The location is good for transit in San Francisco. The room was comfortable with a good bed. The service was good. The breakfast buffet was expensive, but excellent as buffets go.

Our room was not ready at the 3pm check in time. They gave us a handicap room instead, which felt a little strange, but was good. I wish they had a love seat in the room like the picture when I booked, instead the chair had super high arms and a deep seat, making it uncomfortable, and it also did not face the tv. We felt like the restaurants nearby were either high end, or fast food, with not much in between that was close. Also the restaurants nearby were mainly Asian, which was fine for a while but not always. Granted, we have mobility issues and weren't up for 10 minute walks, so those who can go farther afield will have more choice. The in-house restaurant was adequate, but not worth the price (except for breakfast) and had a limited menu.

The room I have is spacious and staff there are friendly. The hotel is new and very near to hop on hop off bus stop. Walking distance to Union Square as well. The most important, provide service to keep the luggage which I saw many of San Francisco Hotel doesn't provide this service.

This place was very clean. The staff was friendly and helped with everything. My room was clean and I slept so good. The bed was very comfortable! I wish I didn’t need to wake up so early because I could have slept in till check out! Thank you to the Parc 55 team! Exceptional through and through!

Not being able to get coffee at 6:25am at the Parc 55 Cafe since they don’t open till 6:30. The coffee is located outside of the restaurant and there were ni signs staring we couldn’t get the free complimentary coffee. There was a TV with a rotating ad saying we could get coffee anytime, which is confusing since the lady at the Cafe loudly stated they open at 6:30! Okay…well damn. Thanks for the hospitality!

it was within walking distance to anything you would need, clean rooms

the staff was really weird to me. I don’t know what I didn’t to make them not like me but as soon as I walk in the doormen are just staring at me, then the lady checking me in is just scowling. she’s mad I’m even here. I don’t know if it’s because I was checking in early or what because I’m young I’m 19 and female and she thought I was suspicious but it really gave me a bad mood about the whole hotel. then while walking in the doorman wants to stop ONLY ME within a wave of families walking in, he stops me and asks for my jet card ridiculous I paid to be here just as much as anyone else

The location is just incredible, footsteps from Bart, Muni and the easiest route for Chase Center. The room had magnificent views over the city and at night, its like magic with lights twinkling all around. The room was expansive, a lot of room and all mod cons. Bang for bucks, soooo worth it. Staff just falling over themselves to help you in any way they can. LOVED every minute.

We asked for sugar and we got the sweetener stuff, no big

The hotel is located in downtown SF, making public transportation like BART and Muni easily accessible. The staff was very kind and accommodating. They offer free purified water, and there’s also a well-equipped gym in the hotel.

The building itself seemed quite old. Soundproofing wasn’t great, as I could hear noises from outside and the hallway quite well. Additionally, there were no slippers provided in the room.

Excellent location to downtown. Powell Street BART station is very close. A short 5 minute walk to the hotel. Very easy access to the Airport via the BART. Close to restaurants and the Cable Car Station. A very helpful doorman secured us a taxi to the Cruise Terminal.

Staff were not friendly or welcoming. Breakfast should be included in the room rate. Did ask for a high floor room, but this was ignored. Would stay again, only for the location.

The hotels is located in the center of many of many different events. Making it easy to go shopping jump back on a train or just walk to your location.

The lobby at this property has a strong perfume smell. It doesn’t stink, but it’s overpowering especially for those that have allergies to perfume he smells. Also, I wish that you guys did specials on your rates so that some days I can afford it more often.

I booked for an extra night on booking.com the same site on which I had made the initial booking. In extending my stay by one night I had included breakfast. A staff member at the front desk subsequently cancelled the first booking inclusive of the breakfast(422.36) to one which did not include breakfast pursuant to my request. However I just checked my account balance and both charges appear to be still reflected in my account ie the 422.36 and the 373. 07. Only the latter should be charged. The staff member at the front desk did the cancellation and rebooking for me I am kindly asking for assistance with a view to the 422.36 being credited back to me. Otherwise my stay was enjoyable and I will surely visit again

The location is amazing! The lobby has a wonderful and inviting fragrance. The staff is super friendly. Cristina at the front desk was awesome and kind. She also helped set up a room change the next day, because our neighbors next door was partying late and their music was loud, that woke up my family. Security was very attentive that evening making sure they kept it down. I believe it was Ryan with security that assisted with the situation. THANK YOU RYAN!! The lady at the front desk that completed our room change and gave our new keys was very nice as well. Don’t know her name. She has short hair and blonde. Thank you! Asian guy at the bar/restaurant was very friendly. And all the bell staff and valet. They’re always greeting you when you enter the hotel. Grace at the gift shop was super friendly. They have nice gifts if you need to get something last minute. Wish we utilized the fitness center because it was awesome.. next time! So convenient to the BART, cable cars, the mall and great shopping all around. Close walk to Union Square.

Nothing to complain about the property at all. The beds were super comfortable. Wish the beds were queen size instead of doubles. The only negative (has nothing to do with the hotel service or the hotel) you have a few homeless (some worse than others) wander the areas outside of the hotel and Powell Station. They pretty much leave you alone. Just keep on going about your business.
