Location was great, super close to the beach and outside faucets to rinse off after. Breakfast was pretty good, they did try and stay on top of refills and wiping things down. We needed extra towels and sheets and they were helpful with that.

The room wasn’t the cleanest, the bathroom floor was pretty gross with hair and the fold out couch bed was covered in sand and dirt under the sheets when we put new ones on. There were soooo many flies in the lobby during breakfast just constantly landing on your food. Little bit of an inconvenience having to go all the way to the parking garage for the ice machine.

We got there 2 hours early and went to see if we could park and go to the beach until check in, and our room was already ready, so we were able to check right in. The room was good, and the breakfast was good, especially the waffles! Staff were all super nice, especially Frannie, who greeted us every day! Housekeeping helped us with anything we asked for. The location was great! The pool was nice and the bar/restaurant. It's very nice having it right there. Literally can see the beach from the balcony. 1 minute walk! Also, 2 mini ⛳️ places across the street and Dunkin donuts (my must-have)!!

There were some crumbs and stuff under the pull out couch so one of my kids just slept on the couch as is...we didn't pull it out. No other complaints.

The location was extremely convenient. I have 3 small children so being in walking distance of the beach without having to cross the street was a huge bonus for us. The breakfast selection wasn’t huge but my kids loved the waffles and the bagels and it was just nice not to have to go somewhere for breakfast. Absolutely loved the tiki bar being right there. We ate lunch there several times because of the convenience with the kids napping. The staff was PHENOMENAL! My son is definitely an extrovert and all the staff was very friendly and welcoming especially with him and my daughter. Definitely would recommend as far as staff and location!

The rooms were a bit small with 2 adults and 3 kids. We had the queen room with 2 beds and a pull out couch that my daughter insisted on sleeping in. So with all of our luggage and the 3 beds, it was a bit tight. But we didn’t spend a ton of time in the room so it wasn’t that big of a deal to me.

Pool, with Tiki bar, live music, close to the beach, plenty of parking. Full size refrigerator and stove. They had a breakfast, but it was crowded. Price was reasonable. Beds were firm. Room had a balcony overlooking the pool. Beach had chair and umbrella service. Umbrella was $25 a day. Nice beach

Do not stay here for the partial ocean view. You'll be disappointed. Breakfast could be improved. No hot eggs or meats. Many people not staying at the hotel use the hotel parking lot to go to the beach. People on the beach were bragging about it. They have parking passes but no one enforces it. Bathroom vanity is small, room 220. Shower water changed temperature constantly. Might need an anti scalding valve. Shower head was fixed, no wand.

from the time we got there the staff was pleasant and very helpful with restaurant choices and fun things to do. the bar and restaurant by the swimming pool is an awesome plus!!! and the respect that the restaurant/bar has for the guests is awesome they turn down the music at 9 and close at 12 we had no issues and we stayed right above it!!

I don’t like how the pool doesn’t have a lock on it so that anyone can just come off the street to the pool, and someone did and had an accident in the pool ruining my daughters swimming with the mermaids.

The staff were so incredibly nice. They were always so friendly and smiling, also they were so informative with parking, breakfast, check in and out. The parking was very convenient even with having extra vehicles, staff came around in the morning to gather dirty linens and told us to take our time checking out, the breakfast was phenomenal. They had a large variety of everything including a waffle making station. Our room was ready early which made it nice, and they let us park and get changed at the hotel so we could go to beach while we waited for our room to be cleaned. (We arrived a little after 10 am) The beds were comfortable & clean, the pillows were so nice and comfortable. The hotel was quiet, we have stayed other places in ocean city and the noise was unbelievable. We heard nothing all night. The room needed a few tweaks but it’s to be expected with the turn over rate. The towels were very clean, and we had a comfortable placed balcony. Overall it was an enjoyable stay, and we would stay here again. This is listed as beach front, but it is not. The beach is about a 5 minute walk.

The location is great. It is a short walk to.the beach. The kitchenette with full size fridge and range/stove makes it very convenient for cooking lunch. They have a nice free continental breakfast included. The pool and Tiki bar/restaurant are very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The bed was a little too firm for me, but it's better than most places I've stayed. They could have a larger size pot, a baking pan, a frying pan and a strainer. Luckily I brought my own frying pan.

We were on the first floor, which was closer to the restaurant. We love the Boozy Egg!! The room had a nice porch area. It was great for enjoying the outside. The kitchenette was great. I loved the full refrigerator and freezer. The beds were very comfortable. My husband and I stayed here the year before and loved it! Reason we came back and brought Mom. The room was very clean. My husband and I were comfortable and enjoyed the room. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They were caring any time we had a request. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. The waffles were AMAZING!

Mom said the pillows were too soft! Mom said the tub could have been cleaner. The inside could have used a good scrubbing.

The staff was very nice and helpful when you needed something. The hotel is perfectly situated close to beach and the pool was an added bonus. The Boozy egg tiki restaurant attached was very convenient. I would definitely stay there again.

The room could have been a little cleaner but the beds were clean and comfort so you can overlook other things

Friendly helpful staff. Great location! Clean rooms and a decent price! Loved having a small kitchen in my room. Also a Great pool bar! My girls loved the virgin Pina colada’s and the bartender made me a great vodka iced tea drink!

Overall no real complaints the only thing I could say is I feel like it could’ve been a little more well kept. Little things like a fruit snack wrapper in the elevator and the trash cans by the pool were overflowing at 2 in the afternoon, which tells me they were not changed since the night before.
