Our stay at Noli Malmi was fantastic! The studio was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a mini kitchen, utensils, and cooking pans, allowing us to easily prepare simple meals. The studio also featured a washing machine with laundry pods, which was very convenient. The amenities were impressive, including a sauna, gym, and a working area, which set it apart from other hotels. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the metro and only a few stops from the airport. Surrounded by large grocery stores, it was easy to stock up on essentials, and the bistro restaurant downstairs offered delicious lunch and dinner options. The view from the studio was amazing, giving us a panoramic look at the entire city. Highly recommend!

The only downside was that we arrived a bit earlier and contacted customer service about an early check-in, but unfortunately, the room wasn’t available yet, as informed by the staff. However, we can’t really blame them for that, and we were grateful that the Bistro restaurant allowed us to sit and wait comfortably until our check-in time.

Very good location, the train station and beverage store are around the corner. It takes 15 min with a train to Helsinki center. Good cozy room. Nice "extras" like billiard and gym. Fast check-in and check-out.

Unmanned check-in is nice and fast, but I really don't like the idea of taking and storing pictures of my personal documents, and there's no option to decline it and make a person check the documents without taking pictures. The interface of the check-in app is not fully translated. Only coffee from a capsule machine is available for an extra fee at the common kitchen, an option with a freshly grounded coffee should be available as well.

We were connecting onto a flight the next day and choose this hotel as a cheaper alternative to the airport hotels, which were very expensive (Hilton, Scandic). The access from the airport is very easy and quick, the train takes about 20 minutes, leaves every 10-15 minutes and at a cost of 6.40 EUR return (zones BC) it is both very easy and convenient. On arrival you have to use a tablet to check in which is tedious and long winded. Hotel has a restaurant which we did not use during our stay but there is also a pizzeria just across the road and shopping centre with a large supermarket less than 5 minutes walk. We stayed in a medium sized apartment which was nice and big, great size for one night stay, oven/microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dish washer, so everything one needs even for a longer stay. On each floor there is a service station with hair dryer, iron... and other amenities. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had everything you need, including a washing machine. Highly recommended, especially at the price we paid (60 EUR).

I would say that Noli Malmi is one of the best place that we have stayed. The compact studio has more amenities than we expected. The working stations are great to access other things that one need. Location is a good base between the airport and Helsinki center since it is located beside the Malmi train station. It is surrounded with supermarkets like Lidl and Prisma and a little shopping center. There are also several restaurants in the area. The common areas are great too: sauna, kitchen, laundry, and gym are all free to use for the guests! What more can you ask for? :)

This place is amazing for its price. The room is very clean and it has everything you can ask for. It’s spacey, has a kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine and the hotel itself has so many shared areas that are clean and very functional. There is a washing machine, dryer, steamer, hanging room, ironing boards, the sauna is mixed and is super clean, the gym is relatively complete, there is a cool TV/movie, gaming and work area. The staff are really nice, they let me drop my luggage before i checked in and they told me not to worry after I accidentally broke the vase. Thank you so much!! Everything was so clean, convenient and functional. Was worth the price.

The hotel is very good

The way that they clean the room is not cleaned properly especially the glass wall of the toilet, floor of toilet is not clean, the toilet is getting yellow so i cleanedit with myselfand even the sink, the sink of kitchen is not clean the cabinet is dusty im a cleaner too so i see what is not clean. Sorry if i noticed this write my comment here. But so far the hotel is nice because this is our 2nd time with my husband. But I hope the management will look the cleaning. I loved how easy it was to get to the accommodation and you have an entire apartment to yourself with amenities inside for cooking and cleaning. There was housekeeping every other day, who were incredibly nice, as well as more amenities on each floor that you can rent out. I solo-travelled for the first time and I'd recommend Noli Malmi to everyone; with the location being stops away from the airport and the centre of Helsinki, the metro being two minutes away and the shopping centre a few more. It's also quiet, which is something I also enjoy, and the patrons and hosts that you meet during your visit are friendly. I'm definitely coming back here on my next visit to Finland!

Good and clear communication from the hotel staff about the late check-in procedure. Self-check-in was very intuitive and easy to go through. Well-equipped and spacious enough studio. It was very quite and I only heard the rumble of the pipes in the building. The location is good enough to travel by public transport (train) to Helsinki downtown and the airport. Both ways app. 15-20 minutes. The hotel is within 2-min walk from the train station. Also large supermarkets are within 5-min walking distance.

No TV but not really a problem for me. No black tea nor instant coffee, only two teabags of green tea.

Very nice hotel with easy key card access to the rooms. I was on the 11th floor, nice view, spacious room and clean. Kitchen had everything needed for an easy meal prep, and the bathroom was nice with a good shower. Bed was comfortable.

Hotel has on site parking that is charged per day to clients. It was full when I requested a space for my car so the staff suggested the FREE carpark one block away. Perfectly safe parking in this carpark located by the train station. Wonders why clients get charged for the hotel parking when there's a perfectly good FREE one over the road.

Everything! The building is extremely modern. The price I paid was a bargain for Helsinki so I was shocked by how luxurious it felt. The bed was comfy, there was a fully stocked kitchenette, a little table, and packets of filter coffee to enjoy. I think the best part was the bathroom, which had underfloor heating. I was only there for one night so did not get chance to use them, but there were endless facilities such as sauna, restaurant, and a workspace. There are lots of other takeaways and shops nearby, as well as the bus and train station being only two minutes away. It felt very secure, with key cards being required to access the lift etc.

It was a shame I could not put with window blind up fully, as the views from my 13th floor room were spectacular. However this issue is very minor, I adored this hotel!
