The hotel is a solid option for staying near the Orly airport. There is nothing exceptional about it but it is perfect for an overnight stay. The family room was big enough, the beds were quite comfortable and the breakfast was ok. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. There are no extra facilities except for the gym. There is a free bus transfer from the hotel to the airport.

Nothing really, but then there is also nothing extraordinary, so a rating of 8/10 seems very fair. The hotel is next to the highway, so forget about opening windows during Summer (too noisy). Ah, the transfer bus left 5 minutes before schedule, so be careful (obviously not the hotel's fault).

The room was perfectly adequate for what i needed which was to sleep 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 children ages 13 and 10).Two separate sofa beds for the children which is a bonus and saves them arguing about space. The breakfast was again brilliant , pastries ,fruits , sausage bacon eggs potatoes and a selection of fresh breads . A selection of juices and coffee were on offer also . The only criticism was the breakfast times change at the weekend and during the week which resulted in us missing breakfast on Monday morning when it reverted back to 09.30 finish, weekends are 12.00. We used this hotel for a sightseeing weekend in Paris and the tram journey and underground took roughly 35 minutes each day to reach the center. We took the T7 tram and got on at (porte de rungis) and then connected at the end of the line to Villejuif Louis Aragon which was no problem at all. The hotel pool was great and was open till 9pm at night so the kids enjoyed cooling off after a long day. The free transfer bus back to Orly airport stops right outside the hotel and the reception staff gave us a timetable of the schedule. Overall we would defiantly stay again and many thanks to the staff at Novotel .

location wise it was a bit of a walk ( about a mile) to the closest tram stop ( porte de rungis) and required going over a bridge which connects the road of the hotel to the other side closest to the trading estate but that would be my only minor gripe.

No service for transporting luggages from room to lobby The shuttle of the Hotel which supposed to pick up us from Hotel to Airport didn t arrive and our airline trip was risky to be lost due to this bad service Attention to All not to rely on this shuttle There is no hand washing in toilet 🚽 And you have to shift to the 2nd part toilet which is not healthy and confortable

Good overall for a pre-flight stay. Old hotel bu clean. Fast check in and check out. Breakfast and dinner quite good.

Restaurant drafty, not cosy. The shuttle to the airport was super full, it is the last stop after several other hotels. 30 min by shuttle to the airpoirt. They take a safety deposit on the card.

Shuttle service from/to the airport: that was one of the criteria I chose this hotel. Nevertheless, on our arrival, we waited almost one hour on our way to the hotel, while the morning after, as the shuttle served several hotels, it was so jam-packed we had to take a taxi

Well located to get to the Orly airport. The shuttle to the airport has a stop in front of the hotel. It was very clean. The family room was spacious enough for us to move around. Beds were big and comfortable.

We booked this property for 1 night for the purpose being close to the airport for our departure. The staff was friendly and the rooms are clean. We enjoyed the restaurant and the food was delicious. We also enjoyed the cocktail lounge on our last night before departure. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport.

The bed was a little bit too hard but still managed to get a good nights rest.

Cleanness, room service, friendly helpful staff. The parking outside the hotel is free of charge and available.

The location is not the best, 40 minutes to Paris by car and about one hour by transportation.

The property was adequately sized and clean : only slightly disappointed with the shower system but issue was minimal as there is a separate bath with shower.

Car park was full late at night but staff were lenient about parking outside the bays over night

I like the entrance very clean, few staff was nice, few staff was not nice.. I like the breakfast manager she was so nice she offered me a nice hot chocolate and a crossiant she was very nice, she worked on the 3rd October she was setting up breakfast in the morning she was a women but I don't remember her name but she was very nice! Good manger skills!! ..

The way the house keeping staff don't have spare toothbrushes.. That I have to pay 4euro in the toilet machine for a tooth brushed with I think its unacceptable. I also feel the price for the breakfast is expensive 17euro is expensive also the food in the vending machine.
