The hotel is near Europaplein metro station and from there you can reach the city centre very quickly. Also, in front of the hotel, 50 meters away, is the bus station for Keukenhof gardens. It is very convenient because you can buy tickets for the garden with bus transportation included.

As someone who lived in Amsterdam for years, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. To a non-local, it may be daunting to book a hotel outside the inner city at a relatively more affordable price level for similar comfort, because it is hard to judge which industrial estate, bad neighborhood, or relatively poor public transport link you might find yourself behind. And truth be told, Amsterdam has many such places with hotels like that; Amstelveen, Osdorp/Slotervaart, Noord, Bijlmer, Sloterdijk, IJburg, Java-eiland... Well, rest assured; this hotel is in an absolutely amazing location city-tripwise. You can take the metro from Europapark to reach the inner city and all its landmarks within minutes; other metros from RAI give you a direct connection to the eastern parts of the city center, as well as the Ajax stadium. Furthermore, trains from RAI connect to Schiphol Airport quickly and directly. To top it off, the hotel is legit 4* quality, and the view from higher floors is great and stretches all of Amsterdam. In terms of value for money, there are not many hotels in this quality range in Amsterdam that can rival this one.

This was our first stay in the nhow Amsterdam Rai and we absolutely loved it! Gorgeous hotel with amazing, colourful decor. Our rooms were spacious, had a view and were quiet. The hotel is very close to a subway station and also within walking distance of the more touristy areas. There are supermarkets and restaurants located near the hotel. Parking is available underneath the hotel, but is rather expensive.

Nothing much, we had a great time!

The location is excellent, short walk to the Metro, tram, bus. Metro runs constantly never had to wait more then 6 minutes easy access. By lift for wheelchair, prams, bikes. Get the M52 Noord 3 stops and you arrive at Rokin here you have everything from canal cruises to the red light district. The nhow hires bikes also. The staff at the nhow go above and beyond, they are all happy and attentive with a real heart to make your stay out of this world. The hotel has many lifts running in the centre of the hotel and they very quickly zip you up and down to your destination. Bar, food, breakfast, room service all excellent. This hotel really made our holiday special we really felt we were treated with a real enthusiasm to make our stay great.. We travelled for a special birthday and the staff made a special card and a special fuss which just made a special day even better. Nhow... Thankyou so much for everything. Totally outstanding with attention to detail,and that real stand out from the crowd hospitality.

Truly nothing could be improved upon.

We absolutely loved our three night stay in this hotel! It was practically next to the train station that we got from the airport (no more than 10 minutes away) and then a few minutes on the other side was the metro, again just 2/3 stops to centre. We were on the 14th floor, incredible views. The bed was huge and so comfortable! Great shower, nice and hot and great pressure. Huge tv, now we did use the room probably a little more than other hotels we’ve stayed in, on city breaks. The little free sweets at reception was a cute touch. The only thing I’d say is, to make even better would be to add a spa facility. For a weekend away in Amsterdam this hotel is perfect.

A very unique hotel! The viewing areas really made this hotel stand out. The restaurant and gym had the best views of any hotel I'd been too. It was breath taking. The decor of the hotel was like no other we had been too. As well as the architecture of the building. Super innovative. The bed was so comfy! We slept so well! The walk in shower was amazing! Great water pressure, complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. There was also a cute sweet station at reception you could help yourself too as you entered. The hotel was a 2 minute walk from RAI station, so easy access to any area in amsterdam/airport.

The only improvement - it would have been nice if we had complimentary drinks in the mini bar. Other hotels in Amsterdam offer this. However there was free coffee available which was a lovely added bonus.

Location convenient. Expected to have a walk to centre. All good. Room and bed good. Shower good.

The coffee machine did not work well. I think that one of the lines was blocked. Liking coffee in the morning, it really detracted from the experience.

The hotel is clean, very welcoming and the communal spaces are inviting. The decor is so good and different and the sweets in the lobby were well appreciated. You've got 2 metro stations just around the corner and the train for the airport takes only 10 minutes !!!

Everything was great! From the staff to the room and to the architecture of the hotel. I like walking to the city center by foot, so the hotel location is my advantage. And if not, there is a subway and a lot of transport not far from the hotel. 1. Rooms are clean. 2. Wifi in the room. 3. Perfect water pressure. 4. Incredible views from the hotel room. 5. Friendly staff. I have the warmest memories, I will be back again. No minuses)

Everything was amazing about the hotel, its amenities, staff, and surroundings. First of all, the breakfasts are exceptional - huge variety of food, high quality of products, possibility to eat on a terrace with a stunning view, waffles station, fresh orange juice and even a sparkling wine! - there are so many things worth mentioning, and it is hard to list all of the aspects that made these breakfasts one of the best ones we have tried in hotels so far. Secondly, the staff - really kind, helpful and thoughtful. When we came back to our room we found a small birthday gift - it was a nice surprise. Such "simple" things mean a lot and they really can make the guests feel welcome. The hotel itself is modern and has a unique and interesting architecture. Our room was spacious enough for 2 people. It was clean and stylish. The beds are really comfortable. The top floor restaurants are also worth visiting - not only for the friendly service but also for the exceptional design and amazing views. Also, the location is really convenient - just a few minutes to the subway and train stations - getting both to the city center and the airport is exceptionally easy. There are some restaurants and grocery stores nearby. You really have everything you need there. It is a perfect place for a short stay in Amsterdam.
