The beds were more than comfortable. It was like being hugged as you sunk down into it. The breakfast choices MORE than exceeded my expectations. We would've been fine with either the eggs and bacon or the waffles or the fruit and breads. But all 3, wow. Everything was clean and comfortable.

We arrived, chked in, and had to leave. Didn't get back till late. Couldn't enjoy the pool. Thought was could lay out after breakfast....but the pool didn't open till 1, and we were leaving at 11.

One very pleasant evening, and a good night's sleep. I've stayed here before, and will probably stay again. It was pleasant - which is fine. Read the other answer for what wasn't fine.

When a hotel proclaims that all the rooms have been upgraded, and the reality is that they have not been, BUT the room is still fine, and the night's sleep was still comfortable, do I provide info on the negative anyway? Well, obviously, I'm doing that. Proclaiming the room is upgraded means you're asking to be looked at more closely than usual. I've stayed here before. And the curtains looked like they were pretty worn, coming loose from the fasteners. The most noticeable NON-upgrade was the toilet, which was the old-style "hold the handle for years until it gets going" and "it'll take 350 gallons no matter how minuscule the job." That's not an upgrade. But the room was still comfortable.

Friendly staff, wasn't really bothered while staying, the room was good for the three of us. The price was nice.

There really wasn't much we didn't like. The bed wasn't excellent but I have a bad back anyway but the other people with me didn't have any issues.

Staff was outstanding, went above and beyondto be helpful! Breakfast was wonderful, room was clean.

Hotel is under a major renovation. Pool was closed, a hotel room was front desk. No place to sit outside or inside other than your room to relax and talk.

Close to where I needed to be..

Really everything was fine. The only thing that needs to addressed is there is a parking space for where the fireman's hoses hook up and it is not clearly marked that they will be towed and possibly fined. The signage says FDC and that is it. Should be in big letters parking prohibited and why .

Wish pool was open earlier in season. Hopefully breakfast area will be moved out of the basement after renovations completed.

Staff were great. They gave me a quiet room upon request and even switched me to a new room at no charge when I realized I needed a different bed configuration. The hot breakfast is excellent: eggs, sausages, Belgian waffles, cereal, etc. The hotel is right near the entrance ramps to 95, 495, and 395, so it's got easy access to many locations. The price I paid, $85 including tax, seemed like a steal.

I received a very warm welcome as soon as I entered the check-in office. The staff is very friendly and efficient. My room was immaculately clean! The mattress could of been a little more comfortable but other than that, good stay.

The room was tastefully decorated..the bed was comfortable.

They were not serving a hot breakfast yet post pandemic but still advertise they are on all online ads. Also, if I can stand in a room to prepare my own bagel and grab a prepackaged muffin then I can stand in a room and get hot eggs and a waffle. Hotels should return the services they advertise with the rate or lower their rate. Also, stop using covid 19 as a crutch for why you are not doing something. At this point, you just don't want the expense of serving a hot breakfast, but still want customers. Secondly, the checking in clerk was extremely unfriendly. She never smiled, seemed pissed we disturbed her. She needs to exit the hospitality industry with her attitude.

breakfast location is a bit odd. but tolerable. im used to have breakfast near lobby area so you can hang out after eating. but it’s probably because of the ongoing renovation which was understandable
