The staff was nice and helpful, they helped us check-in rather quickly, even though we arrived earlier at the accommodation. The breakfast was nice and pretty varied, but enough to get bored of it after a longer stay (let's say 3 days). The beds are comfy and the place was rather clean. There're also free parking places right in front of the hotel, so you can see the car from your window.

There were very few towels in the bathroom. We had to ask every day at the reception for more. There was one towel on the floor, and another single towel to use as hands, shower, face towel for both people. Either bring extras from home, or ask at the reception for more, they are very kind and happy to help!

I read some awful reviews so debated changing hotels. We had 2 nights here to prepare for Disney spent a day in Paris, I had myself a friend and a 1 year old. I messaged the property before hand and a cot was ready for us, our rooms were a decent size and when we got there we were happy how clean it was. It says 15 mins from the station but the walk felt shorter than that, car four on the way to stock up on snacks and supplies. The staff were very friendly and for what we paid we really was a bonus! The location of the property was fantastic. It was very very quiet! There was actually a large group of children (possibly a school trip) on our floor and we didn’t even notice until we left later than usual one morning and met them all in the hallway. The hotel was silent! Parking was free and the carpark is locked of an evening. Gate opens with the same code you use to unlock your door. Would absolutely stay again. The rooms are basic. But was ideal for our short stay. The staff were so kind and friendly throughout the 4 days we were there!

The rooms were incredibly small. But having stayed in hotels In New York City before were all hotel rooms are tiny we weren’t too surprised! We were four adults and were pleased we booked two double rooms instead of a family room as I think the family would have been a bit of a struggle for us! But we literally only slept in the rooms, so didn’t bother us! Shower and bathroom a decent size! We will definitely stay again!

Loved this hotel; was really clean, comfortable, quiet, easy access and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. The staff we met were really friendly and helpful. Perfect for what we needed it for which was a couple days at Disneyland. Used the bolt app for taxis to and from hotel and back to the airport and they were great. Cost between €15 & €20 and took between 12 & 20 mins for Disneyland. Didn’t have a great experience with getting the train from the airport so wouldn’t recommend that but hotel perfect. Would definitely recommend and come back. Thank you.

We stayed in Hotel Marne-la-Vallée before visiting Disneyland Paris. The hotel was a 5-10 minute drive away, easy to get too and great value for money. Our room was a basic double bed and bunk beds, which were perfect for our family and a bathroom with shower! Our room was clean and tidy… as stated basic, but all we were doing is sleeping in it for one night! Hotel staff were very friendly on arrival and checking out. They also have a free car parking which is secured/gated.. perfect as we had drove.

Don’t forget to ask for towels on the way up to your bedroom as they aren’t provided and kept at reception.

Everything about the room was okay. I enjoyed my one night stay though I was only there to sleep as I toured the city the whole day. I could check in early though at an extra cost of 10€. The staff helped to secure my luggage the day I checked out because I needed to go to Val d' Europe to make a few purchases. It's two stops to Disneyland Paris and one stop to Val d' Europe. It's also close to the Bussy Saint George train station.

I had difficulty locating the hotel and had no wifi to use Google map. There was also a language barrier trying to ask people around.

The receptionist was extremely helpful. He was very lovely. We checked in due to delays it was really easy to get to the room. I’ve got a little bit lost getting into the property but that was soon rectified.

It felt like it was missing things in the room like an extra desk if you’re a couples so you can put stuff so it was more central as the wardrobe was one side and it could’ve done with another pillow and I think the bed backboard could’ve been a bit higher. Otherwise I’ve got no complaints.

The room was very clean and quiet, we couldn't hear anything from the hallway or outside even though we were on the ground floor right by the parking lot The location is very nice, ideal for Disneyland.

The airconditioning was only blowing air, not cold air, despite us setting it to be a bit colder. Some very minor negatives: Small bathroom, no USB outlets in the wall, we were on the ground floor and wanted to open our window but the stopper to keep it ajar was broken so we couldn't do so because people could just jump in the room if they really wanted to do so

Close to station, excellent value for money. Well equipped vending machines and microwave for use. Reasonable priced breakfast. Really well sound proofed ‐ from road, traffic and other rooms.

Comfortable for a night or two. Key code system for doors not easiest to get in. Access to kettle or boiling water would have been useful.

The hotel was convenient for the station. It was good that reception was manned until late in the evening and early morning and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was basic but clean so was fine for what we needed.

Only a couple of minor things - the towels were a little thin and rough. And it would have been nice to have had a kettle in the room to be able to make a drink rather than using a vending machine.
