24 hour hot coffee/water and iced water in the lobby was great. Staff was very helpful, but did seem understaffed. Breakfast was very good, the lobby was clean and comfortable. I was a nice stay and we would stay again.

No housekeeping ( trash removal, fresh towels was unexpected - maybe a CA/green effort? or maybe just understaffed. We set the trash in the hall to be picked up, as others did which was not pleasant to look at. We set our bundle of towels in the hall and got fresh ones from the desk. It is uncomfortable to put your dirty laundry in the hall and to see others dirty laundry.

Love the location. Our room was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, they had everything. The girl Natalie at the front desk was so so very helpful and answered all my questions. She was super sweet and always giving great customer service with a smile. She went out of her way to grant my requests. By far the best employee there. Juliana can learn from her.

I checked in on Saturday 9/3/22 about 10 minutes before actual check in time. The reception girl named juliana was very unprofessional, didn't tell us the pool time hours, or what time breakfast begins and ends. Just gave me the room key, she was not nice or pleasant. A few minutes later I came back inside with my luggage and the same girl Juliana was on her phone taking pictures of herself and talking to another employee using foul language. So so disappointing that they would have people like that working at your hotel.

How nice and neat the rooms were and clean even around the baseboards and behind the beds were most dust and dirt filled up but however this hotel the La Quinta dispose of the one in Pomona it really go beyond and above the call of keeping the rooms clean if you need extra linen a blanket to accommodate you in any aspects that is needed extra they have no problem and do not charge you for parking the one in Pomona charges you $9 for parking and other expenses they also charge the one in Pomona also charges you for their something that you did not buy in their food section they're hot and cold food sections that you can buy and purchase they overcharged my card then they took them forever to refund my deposit the La Quinta in Ontario does not charge you the $100 deposit to get the room and they want $300 deposit in cash or on the card then what the La Quinta in Ontario does not charge you $100 plus they have a real clean pool and their staff in the evening early morning is absolutely wonderful so if there's a problem early in the morning or accept your say do not have a problem immediately commenting their Day stuff is morning stuff is really busy so you don't get as much but when it becomes afternoon or evening time or e m early morning they are really eager to help you and go out their way as well as they are eager to help and go out their way for their own coworkers even when they're getting off of work and I've already clocked out this facility this hotel excuse me not facility in Ontario is absolutely Grand it has a nice little garden area like a picnic area that you can sit at with your family next to the pool their pool is very clean and so is there jacuzzi the one in Pomona is not off of Temple

I love how hot and clean their bathrooms work and they're complimentary shampoo conditioner and body wash by Dove was absolutely great they're just they're all around the room is wonderful I thank you I can't tell a hotel in Ontario California it is absolutely Grand it is absolutely beautiful it is the most wonderful thing that can happen thank you very much for your time and effort

Everything was great! I stayed for a couple of weeks and no problems. There was one night where some people were making noises either above me or next to me, but it’s not the hotels fault.

What I didn’t like about the hotel is that you can hear the toilets flush all around you in different rooms. It’s actually gross to hear. It’s the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in where that happens. I stayed there before I don’t remember hearing it. You hear all day and all night. I expect that at a motel 6, but not at a Wyndham property. That should be changed and fixed immediately.

The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. The mattress on the bed was okay but it does need to be replaced. My favorite part of the stay was the Dove bathroom products! They were so much better for my hair and skin than brands used by other hotels I've been to. There were a number of standard choices to eat for breakfast and I was really happy to see the wafflemakers!

While the bathroom was very clean, the paint outside the tub was peeling so a little cosmetic work would help a lot. Also would help to replace the bed mattress as I could feel the indentations on the mattress.

The check in process was very quick and easy, I was able to check in a little before 3pm which was great after driving for 6 hours. The room was spacious and very clean. Many restaurants nearby to chose to eat from. Felt safe the whole time. I enjoyed the breakfast, cant go wrong with coffee, juice, egg, sausage, bacon and waffles among other healthy choices such as yogurt, oatmeal and fruit.

The walls ware thin, every time our next door neighbor would enter their room it sounded as if they were trying to open our door. You get use to it and can eventually tell that no one is trying to enter.

Great location, comfortable, clean, great breakfast

We booked this hotel due to having laundry facilities (we have been traveling almost 2 months). Was a comedy of errors but not funny. Signs for laundry app (outdated/not working), sign to get quarters at lobby/they don’t have but sold me the laundry soaps/dryer sheets?! Had to go to a laundromat at another hotel…was not happy about that. Spoke to manager the next morning quietly to let him know. He acted surprised and said he needed to remove the app signs and apologized we couldn’t use the facilities. He did offer us another night but we had plans further down the road so couldn’t take him up on the offer. He was nice about it and so were we we didn’t talk at the desk, but away so our convo was not overheard. I would still go again another time.

Breakfast very good. Lots of choices. Room was clean but not immaculate. Gym was small but useful. All machines in good working order. Easy parking. Staff friendly. Bed very comfortable. Small dog made to feel welcome. Staff made it easy to change rooms. My mistake in requesting top floor with a dog. Property well landscaped and pretty. Coffee maker, iron, flatscreenw/ remote and onscreen options all worked well.

Toilet in rm 115 flushed sporadically. Reported to front desk. cracking paint on doors, long hairs on after shower floor towel. No stirrer for coffee.

The overall property was clean, breakfast was decent, there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, and staff was attentive when asked. the swimming pool and hot tub were very nice. The staff was friendly.

I requested for my room to be cleaned the day before (as requested) and my room did not get cleaned until I called and requested it again. the carpet was also sticky in certain areas of the room. The bathroom doors also do not lock and the bathtub was peeling. The shower did not spray well and it took a lot longer to rinse my hair. the toilet also did not flush well and I had to flush 2-3 times for it to go down.
