Nice business hotel. Clean, great services, valet parking (better use it because regular street parking could not be safe for your car in SF). Safe district, restaurants, and Target in 5 minutes. Better avoid Tenderloin and Theater district in the nighttime.

A little bit of a pricey breakfast, $40 per adult. But it's delicious and fresh. Anyway, you can find something more inexpensive within walking distance.

The bed was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the view. Another thing I liked was the location. The hotel was in walking distance to Moscone center.

It wouldn't been nice to have a microwave in the room and a heat lamp fan in the bathroom.

The stay is overall amazing. There're a lot to love about the stay. Below are some of them. I got a complementary upgrade, and the view from my room is superb. The bathing supplies (e.g., shampoo) are excellent and smell really good. There's a very natural and good smell in the room as well. This is the first hotel that I've been to that has a proper swimming pool where I can do laps (there are 2 lanes). This is a huge plus for me. The TV is placed at the right angle to be viewed from the bed. The bed is comfortable. The housekeeping is really professional and helpful. They come always at the right time.

There are some small things that make the stay not perfect (thus a 9 rather than a 10). The fridge is placed inside the drawer; and there's a design flaw of the drawer. There is not enough space in between the floor and the bottom of the door of the drawer, such that the door easily hits your feet when you open it. When I want to have the hotel keep my luggage at the reception. It's a bit weird that I have to talk separately with the doorman. The transition would be smoother if the staff at the reception can do too (or get the doorman do that without having me to make an extra request).

Thank you very much for the upgrade and early check-in. The reception and concierge staff were friendly and very helpful. We felt safe and were able to relax.

Room, Bed and Bathroom: Expertly cleaned.

Room was struggling to reach colder temperature. -- even after maintenance allowed for thermostat temp to be set lower.

Hotel was beautiful and clean! Nice size; perfect for our family of 4 and our large poodle! I loved the large windows and the bathrooms. Especially loved the filtered water station to refill our hydro Flasks! My only complaint is that for being dog friendly; there is no “park” area with poop station/ no outdoor trash cans to dispose of my dogs waste. Buy honestly; with that being said; for being pet friendly; it was a gorgeous, high end hotel that was so super clean! Thank you sooo much! It was nice to have a dog and still be able to stay in a place with high expectations to cleanliness a and comfort!

The staff were very friendly and made check-in a pleasant experience. The room was clean and quiet for our stay and the beds were really comfortable. We were able to store our luggage and go sightseeing the next day after we checked out and when we came back for our luggage, one of the staff kindly called a taxi for us to get to the ferry building.

The only thing I could possibly say was below my expectations was that the room was a little too warm without the air conditioner and too dry with the air conditioner running, but that is just my personal preferences. Certainly not enough to make a difference to my stay.

So many homeless. I don't know if I'm helping or hindering the problem. We saw one security staff moving somebody on early one morning. I thought security handled it with sensitivity & politeness.
