The property was offered as an adult only venue. I like this because I don’t like children running around the Buffay table. There were lots of children when I was there. Other than that it was great.

great central location with a walking distance of the BTS. friendly staff. nice room. Great breakfast

pool wasn’t worth going in. quite small. but that’s it! everything else was great.

Location is perfect. Room was spacious with plenty of electrical points. Full bathtub. Superb value for the price we paid.

Slight stale smell in corridors, think our floor was an old smoking floor. No telephone connection so had to go down to reception to contact staff.

The breakfast buffet, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The shower water pressure was very low and there were prostitutes all over the place when we left the hotel.

awesome Gym facilities, the best breakfast options ever. Pancakes, fresh coconut, many good bread options, freshly made fried eggs. Good room Great location a lot of good food available not far from the hotel. Also bars and all the stuff very close by. No noise issues by the way.

no microwave, plates or cutlery/ utensils. We stayed 6 nights tho we ate out mostly and did not require a kitchen some basics would have taken our stay to the next level. The kids needed a snacks sometimes etc I was able to heat up some things using the kettle and hot water etc.. but was not ideal. the pool was very cold water and minimal in size.

The location was more than simply convenient. It was literally next to the Sukhumvit station from which you could take BTS and MRT to the CBD and other suburbs as well as significant attractions, like Chatuchak weekend market, Bang Krachao green lung, Grand Palace, Malls and stuffs. The room (mine was 20.01) was super clean and with a fantastic view to the city, thereby viewing the vivid Bangkok nightlife was terrific. Staffs were friendly and helpful, they always offered helps even before we asked them to do so. I remember the general manager (she has long hair, suited, and with a dark red-colored lipstick) who approached me and took me to where I needed when I was waiting for the other staff's assistance (even my enquiries were not in her main section). They all made my 4-day stay in Bangkok unforgetable. Thank Pullman team a lot.

1. Walking distance to MRT Sukhumvit station, close to nearby convenience stores and fast food chains. Also, Terminal 21 Mall is within arms reach. Just cross the street, and in less than 5 minutes, you're inside the mall already! 2. There's a flat iron and ironing board inside the room!

1. I was disgusted about the limited channels on their cable tv. I kind of expected to see more channel options since it is 'Pullman, a 5-star hotel. I could have given them a perfect 10 if not for their poor cable tv channels. This just proves the classic saying that there's no perfect world after all. 2. Breakfast is until 10:30 am, which is a big check! Unfortunately, if you go down to have your breakfast at 10 am, you'll be surprised to see a lot of empty food warmers! You'll end up scraping whatever is left on the food warmers for they won't refill anymore! Be contended with bread, cakes, and pancakes.

Well appointed spacious room. The level of cleanliness in the room was acceptable, but could have been a little better. The check in staff were courteous and efficient. Also, the concierge desk is helpful, and went out of their way to find me a taxi during a downpour.

Arrived mid morning after a long flight and a room was not yet available, so agreed to return at 2pm. The room was still not available, and I had to wait a further 20 minutes. On arrival in my room I found that one of the the bins had not been emptied. My impression was that the hotel was busy, around 80% full, but short on housekeeping staff.

The staff were perfect, everybody was so friendly and really welcoming. They even let us in the room at 12pm even though check in is normally 2pm or 3pm which we weren’t expecting. Location was brilliant with everything you could want just a few minutes walk away.

the service from concierge, housekeeping, reception were excellent. it was a very busy period but the staff stayed helpful and service orientated

the property is aged and will need a facelift and improvements. our room card key failed due to low battery; there were some complaints of cockroaches in their rooms; ours was okay
