The hotel is in a great location just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town, with friendly staff. There was never a wait to talk to someone at reception, there was a wide selection at the breakfast buffet and the hotel has many amenities on site. It's connected to a shopping mall with food court, so even outside of the several hotel restaurants, there's many, many more options within a minute or two's walk (all undercover, if it's raining!). The hotel itself has cultural significance too, being built during Soviet occupation as a joint tourist/KGB base. There is a museum about it on site, but due to my schedule I didn't get to visit.

The rooms were basic and fairly small, with no tea/coffee making facilities, so in your room it was tap water or nothing. It could be difficult to get a table at breakfast even during times the hotel advertised as 'moderately busy' rather than 'busy'.

The family rooms with bunk beds were a wonderful bonus for us . Sleeping arrangements plus the included breakfast were the two reasons we booked the hotel and overall it was a fine stay. We liked the location (very close to the old city and waterfront) and the attached mall/dining options. We'd definitely stay here again.

A few minor things: -No safe in the room -We were a non-smoking room that was close to the smoking balcony and our room had a noticeable smoke odor. -The biggest bummer for us was that I had booked a birthday spa day for my daughter; unfortunately the spa cancelled our appointments two hours beforehand and she was seriously disappointed. They weren't able to rebook before we departed and that was a sad ending to our stay at the hotel. I guess my advice would be to book appointments for the beginning of you stay in the event they cancel and require rebooking.

The hotel is in a brilliant location close to Tallinn Old Town and the ferry terminals, everything is within walking distance. It has a great history and the KGB tour is really worth taking. I'd recommend booking in advance as it's really popular. I'd also recommend staying on a high floor as the views of the city and the sea are spectacular. The standard room was comfortable and clean. There was wifi and a small fridge which was handy for keeping water cool. There was a good selection at breakfast and the food was good quality, except the orange juice which was really watery.

The bed was really soft.

You can reach the hotel from the port in 15 minutes on foot. Tallinn Old Town and the hotel are just 3 minutes on foot, and the hotel is conveniently located for transportation. And it is very convenient to do shopping at the mall connected to the hotel. The room size with bunk beds and plenty of space for the kids was enough to satisfy us. I was very satisfied with the free printing service at the hotel.

It was a pity that the window of the room did not open, so there was no way to take action even if a lot of dust was generated. If you do not request room cleaning, it will not become a makeup room. Someone vomited in front of the hotel elevator, but it took some time to clean it up, which was unpleasant.

Excellent location, just next to the central old town area. A variety of breakfast choices. Very convenient late check-out system (extra fee). Helpful and polite staff. Good sound insulation, you can't hear the street noise.

The shower in the bathroom is very uncomfortable, bathing water runs into the entire shower room because there is no threshold. Even several extra mattresses are placed on the bed, so it's a very strange feeling when sleeping.

Room was very nice, the view was amazing, there are some special pillows at windowsill to make yourself comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, very good variety for any taste. Very convenient when you travel with toddlers. Excellent location.

Vouchers for ice cream for kids were given at reception, but lady was not sure were to get it and sent us to the lobby bar first. After questing other staff members we have found the ice cream at the hotel restaurant.

Super well located, easy to move around the old town and also the ferry terminal and the airport. Staff is great, all super friendly. Rooms have a nice size and the building/hotel has lots of amenities and is by more than one shopping mall. I loved to visit the KGB Museum and to hear a bit more about the building itself. I was impressed how well organised the breakfast buffet is despite being a busy weekend with a big conference going on.

Nice room,and lovely bathroom Great views of Tallinn from Windows. Good breakfast in mornings,both hot,and cold food,and drinks.

Very noisy in next room to ours at 03.00am as played loud music,and loud shouting,laughing. Was reported to the reception by phone,as it was going on for one hour on early Saturday morning, and on early Sunday morning. Especially as on Sunday morning had to get up early for breakfast,and to check out,as had to get to Tallinn airport.

Loved how central this property was. walking distance to the spectacular old town. LOVED the roof top bar and seeing the sun set. Quite a spacious room for European standards and loved that it had a sauna. The staff were excellent and loved that the Mall attached was very modern and had a great food hall

The only complaint would be that the property was a bit dated. It was built during Soviet Era but the rooms could do with a freshen up

The view was exceptional! We booked the premium room, and were on the 22nd floor. The view from the room was great, specially with the chair pads provided next to the windows, the kids had a great time.

If I must say something, I think the beds were a little too bouncy, and slightly uncomfortable. This comes down to personal choice, as we like firm mattresses. Rest all was good.
