Room i had was superior double on the 8th floor. It was spacious, had bathrobes, flippers, minibar, and air cooling. The bed was very nice, very much my taste. Big and on the soft side, and a blanket for both sleepers. Pillow selection bigger one and smaller one. Bathroom was spacious and nice. 2 different towel colors for easier identification when travelling duo. Breakfast had many options and I was happy to see berries and fruits. And the crepes were tasty! Parking nearby for short time for free, (we packed the car, it was in other parking facility overnight) Overall nice looking environment

I think the drain in the room might need to be checked, id assume housekeeping would also notice this during cleaning. Small but noticeable odor in otherwise clean looking environment. Small things... Might be bc of our late night and slow morning, but breakfast ending at 9.30(tuesday) felt too early :( I wish this was a bit longer.

During our visit to Finland we stayed at several different hotels and this was the absolute best. We absolutely loved the hotel. It was clean, comfortable, had fabulous food and it was so close to the train station. The station was practically at their front steps. I really liked the brand of soaps and lotions that were used at the hotel and will likely order some when I get home. The hotel seemed like it was miles from a big city or an airport because it was so quiet. This room was the first one that had what we would consider a king sized bed. It was wonderful and soft and it smelled so clean.

I can't think of anything that needs to be added or changed. The room was wonderful and relaxing. We will certainly go back.

I've been staying in the hotel second time. It has a nice and new renovation, incredible breakfast and nice stuff. And of course location is perfect, one train station to the airport only, trains are running every 20 minutes.

This time we were not too lucky with a room. An ice maker was located just right next to our room and it was quite noisy at night. I even wonder who needs ice at night and even who needs it at all. And it would be great to have a better choice of pillows or one universal could be offered. Currently one could select either a very big one or very small one.

I often score fairly well; but I hope I always chose well. The Clarion Aviapolis is such a nice hotel, and the price point excellent for this. It matches many of the other 5* hotels I have stayed in around the world: the room is exceedingly well equipped with high quality furniture, fittings and electricals, and a comfortable bed.

The great value means that the hotel has a wide range of different types of people staying. It's also a little walk from the airport (around 1.5km) and is fine when it's Summer, but it wouldn't be much fun in pouring rain. It's not really signposted well so I had to use my phone's map.

The staff greeting us on arrival were super friendly and nice. Liked the fact that we could choose between shower or bathtub for our room and that we got complimentary bath salts to use. As our flight left early in the morning we did not have the opportunity to try the full breakfast but they do have a very nice little spread at the early bird breakfast as well. Super good and easy connection to the airport by train, you simply just walk out the hotel door and take the escalators down to the train and in a few minutes you are at the airport. I would not hesitate for a moment to book a room here again if I would need to fly through Helsinki.

We booked a table a the hotels restaurant as there is not anything else close by unless you take the train somewhere. Not really a complaint but the caesar salad we ordered was absolutely huge :D Would have been nice to see some vegan dishes on the menu as now there were none.

The location is withing some 1.5 km walking from the airport and just next to Aviapolis train station. It is the closest hotel to the airport (except the two more expensive ones just next to the airport). The neighbors were quiet. It was also impossible to hear any noises from outside. Climate control works. Ventilation works very well. The breakfast was tasty and there was a large choice of meals.

Nothing. I just spent some to figure out, how to switch off the lamp in the bathroom placed under the sink. It is turned on by a motion sensor and it turns off automatically after some 5-10 minutes by timeout.

Upon arrival we got welcomed very friendly by the reception. Asked about our trip and what we thought about our experiences in Lapland etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very nice, rooms are comfortable, good pillows, good shower, coffee tea facilities. Very good breakfast. Good gym and sauna to use morning or evening. And the trainstation is literally next to the hotel entrance, one stop from airport and 30min direct train from city center. Very convenient, would stay there again for sure!

Nothing really..

Hotel was perfect stop over after visiting Jakobstad. We stayed 2 nights and then visited Helsinki. The train station was right outside with a 30 minute direct journey into the centre at a cost less than €5. The staff were fabulous, the breakfast choice was amazing and rooms kept spotlessly clean. The airport was 1 train stop away (but we walked one way as it was sunny and needed to stretch legs!). Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

It was my second time staying at this hotel and, once again, I felt so comfortable during my layover. Conveniently located at the train station one stop away from Vantaa airport going directly to the terminals, the hotel has everything you need. High quality materials, beautiful design, quiet rooms with a view to coniferous trees, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, clean and calm. Will be happy to come back again and again.

The location of this place is amazing if you need to spend the night till the next flight. The hotel is about 20 minutes walking distance from the HEL airport. The early-option breakfast was good enough. It was nice to have available shampoo and shower gel and other necessities ( I was quite surprised that it was from 'Rituals').
