I stay at this hotel and book the executive suite whenever I stay in Bangkok. The suite is very large and nicely designed, and there is a balcony for smoking. The balcony is also designed so you are secluded from the other balconies next to you which is nice. It is very well located to the nightlife and also Terminal 21 down the road. The staff and concierge are always exceptional when I stay there, and are discreet at night. They also have a guard that flags down traffic when you cross the road from the hotel, which is not really necessary for me but it is a nice touch.

There is a sewer/waterway near the road entrance which can sometimes be a little pungent, but you cannot smell it from your room so its ok.

The apartment was quite large with plenty of room to spread out. The location was ideal as it was close to the Sukhumvit MRT station, the Asoke BTS station and Terminal 21 mall. There is a 7-11 very close and lots of street food vendors near the property. Having a full size refrigerator was wonderful and the water boiler was great for instant coffee AND ramen for those nights we were too tired to leave the room for dinner. Although Jodd Fairs is only 2 stops away on the MRT. Having a washing machine was great and we washed our sweaty clothes almost every night. The washing machine was in ENGLISH, which was a very nice surprise! The staff were lovely as well.

Very minor stuff here, but the bedroom was a little hot as the AC unit didn't work as well as the one in the living room. We had some trouble figuring out the hot water in the shower but got it figured out.

location was great, staff were good. breakfast was awesome, the pool area is fantastic and the views from the pool deck is sensational.

no 24hr room service

The reception and the staff was very warm & frequently asking if everything is ok, if I need something. The rooms are very spacious with all the amenities mentioned in the room description. Beds were comfortable, & facilities such as kitchen, microwave, and washing machine are really useful for a long stay. Quality and quantity of the breakfast was also good. The location is good. Asok BTS was 5 -8 min walk & Sukhumvit MRT is just 10 min. walk.

The furniture is quite old now and some damages & permanent stains are visible at many places. The TVs are very old & certainly it's time to change them. (But who cares for a TV in Bangkok) I hope there will a renovation soon. Even though the breakfast was good, unfortunately it was a fixed menu & during my stay of 8 days, it was never changed.

The location is great close to skytrain, shopping mall and lots of food in all prices. The room is very large with living room and kitchen, bedroom and 2 bathrooms, more like an appartement. I travel with a large dog and this hotel is one of the only places in Bangkok accepting larger pets, almost all the "petfriendly" on booking sites only take small animals. Other guests will not be bothered with the dogs since travelling companion dogs are trained and used to staying with other people without annoying them.

The only thing I missed for a petfriendly hotel is that you really need to go on the busy pavement to let the dog out, there is a dog park near, but nothing on the premises.

full apartment, all facilities including washing machine. very clean , well presented. great staff , excellent rooftop pool and casual resting area, that was surprisingly quiet Its 10 mins walk from terminal 21 shops, central location to lots of restaurants. quite a safe neighborhood

the air conditioner for the bedroom did not have enough power to cool room quickly, possibly faulty, the air conditioner for the lounge / kitchen area worked much better

The location is perfect which close to many locations around, i stay in one-bedroom deluxe apartment, for 5 nights, apartment was Spacious, clean, all staff team were nice and helpful all the time you need. Breakfast is good enough to start your day,

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Big rooms. The area on the 14 floor with swimming pool and relax possibility was great.

that some of the saunas was not working. it is obvious that the hotel is in need for an renovation in some areas but everything was clean so the price is reflecting this.

The front staff was able to understand English and offer great help. House keeping was amazing and kept my room nice and clean, if I didn't need them (No room service sign) they still left the water bottles outside my room door every morning. The breakfast was decent and a great compliment for those who wake up early. The fitness center seems doable but I never used it. Beautiful rooftop pool.

What didn't I like?! Everything was exceptional! Special shout out to Aurora, the doorman, and the young lady working in the restaurant. Some of, but not limited to the hotel, location, food, size of room, and customer service were some of the areas/ personnel I found to be exceptional.

My only minor complaint would be the loveseat in the suite...not comfortable.
