I only gave the stay and the staff a 10 because of all the good and friendly staff at the reception desk but there was only 1 male reception staff (early morning of May 11) who expressed that he was a little annoyed that we asked him to call the airport transfer taxi we booked who hadn't arrived on the scheduled time and he insisted the taxi was never late. In fact after he called the taxi said he would be late by 15 minutes. This is airport transfer so we thought it's not too much to ask to make sure the taxi is going to be there. It was not a big deal but the staff actually ruined the perfect stay we had earlier. The rest of the staff was so friendly and helpful.

A new hotel, relatively nice staff.

No public transport reachable within 500 meters, construction site all around. Part of the nearby street are marked for demolition so most of the road to and from the hotel (to reach a tram) is going through quite shady looking neighbourhoods. Better not come here for some more years, until the development of the area is finalised. The breakfast is below mediocre, very poor selection of breads, ham is piled without any aesthetics and impossible to take individual slice. Poor selection of dairy products, no selection of vegetables. Not recommended, it was a poor choice, not a good value for money.

Modern well run hotel in central Bordeaux. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The 8th floor room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with nice views across the city skyline. We had dinner and breakfast in the beautifully styled dining area, both of which were excellent, especially the breakfast. The secure car park delivered on its promise, our car and contents were still there in the morning.

Nothing, we had a great stopover in Bordeaux whilst travelling to Portugal and this hotel was perfect for us.

Everything went very well at this Hotel. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I would recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Bordeaux. The staff would help with transportation, and recommendations on what to do an where to go. Thanks!

Really wasn't much to not like about the property, staff and facilities. The only pet peeve if anything at all is the fact that you have to pay for parking, but having said that, you pretty much have to pay for parking anywhere you go in Europe any way, so no big deal. The parking was great by the way.

Friendly staff who do everything to satisfy the guest's needs. At my wife request that was not feeling well, the staff and especially Jolie found solutions and changed our room. Excellent breakfast and restaurant for lunch and dinner at a high level

Feeling of suffocation in the room due to the combination of carpets together with windows that cannot be opened (except in the suite that has an exit to the balcony). The hotel is not in the city center. It is in a neighborhood 10-15 minutes walk from the nearest train/metro station. The food court near the hotel is quite shabby and mainly offers drinks. Its opening hours are quite limited. The only bright spot in the complex is the Carrfour store...

Room was an excellent size with everything needed including ironing board and iron. I was impressed with the size of the bathroom which had a full size walk in shower. Breakfast had plenty of choice including cook your own waffles and pancakes. If you like a cup of English breakfast tea best to take your own tea bags. This hotel was very clean in all areas and every member of staff we had contact with were very helpful and pleasant.

Beds were ok but for my taste could have done with a soft topper. Position of the hotel was about 20 mins walk from the centre in an area that is obviously under development.

Excellent breakfast, nice staff and excellent facilities. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary in Bordeaux, and everything meet our expectations. Besides that, I also appreciate the attention they provide, sending us a message letting us know that we forgot a t-shirt, and making themselves available to send it for our home. The room was very comfortable and everything was deeply clean.

The parking price is a little bit expensive, in my opinion, however the hotel is well located and there are other parking options nearby.

Excellent hotel, Excellent rooms. We stayed in a suite and a double and the room was beautiful, great view great facilities. The hotel was very clean and very modern and the staff were very professional and helpful! great decor and even a little shop to fill your mini bar with. The walk into the centre is fine for couples but a little too far with children. about a 30 minute walk to where you want to be. Taxis in the area are not good either! Will 100% be booking to stay again in a few months as it was so relaxing. Had breakfast on one day and it was a very good breakfast but kept running out as they had more guests attend breakfast than expected but when asked they restocked anything that was ran out.

A little bit too far from the centre of Bordeaux which is about 20-30 minute walk in a straight line, but to get there you need to walk through quite a run down part before reaching the bit you want to be in. Could do with having their own private hire taxi/car service as taxis are not good in the area. But this really is not a huge issue, the hotel is beautiful and clean with helpful friendly staff which is exactly what you want.

It is a real 4-star hotel. Large/clean rooms, large bathrooms, very good breakfast, nice staff. When I arrived, all the parking spots were occupied, they gave me the option of a nearby public parking (2-3 minutes walk, aprox 25 euro/day).

Although it is not very far from the city center (30-35 minutes walk, there is also available a public transportation solution) the location can be a problem. The surroundings are not attractive at all (much dirt and terrible smells). After all, the city is fabulous so.... we can ignore.

Breakfast was excellent and the room was comfortable, bright and sufficiently roomy. As a wheelchair user I appreciated the fact that I was contacted when booking offering a change to a ‘wheelchair accessible’ room (which I rejected because we wanted twin beds).

We felt the staff, though efficient and courteous, were not particularly interested in the clients. Does the Hilton value its staff? We noted that the white t-shirts which were their uniform, were poor quality, many were in need of ironing, and even coming apart at the seams. Thus most staff were less well presented than the clients. It generally felt like morale was a bit low.
