option in general would be great. Maybe hotel did not have much guests so food choice was reduced I dont know. Hovewer it did have all classics - porige, eggs, toast, pancakes, juices, sausages, beans, roasted veg etc...

Excellent location, clean rooms, Spa and indoor pool was good, extra point for customer service and that they upgraded the room with the sea view even though we choose the standard one.

The only con was that in our room the hairdryer was not working but was not big issue for us, just little inconvenience if we had to stay longer

Fabulous views from 16th floor. Very convenient location for us as we were attending a wedding and also exploring the city and surrounding area. We loved sharing breakfast with the Wolves. Breakfast was fine but could do with bigger cups for tea. Rooftop terrace was great.

Last night was a bit noisy till about 2am, perhaps a function on 20th floor? Music was very thumpy. We were at a fabulous wedding reception there on the Friday night and hope that it didn’t disturb everyone else. Also there was a kettle, mugs and a teaspoon in the room plus a well stocked mini bar/fridge. . However, no teabags, coffee or milk. Why have a kettle and nothing to drink?? Our friends were in the Mercury and had all these things.

Good location, Clean room, beautiful view, various and delicious breakfast.

There was no blankets in the room. We called to reception and informed about it. The receptionist said that it should be in the closet, but there was the only one(we booked room for three persons). Then the housemaid came and firstly she knocked at the door, but didnt wait for us to let her in, she came in with her card. Secondly, I was shocked by her question - how did you come here? We were not informed. Sooo? Should I feel guilty about the miscommunications between hotel’s chapters?
