I stayed in the 1 bedroom Deluxe suite with my partner and my sister in the spare room (single bed). It was just right for the three of us, could have even fit 4 adults nicely. The room was cleaned regularly by house-keeping to a great standard and all of the appliances in the suite worked well including the washer/dryer. Awesome views and great location. We also utilized the gym and pool which was fantastic. I am recommending this to any of my friends and family visiting Singapore looking for a spacious stay with 3+ guests. The staff were also very helpful with multiple requests such as cleaning up after I broke a glass in the room as well as with helping me print some ferry tickets.

The reception staff Arman and Oscar were excellent and so helpful from an extra key card to extra anything we asked for the room. Arman found us a Gardens by the bay facing room after we found out our original room faced Beach Road and we had been looking forward to the wonderful view we have had on our previous visit.Also Oscar came up and showed us how to use the tv remote. Arman getting us taxis. And arranged the Van after we couldn’t get a taxi to airport when we left the apartments and walked us all the way to the opp apartments to get picked up. They went over and above board to help us have a great trip. We love the ease of getting to Nicoll station, the coffee machine in the foyer and cookies. We love getting egg tarts at Junes. We love spending time at the Pool and the view of the Singapore flyer and gardens at marina bay.

Walking down 19 flights of stairs after the fire alarm went off at 1am. We sat with Oscar in reception till the fire brigade gave the all clear. And reception gave us a lovely box of choc almonds and an apology card the next day. Which was very kind.

The location of the property is good, and my room at 19-310 had a splendid view of the skyline stretching to Marina. The gym and pool could be accessed via the office lifts at The Plaza, from which you would need to walk through a connecting bridge to the hotel building. I parked at The Plaza for the entire stay, and 2 parking coupons were given daily. Without which, an hour of parking would cost roughly S$3.

I used the bathtub a few times and had the same experience of having water that was initially very hot then turning to lukewarm. It wasn’t ideal as my tub cooled down by the time I got it filled. And I had turned on the water heater switch. So I am puzzled. The other issue was housekeeping services didn’t seem to have a consistent cleaning procedure. I had different people come in almost every day, and one occasion someone left a cleaning cloth by my counter top. Also, it didn’t really seem clean after they were done - many a time I had soap scum in the tub.

A fantastic apartment for those longer stays because of the space and full kitchen. The unlimited and fast wifi, cable tv, feather quilt and adjustable air con temp made for an easy and comfortable stay. Wonderful staff, so friendly. Secure. Coffee machine at reception a bonus as was the amazing city and water views.

Getting used to having the pool located in a different section of the large apartment complex, it needed two lifts and two walks to get there - but was a beautiful pool once finally arrived.

Located in central part of the city, it is conveniently close to many sightseeing spots. Being across the Arab Street, one can also enjoy an evening stroll to explore many colourful restaurants and shophouses at Haji lane. The property has beautiful view from the living room, spacious bedroom, daily housekeeping except on Sunday's and very comfortable beds which kept us relaxed. Staff is also very friendly and helpful at all times. Thank you for making our stay extremely convenient.

It’s location is very centralized. The MRT is within walking distance. Staff are very friendly and go above and beyond. My wife was given a cake for her birthday and a small present was given to us for our 45th wedding anniversary.

It has a musty smell after you switch off the air conditioning. Not providing a new clean dishwashing cloth for the kitchen. The washing machine seems old and rusted but works .

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartments as we were a family of Having a kitchen and washing machine was fantastic and two bathrooms a godsend.

Water heaters need to be switched on and only have small tanks. The second bedroom was a bit tight for 2 older teens and the lounge only sat 3 people.

Value for money. Excellent service and hospitality. Perfect for long term stay. Got upgraded to a premium room for no charge on extension of stay.

The windows do not open. Therefore, no natural fresh air. Becomes dull and depressing if you are in the room for 2 consecutive days

Great location, friendly staff and great value for money.

The water system was not working properly and thus we could only take 2 minute hot showers and then have to take cold showers every night that we stayed there.

The property was opposite Arab centre, convenient to Raffleles Square, MRT, Suntec. Taxi ride to most places very reasonable. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Apartment rooms were a bit tired but clean and well appointed. Beds and pillows were heaven! Pool was fantastic, didn’t use gym but looked new, clean and again, well appointed.
