Hotel is located very near the train station, bus and tram stops. It is in a walking distance from an old town. Good price, but do not expect luxury - you get what you payed for. I was afraid, that I will not be able to get into the hotel, bacause someone commented that it happened to them when the reception was closed. But all the info for the late arrivals was sent to me by mail and there was no problem whatsoever. I got the code for the doors and second code for the safe where the safe where I found keys to my room. Staff is friendly and helfull and all speak english, which was helpfull as I don't speak french :-)

The hotel was good value for money, it was clean and the room was spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was everything we needed for a three night stay in Bordeaux.

The room we had wasn’t as stylish as the ones illustrated in the photos online so maybe we were unlucky, but it’s no big deal. If I was staying in Bordeaux again, I would probably go for a location closer to the centre, but otherwise, I think this place was a good choice for our budget.

Overall a great place to stay. There was lots of room for 3 adults and the location was fantastic. Close to all public transport like the main train station and the tram. Lots of supermarkets nearby and the apartment had a small kitchen to prepare food. Was fantastic value.

It is mentioned, but there is no air conditioning and it was quite warm. With the great location it means that the street can be loud so opening the window was not always the best option. But the value made this ok.

The rooms were clean and this is what I was expecting to find the most. The hotel was in excellent location. Easy to reach from Flixbus stops and Gare Saint Jean. The tram and airport buses were also close which can be reached by minutes of walking. There are many markets nearby like Lidl and Spar. There is an excellent bakery next to the entrance of the hotel which has fresh and delicious French bakeries. Also you can find many restaurants nearby.

The rooms were designed very simply. If you are expecting to spend your whole day in the room, you will get bored. But that wasn't our objective so I have no complaints for that. Also there is still a construction on the street which causes some small distractions. Luckily, there wasn't much noise.

It was a nice stay and a good value for money. The location is very good, close to the train station and to a tramway station and in the same time at a walkable distance from the city. The apartment was clean comfy and functional. The staff is very welcoming and kind. The communication is good. We had to check-in a bit late and the instructions were detailed and simple.

I would recommend to add a coffee pot to the Kitchenette. The pillows were a bit too high for me.

Great room! Clean, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. Check in and out times suited us and the location was quite close to the train station and (more importantly) a bakery on the corner.

As the hotel notes in its description, there is not air conditioning - but the fans provided combined with open windows made it comfortable enough. The plug in the bathroom sink was jammed, and so the sink couldn't drain - but it wasn't really an issue, and if we'd stayed more than one night I'm sure they would have resolved this. Over all, not much to worry about!

Good location, convenient for railway station and trams. Staff friendly, rooms were basic and a bit drab, but had everything needed and they were clean. Bonus- fabulous bakery shop just around the corner, which was great for breakfast.

Rooms could have done with a few pictures on the wall and better lighting, as lighting was depressing.

The hotel is 5 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from a tram stop to the city which was just what we wanted. The room had a double bed and a single bed with a partition wall between them which makes it perfect for friends as each area has some privacy. There is a small kitchen area with a basic stock of plates, cutlery etc so you can make drinks and heat up food. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful.

The road outside was quite noisy with people shouting and traffic. If the room had double glazing (I’m not sure), it wasn’t very effective.

The staff were lovely and very clear on reception being closed between 12-2pm. We were fortunate to be able to check in early (we'd just been hopeful of parking the car early). The room was much larger than expected so may have been upgraded. The location was excellent with excellent public transport (tram) about a 6 min walk - bus may have been closer. A large pedestal fan was supplied. An excellent patissiere just around the corner and a supermarket about a block away. Would highly recommend.

No toaster which was unusual from an Australian perspective and a second fan for the second bedroom would have been helpful. We didn't ask but they may have readily supplied if we did.

Functional, with small kitchenette and separate bedroom. Near station. Side room opposite park so quieter and windows stopped all noise but opened for fresh air. Helpful and welcoming receptionists

Lounge has extra bed but no sofa. Kitchen needs a large saucepan. Chosen partly because on main bus routes but, no fault of apartments, road half closed for works and buses diverted. A few colourful prints would improve the very bare appearance. Lots of takeaway but not many close restaurants
