Great location close to the city centre and airport train. Rooms were nice, clean and a good size. Friendly and helpful staff.

Slow check in at 5pm - perhaps they could add extra staff at that time? The hotel bar was difficult to access, though we easily found other places to go. No kettle and complementary tea/coffee in the room. Maybe this is a cultural difference .

Rooms are large. Hotel is well located. Breakfast is superb. One of the best we had on our trip in Finland.

There are visible stains on the bedding, thrown and some furniture. Cleanliness was overall acceptable.

Only really minor observations: -two storage places in the room were not 100 % clean on arrival -refilling time for items empty during breakfast on weekend took a bit longer, but I guess that is part of the sustainability policy in order to avoid wasted food

The staff is amazing, especially the night shift, super helpful! The location is ideal to go around Helsinki on foot, services and amenities were at very short distance. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Beds are super comfortable and rooms are soundproof. Ideal!

Only 2 things: it is difficult to regulate the temperature in the room as the heating seems to be centralised. Windows are locked and can’t be opened to change a bit the air, which is not ideal as the air was too dry and I had trouble sleeping.

good location in heart of Helsinki. Tram stop around the corner. Walking distance to most sites. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. - friendly staff all spoke good english. They explained everything clearly and the check-in/out were done very quickly. - vibe and decor of the hotel interior feels classic Nordic style, especially the furnitures. - our room was decent in terms of size and comfort. Plenty of hangers and shelves. - breakfast was varied with lots of choices, and on weekends and holidays it's available till the afternoon. - we made good use of the hotel gym and sauna facilities during our stay. The gym was one of the best I've seen inside a hotel. Plus it's open 24/7. - sauna was only available in the morning and evening which we managed to use everyday whilst there.

The breakfast is pricey if it is not included in the room, but it is good. There's a great variety of everything, so it really gives a good start to your day. The location of the hotel is excellent and the place is nicely furnished and decorated. The staff is super helpful and polite.

The window of our room was tiny and you couldn't open it. There was no desk, so this hotel is not really suitable for business travellers. Trying to work on your laptop sitting in one of the chairs or on the bed simply doesn't cover it. It's a pity since there was an awkward empty space in the room, that could have been ideal for a desk. There doesn't seem to be a phone in the room, so if you need to talk to the reception, you just have to go down. The free wifi keeps kicking you out.

The location, breakfast and the hotel facilities (sauna etc). Also the view to the park from our room. The bathroom was amazing, with extra heating and underfloor heating (top!!)

I think that the breakfast fee for the residents is too expensive (26€ per person). But it was perfect with a great variety. One more thing is the cleaness of the rooms. We were not very satisfied as only the bare minimum was done. Specifically, the staff collected the trash from the bins in the room and bathroom - it’s fine. However, when we left dirty glasses either by the door or on the TV stand, they were not picked up by the staff. They were finally collected on the third day. I didn’t understand why, even though someone was cleaning the room, they didn’t collect the dirty coffee cups. Regarding the room heating, I believe it could have been more efficient. This does not apply to the bathroom!

Location is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Providing an early breakfast was a great touch for an early flight. Comfortable beds, fantastic shower. Good temperature control in the room. A great choice for breakfast.

A dressing table or somewhere to do make up would have been nice. Breakfast was always extremely busy, but in fairness the staff were constantly clearing tables and re-stocking the buffet area. Finding the open bar was a challenge from the elevators as the signage was not clear and it was easier and quicker to exit the hotel front door and walk up the hill to the corner!

Comfortable rooms in excellent central location. Also enjoyed the well-equipped gym. Staff efficient if somewhat unsmiling. Good value overall, if slightly impersonal. Quiet room requested and duly allocated - we slept very well.

Room felt poorly ventilated & became rather stuffy across a 3-night stay due to no facility to open windows. Hotel felt rather business-focused. No information on room or local amenities in rooms, hotel/room information is accessible via a (tiny) QR code on a slip of paper, or accessible via your smart TV. Daily housekeeping service seemed limited in scope - not including a proper mop/clean of floors. Design is a little 'style over substance' - showers could do with a door, and the clothes rail design doesn't really work.

This was the most perfect place for my stay in Helsinki. The hotel was busy, and I didn't hear anything from the rooms around me. They're sound-proofed extremely well. Breakfast is an absolute dream - soothing acoustic music with food to satisfy every palate. The room was spacious, and I loved that the bathroom light automatically turned itself on and off in the middle of the night by motion sensor when you entered. Clean, comfortable, luxurious, and peaceful. You won't regret staying here! It may be the nicest hotel experience I've ever had.

The first room they gave me the ceiling tile was detached from the ceiling and the ac unit wasn't plugged in. I was tired from traveling, so having to go back to the lobby with all my luggage again wasn't fun. But the receptionist was wonderful and got me a new room immediately. If I had to be nit-picky, the rooms with a bathtub were a very steep step to get into the shower/tub. I almost wish they had a step stool for me, haha. Navigating exit while wet was not fun either. This small detail wouldn't deter me at all from staying again, though. Also, the thermostat in the room wouldn't go to 19, I'd set it at 19, and the closest it would get is 20. Minor detail, but I would have preferred a slightly cooler room and being able to control the thermostat.
