The amenities offered at the hotel (breakfast, wifi, bars, and restaurants) were all clean, efficient, and high quality. They offered fun scheduled nights including comedy nights and drag brunches while we were there. We felt welcome and in a safe space during our stay. The property being LGBT+ friendly was a big incentive for choosing this hotel, as well as its central location. The bus stops right in front of the property which allows for easy commuting.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The pillows were thin and lumpy. There was poor air circulation in the room which would get fairly hot in the middle of the night.

To be fair, pretty much everything - can't really fault this property. I requested a "quiet spot" in my pre-arrival communication and they certainly supplied that for me. Room was comfortable, reasonable enough size, nice bed, nice pillows, good shower, a small window that opened for fresh air, spare toilet roll [always an indicator of the property approach to guests and expenses] and plentiful bottles of bathroom liquids if you happen to not BYO. Room came with a 'mini bar' which is fine if you like that sort of thing - a space in a mini fridge would be a better addition so chocolate or snacks can be placed. There are adequate lounge and seating areas if you happen to like chillin in your location and its a comfortable space behind reception. For me, i just need a small quiet, central base from which to start and end the day - for that it was a very good choice to make - right on Tram #6 literally on the doorstep. Taxi rank just up the road and a coffee / pastry shop on the corner. This is a good spot, a good property and I very much appreciated a 6th floor, high up, out of the way room that was definitely quiet - which is really all I do ask for. No hesitation recommending this property to visitors to Helsinki.

only one small thing, the in room phone had no details for reception or dialing down - the info may have been removed and trying 0 and 1 and # etc did not work. the safe couldn't be reset. I would also add, in all my travels and literally hundreds of hotel rooms, i still haven't found a hotel that places the same number of milks as coffees in the room - always run out of milk after drink #2.

It almost doesn't get more central than this. Roll out of a (very comfortable) bed and you're almost at the Esplanadi. My room was not big but well-furnished, with a great shower and clothes-hanging facilities. I used the gym once, which was well-furnished too. Breakfast was abundant, diverse and tasty. The staff was friendly, prompt and helpful. I personally really appreciated that this hotel did not just talk the talk on LGBTQ+ friendliness, but also seemed to walk the walk. Finally, the views from the rooftop bar were spectacular.

There was no sauna! More of a surprise than a true downside for me. Other than that, no negatives from me -- my room did not have a view, but that really did not bother me, and it made it extra quiet.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Klaus K. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Every detail seemed well thought out, creating a seamless and enjoyable experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. One of the highlights was the rich open buffet breakfast, offering a great variety of delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Great location, quiet but central. Reception staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was warm and comfortable. Everywhere was clean. The shower wasn’t particularly strong but it was hot.

I picked this hotel particularly because I’d read their restaurants have plenty of vegan options. In practice, the main restaurant had nothing vegan but simply left the Parmesan off the vegetarian dish, and the Monsieur K restaurant had one option for the starter, main course and dessert. However, in all cases the food was very good.

Great hotel that goes over and above to ensure guests have an excellent experience. Loads of complimentary products available that could you help yourself too. Rituals products in the bathroom. Fluffy white towels. Staff are very nice and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent, fresh and tasted good with a good variety. Room was well designed and had a mini bar if required. Lots of choice of teas and coffee. The room had a Steamery clothes steamer which was amazing! Gym available. We loved the roof top bar with live music!

Everything was neat and cozy. After having travelled through Finland the weeks before and having stayed in different places it was super nice to have a comfortable bed and a nice shower. It was even better to be able to order my dinner to the room and it arrived very fast (needed some spices but still rather good)!

Only luxury complaints here... The Netflix on my tv didn't work and I also couldn't connect my phone to use the screen sharing option. I was missing a shoe-iron (shoe-horn?) in the room. The control knob on the radiator fell of when I touched it so I couldn´t turn down the heat (my room was super warm all night) and when I let the staff know they said someone would check on it after I would check out in the morning. Would have been nice if they had checked on it right away but I just opened a window to cool down the room (sorry if the electricity bill was very high)...

Cool. Clean. Central. Very cool funky vibe throughout Staff were lovely Breakfast was next level with a wide range of food on offer and was proper wholesome. The anthesis of the bland, processed breakfasts you pay a fortune for in most hotels Buffet ranged from fry up to eco and super healthy. Smoothies. Mushed up stuff. Salads. Fish concoctions. Meat. Cheese. Egg. Dairy. Cereal but not just your bog standard Thos was all put into perspective as the room price was in check compared to hotels close by

Overall the hotel was good. The location was great, the staff were very friendly and obliging, and amenities were good. The room was clean and Helsinki is lovely.

The room was very tired, and could be better equipped with out spending a lot of money, or effort. There weren't enough power points, I think that there was only one spare one, the connecting ability ability for my gear was inadequate, and the lighting was poor and missing bulbs.There was a single chair with nowhere for my case.

The quality of breakfast items did not satisfy me such as cheese, pastry, and lunch meat… Perhaps, you may consider using a different vendor. The gentleman (with colorful hair) at the front desk was unable to provide me with any info about the city. Please make sure to train all your front desk people.
