Excellent hotel.Presentation and comfort, staff, amenities, and food in both restaurants were all top-notch without top dollar. Unfortunately the duty manager marred what would have been a perfect 10 out of 10 stay.

Cleaning staff serviced my room with the 'do not disturd' button on. I felt very uncomfortable as my passport, jewellery etc were unsecured and my personal belongings were moved around. Reception apologised and were going to look into it. When I mentioned at checkout I was a little surprised nothing came of it, the duty manager accused me of lying about the 'do not disturd ' being on, but no hadn't checked to see if it was working or still on! Her laziness, abupt manners, and lack of care unfortunately will stay with us.

Good spa, nice room , especially room 1823 -in the corner of the floor, where no one walks by and does not disturb with a view of the city, large breakfast selection it's nice that free water, sweets or apples are available at the reception in the afternoon comfortable beds, good bed linen and towels, robes and slippers On the first day, there was a very kind porter who met at the entrance, offered to bring the bags and parked the car The first day check in was very fast and professional Very fast, good lifts Exelent Roof top bar- very kind and pofessional staff and perfect food/ the best of all the other places we had been in those days

It was a very good choice, the hotel looks amazing, I had also very nice view over the city center from 18th floor room, the staff was very kind and helpful, food in the restaurants was really next level delicious. I also used often the spa area of the hotel, I worried it will be super crowded, but usually there were few people, so I felt alright and enjoyed. They were able to arrange even massage last moment and without any complaints, so that was super nice. Definitely a place to stay in Tallinn. Also it was super close to walk to the city center from the hotel and the neighbourhood looks nice (even though part of it are being reconstructed currently).

Just before I arrived I saw some offer from the hotel to upgrade my room for 41 EUR, so I took it, just to be surprised after my arrival that it was price for one night, so in the end I paid much more than expected, probably just did not read some small letters somewhere, so paid it without questioning, just it felt like I was a bit robbed. Also they are having in the room prepared for you this water and just next to it sweets in little jars, but they are also for extra price and not cheap, beware of it.

We booked a room at the Radisson Collection Hotel for New Year’s Eve, and the experience was truly enjoyable. The premium city and Old Town view room on the 19th floor turned out to be an ideal choice, offering a stunning 160-degree panorama of the city and the spectacular New Year’s fireworks. Even though the hotel was fully booked, the mini-spa was pleasantly quiet, allowing us to relax in peace. Breakfast, however, was a bit chaotic due to the large number of guests, making it challenging to find a table. Next time, we’ll opt for the convenience of ordering breakfast to the room. Overall, it was a delightful experience. The rooms were well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and nice, which added to the positive impression. The first time we stayed at this hotel was a year ago, and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. This year, we spontaneously decided to return to the hotel for my birthday and Christmas because last year we were more than satisfied with everything. This year, we were also pleasantly surprised by a lovely birthday treat waiting for us in the room. We had a wonderful time, relaxed, and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is super clean. The spa area is a particular highlight. It has everything you could possibly need and even more. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, such as the complimentary fruits and snacks in the lobby. The view is beautiful, and everything is spotless. The breakfast here is the best I have ever had. There is an enormous variety of options, even for those on a diet or with specific dietary preferences. Everyone will find something suitable. A huge thank you to all the staff at this hotel. We deeply appreciate the lovely surprise and the warm welcome. We will definitely return again. Even while sitting in the hotel lobby before checking out, we were already planning our next stay here. So I hope we’ll see each other again very soon!

The saunas in particular are gorgeous. One of them is really large and has a window to look out - bliss. The spa facilities in general are really incredible. The rooftop bar is amazing. Food is exceptional and the staff are so kind and accommodating! The bedrooms are lovely and the views are really stunning of the harbour/old town. Bedrooms are clean and lovely products. Also have soja milk in their coffee machines and lots of vegan/gluten free options.

Nothing much. It is on a quieter street slighter further away from the old town compared to other hotels so not sure I’d enjoy waking alone as it is quite dark! Avoid breakfast at peak times - too busy and understaffed!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Tallinn! The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The service throughout my stay was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to be courteous and attentive. The food was exceptional, and the cocktails were delightful. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast, which had a great variety of delicious options. Overall, my experience at this hotel was truly memorable, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tallinn!

This was a fantastic hotel whereby my room was wonderful and spacious, comfortable bed and beautiful views out towards the Tallinn Old Town. The young gentleman on reception when I arrived in the early hours was great and provided Tallinn bar and restaurant recommendations. I had my birthday in the hotel and they were wonderful at putting chocolates and Prosecco in my room on my birthday.

I put my bag into left luggage after I checked out. I picked it up an hour later before I was due to go to the airport. There was a long queue of people in front of me at reception and I made eye contact with the blonde female receptionist to get my bag out but I was ignored. At this point I was getting stressed about getting to the airport on time. When I eventually presented my bag ticket, she came out with the wrong bag! I had to go into the store to locate my own bag.

Absolutely amazing breakfast. I like the fact that you can make an order at the table. Staff at reception and in the restaurant helpful and friendly. Great spa faculties included in the room price. Also great fact that there is no kids restriction.

Just one thing was disappointing, we had no bath in our room. As when we booked our room on the pictures there was bath and on facilities list was mentioned bath. We had no clue that there can be a shower. To wash small kids in shower is uncomfortable.
