What I love most about this hotel is its short distance to the main Helsinki airport. It only took me less than 5 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel! I also love the breakfast. It was repetitive, but the variety of food offered was fantastic!

The small rooms but it was as expected.

Every detail has been carefully considered. This hotel is perfect for travelers who arrive late or need to depart early for a flight. Their wake-up call system is highly reliable, even for the deepest sleepers. They also provide a full breakfast starting as early as 4 a.m., and a complimentary shuttle service to the airport runs every 20 minutes. They welcome you warmly, even at 1 a.m., making the experience stress-free despite inconvenient flight times. My family and I are incredibly grateful for such thoughtful service.

I have no negatives to mention. It is clearly an airport hotel, designed primarily for short stays and convenience, ideal for travelers.

Hotel is located relatively close to the airport and provides a free shuttle bus back and forth. There is a giant shopping mall 15 minutes walk from the hotel with plenty of shops and restaurants. Breakfast is served from 4am, which is useful when having an early flight. The breakfast buffet had limited variety at 5 am, but had everything you needed to start your day. The warm dishes were brought in around 5:30 am. There were many power sockets, including many USB ports, allowing many electronic devices to be charged over night. Nice that the hotel had a sauna and a swimming pool, but we did not have time to use it.

Limited wardrobe space in the family room may make it difficult to unpack luggage.

The lady didn’t find the reservation immediately because I hadn’t given my first name. Hence a few nervous moments but quickly resolved. Very high up in the sky, hence can’t open windows which isn’t fab but then, no-one wants accidents Stuff in shop is expensive. It was a long walk to the supermarket for drinks and snacks; most people would not fancy/impractical.

A decent and not expensive hotel for a short stay close to the airport. Although there are closer hotels, there is a free shuttle that you can use, to get to and from the hotel. They had a room option that allowed us to book only a single room for the our family of four and we weren't looking for anything fancy for just a short overnight stay. The room was clean and all the necessary facilities were functional.

- A bunk bed right over the two beds was not very comfortable. Would've preferred an additional, regular bed, but the room is not large enough for four beds. - The included breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Not just because it was located at the next door hotel, it's not a big deal actually. Although the selection was decent and everything was fresh, the quality and taste were a little sub-par. But I guess it expected for the price we payed.

The airport shuttle was great and punctual. Breakfast was really good - there was a lot of food choice available, even gluten-free options. The room was spacious and very clean. Staff was extremely polite - they even changed my room when I asked if there's anything to do, because my room was too hot. Great one night stay at the airport! The sauna and pools are great.

There were some young athletes in the pool, at the restaurant and playing and running around the hotel. They were very loud and I couldn't fall asleep - but that is not the hotel's fault. I couldn't have entered the pool because there were so many children.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Hotel is very close to the airport and a walking distance from a big shopping center. Variety of options were offered at the breakfast buffet. The family room was enough for 4 people and the hotel will provide a baby cot if needed. There's no kettle for tea and coffee in the room but you can find a hot water tap by the elevators. The water from the tap was hot enough for my daughter to make her cup noodles.

The room I stayed in didn't have a handheld bidet sprayer in the bathroom.

Easily reachable, friendly and forthcoming staff, good variety for the breakfast, a large shop at reception, plenty of parking which is reasonably priced.

The room was on the smaller side for 4 people, but it is fairly small even if we were two. There was a number of little things that did not work properly but could have been easily fixed with proper maintenance: we had to change the room because the safe was locked out and could not be used, in the next room safe batteries were incomplete and had to be installed by the staff, lockers in the sauna could not be locked (broken or run out of batteries), the shower door isolation and furniture covers were loose, a Chromecast device was attached to the TV (which would permitting casting anything one wants from the phone), but the TV was locked out from using other HDMI ports etc

Ingenious interior design in the 2-person room (eg, lots of ladder-ribs, which was great for hanging several things). Enough space around beds. Delicious and plentiful breakfast from raw porridges to pancakes, and with many more edibles. Pool for morning swim. Free bus transfer to-from airport!

The pool water temperature could have been a bit warmer (at least in the morning when the sauna is not on, yet). Big coffee mugs, and not takeaway paper cups only. (Or I just missed them).

I have stayed here on numerous occasions during work trips in Finland mainly on the night before a flight home. Its location close to the airport is ideal and the shuttle bus service is another great point. My evening meal on the Saturday was also delicious.

On this occasion it was an uncomfortable stay as the weather was hot and the air conditioning wasn’t working in room 308, just made a lot of noise but no cold air was forthcoming. This is unusual for this hotel, I can honestly say I had not experienced it before.
