Was in town for a concert and was pleasantly surprised on how close it was to the amphitheatre! Was able to walk down a little path behind the hotel without having to walk down the road by traffic. Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is stocked up with Dove products (shampoo/conditioner/body soap/hand soap/lotion). The outdoor area has two big grills, tables, fire pit, and two giant connect 4 games for kids. The lady that checked us in was super friendly and welcoming.

Pool was a little cloudy. Not sure if they just put chemicals in it or if it was due for a cleaning. Bed was a little lumpy.

We love the friendliness of the staff, Tia greeted us and when she explained there pool was not open, it was upsetting it was $219 a night for nothing but breakfast, but she made a call and we went to swim at another location.

The pool was under maintenance and closed and it was not mentioned on the internet when booking our room, and very expensive for no extras..

Location leaves a lot to be desired. Walking from hotel to nearby businesses is extremely limited. This is a car-only location if you desire anything except the immediate next door dining option. Also, windows don't isolate the sound from outside, at all well. There is an enormous parking lot close to the rear of the building that becomes active with hundreds of cars arriving Friday and Saturday night for a venue next to it. As these cars leave around 11pm you hear all the noise from people and cars coming through the windows. Quite disturbing. It would be quieter facing the front of the building. Also, sound isolation from halls and rooms above is poor. You hear people walking above you and all voices from the hall outside your room easily carry inside.

Breakfast choices were wonderful. Hot and fresh foods available. Connecting room for my family was perfect. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom needed a bit of extra attention. The toilet had a flushing issue, exhaust fan was loud and the floors needed a bit more cleaning at the wall connection, dusty mostly. Connecting doors were a bit tough to open.

Great location and nice room. Breakfast was pretty good.

The hallway was very hot. The coffee machine in the room was gross. Lime build up in the water reservoir left white flakes throughout machine, couldn’t use. The door lock was very hard to lock and unlock.

The hotel is located right next to a state park where they are doing some pretty major & very noisy construction/repairs from last summer's tornadoes. The hydraulic jackhammer started going at 6:45 & was still at it when we left hours later so plan on using a white noise app. Also ask for 3rd floor room - the noise from fellow travelers started around 5:30 a.m. & we heard every door slam. But the staff & location are top notch, & the double queen with sofa room was amazing. Much larger than expected & lots of room for mom & dad to relax while the kids crashed in the main room. Perfect for larger families.

Friendly staff at the front desk. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing - IHG Hotel is great like that! Swimming pool was smaller but had fun floats, pool noodles, and a beach ball for the kids to play with. Nice outdoor area with furniture and a grill. Plus a giant Connect 4 game to play, too! Lots of restaurants to choose from made it a great location.

We did not get to breakfast, we overslept. Beds are comfy. Everything was nice and clean and the staff very friendly. We stayed overnight for a concert and the staff made sure we knew the way to the walking trail to amphitheater. This hotel is close to many restaurants within walking distance as well. No UBER needed!

Nothing bad to say about this hotel.

We were here for one night for a concert. Venue was literally right behind the building, so we could walk and not worry about driving and parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, we were asked if we were there for the concert and not only told about venue accessibility from bridge behind property, but we were taken to the window and shown how to access the bridge. Elevators were not working at the time but it wasn’t a big deal for just one night to take the stairs up one flight. Room rate was as indicated. Room was exceptionally clean. Vending and ice on our floor as well as main lobby. Breakfast was nice. Would stay here again.

it was calm and quiet. the staff was very friendly. the staff respected our privacy when exchanging our used towels for fresh towels.

The couch and couch bed was old and dirty looking.
