Bed was extremely comfortable. View was amazing. Room was always cleaned, amenities topped up daily and sheets were changed daily. Water was also topped up whenever we did not have any left.

Room was smaller than our expectations based off the photos. Bathroom was also very small but manageable. Buffet was below average. The food wasn't that great, not much variety in terms of sweets/ pastries.

The view from my balcony was amazing

Flip-flops are not provided (to use after the shower), some corners of the room were covered with spider web, the floor wasn't clean enough, there was some dust on the tables.

We requested for Interconnected rooms which booking.com had confirmed before travelling, only to find out at the reception that hotel does not offer such rooms, and asked 5 of us family members to share two rooms. We are talking about 3 little kids, me and my wife. However after few complaints and providing evidences we had been offered a family room on the top floor with late check-in. We had been lucky, and would like booking.com to provide correct information to the customer

Near bus stops and shopping centers

Roomview was bad, room was small, there was a mirror in front of of the bed which i didnt like

no slippers in the room and the room a little bit packed but good value for money though

- Location is great. Walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and mustafa shopping centre which we aimed to shop at from the get go. - Staff service is superb. They extended the checkout by 4 hours from 11am to 3pm once they found out our flight as not till later that evening. Massive help to us. - Cleanliness of room is great. Beds very comfy.

- Room was smaller than what we expected. Not much space to move around. We had a lot of luggage so we struggled in the room a bit. Not a big issue - Bathroom had no bidet. Again, not a big issue for us.

Sound-proof level was very poor. When the room above us got accommodated it became very noisy especially when they used the bathroom; it felt like someone was using our bathroom! It was not because of noisy neighbours but due to poor sound proofing.

I like the room and location. For the 6 days we stayed there, I loved everything, it's very near to transportation, groceries, food stalls. The bed was comfortable, I love the fact they accommodated our request to be on a Top floor with City View.

On our 6 day stay we were satisfied except on our Last day. Our room was not clean and we requested for a make up room, the staff cleaned it but the entire room smelled urine, it's like the cleaner, use a towel with urine to clean the entire room. It was so BAD! And to think our stay was kinda PRICEY to be treated like that. Also, TV has a few channels but it was okay.

We had booked for a triple bed room and had a smooth check in, with early check in by an hour as requested. The rooms are small inline with the typical hotel rooms in Singapore but had all the necessary facilities. The view from the room was awesome with superb view of the singapore town center. At the fourth floor, the restaurant serving breakfast , washer/dryer and swimming pool was there. The swimming pool was large and clean where me and my son had a relaxing time; By the swimming pool side, we had fresh towels and drinking water available; The breakfast was typical singaporean fare with not much indian food options and is average. The location of the hotel is good for taking MRT/bus to all the attractions. Little India is 750 meters away on the same road. There is a nearby Mcdonalds near the Lavendar MRT station. So food wise you are covered.

Nothing specific to highlight;

It is close to many restaurants and nice walk to the Chinatown (more restaurants). There are few restaurants near by the hotel, good place to try a bowl of noodle or just cup of coffee anytime of the day. This area is very safe even near Chinatown. For some reasons, most of the restaurants close around 6 or 7 o'clock in the evening so, get your dinner early, out of the way or you will go the bed hunry. The best thing is a short distance from the hawker center (street foods). We used Grab and does not cost that much to go there.

Shops and restaurants close too early. Need more bakery and coffee shops in the area.
