Beautiful, modern hotel, with an art deco style and vibe. The look and feel of the hotel is lovely. Excellent location in an upmarket neighborhood, about 5-8 minutes walk from the main boulevard. It is quiet and understated - perfect for a restful nights sleep. The staff were exceptional. Even when the bar was closed there was no issue ordering drinks from the restaurant and consuming them in the bar area, There's also a charming outside bar/dining area next to the restaurant. Rooms (including bathroom) were a generous size with all the facilities expected of an upscale hotel. The beds were particularly comfortable.

our stay here was comfortable and the room was large. the staff were really helpful and friendly. the breakfast which was included in our room charge was very good with a really nice dinning area. the bar/lobby was beautifully decorated and inviting. The location of the hotel was great for all of the main center attractions and there are many good restaurants close by.

the restaurant wasn't open on the 1 day that we wanted to eat at the hotel. the bar area was so nice but not open every day of the week which was disappointing and I think for a hotel of this standard not acceptable. the lift was exceptionally slow, it was quicker to use the 6 flights of stairs.

Not much to say here. Would have liked less zealous cleaning staff. Entering the room while knocking (I'm in here, thanks!) wasn't appreciated. Nor was the other instance of someone making me come out of the bathroom and answer the door because me saying 'no thank you' from inside 3 or 4 times wasn't sufficient. Nothing else negative to say at all

location and style are excellent, beds super big and comfortable.

property bigger than expected, fridge in the room does not work, my room was dark and overlooked. small duvet and getting out of the shower was difficult due to the bath and very large panel you had to climb over, could not imagine the old or someone with mobility issues being able to do this without help.

Location is super central, the hotel itself is really nice and contemporary, the room and bathroom were both spacious and clean, and the breakfast had a wide selection and was really tasty!

The only downsides were the door in my room which connected to next door (I am never a fan of this as a solo female traveller), and the lift wasn't working properly so I had to use an alternative which only took me so far.

Stylish hotel, comfortable rooms, nice breakfast, excellent location.

It was impossible to try and get some sleep as guests in the neighbouring rooms and corridor were partying in the early hours - something that you would not expect when staying at an establishmebt of this price level. We would have expected the hotel to offer to somehow compensate for this, which the staff however failed to do.

Beautifully designed hotel, The lobby is very charming, so is the main restaurant. The rooms are minimal and very clean and the design is beautiful especially the bathroom. The variety of the breakfast buffet is also great, and very generous. Loved everything about this hotel, and location as well.

The staff were not very informed on what to do for siteseeing, didn't give much information. There is no spa/ swimming pool.

Great location to explore Helsinki. Beautiful building and good atmosphere. Really good bed and comfortable spacious room.

Service at the breakfast area was poor. A lot of dirty tables each morning, so maybe understaffed. We had to wait for coffee each morning almost until we had already eaten.

Outstanding, helpful and friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast. Great location: easy and pleasant walk from the station and seafront, close to design museum and parks.

Although the bathroom was excellent and the bed comfortable, the room was very small with only one easy chair.

Staff at the reception were very nice and helpful. Good room, if expensive. Good and fast room service and not too pricey for once. Breakfast OK but nothing special and see below. Very very expensive parking nearby. Close to the center.

Breakfast starts at 07.00. I arrived 06.56 for a ... locked door. They do this also in ex communist countries (which it is in a way of course). Makes you feel like at school. Open at 07.00 sharp. Or as at the post office. There is nowhere to sit or to go there, especially if outside it is -13 C which it was. Breakfast nothing special and do not go near closing time as we did the first morning because they do not seem to top up juice for instance. The building is a bit of a maze with a front part and a back part, it takes a while to know where to go.
