Breakfast had many options - cooked, cold meats, pastries, cereal, pancakes, juices and hot drinks. Bowling alley in the next building was a bonus. Walking distance to restaurants and RER

Restricted pool times for the kids - either only very early morning or then late afternoon. Overpriced restaurant. Kitchenette in our room that had electric hob and microwave but no dishes, cutleries, etc - so it was pointless to have it. AC did not work, the room was extremely hot, luckily the windows opened so we were able to cool it down early in the morning and then in the evening.

Good location for Disneyland Parris, Good breakfast, nice swimming pool, and gym facilities.

Don't bother with the hotel arranged transport to Disneyland, the staff said it starts at 09.00hrs, but we was still waiting at 09.40, having asked the staff what time it would arrive, they replied " just wait outside it will come" We decided to take the car in the end as we didn't wish to waste any more time waiting for the bus to come. PS, the bus will only take you to the metro station, and then it's 2 stops on the train o Disneyland PSS, it's cost €30 per day to park your car at Disneyland. Overall the staff were fantastic and I would 100% stay here again.

The hotel room is nice and roomy for 3. The breakfast spread is superb. There is a pool and sauna nearby, also a supermarket/gas station about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Just a slight irritation, I booked the hotel because I read that there is a shuttle to the train station, but apparently this is no longer offered. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the station but you would have to cross a highway. So we used Uber to go to the train station~ about 12 -13 EU per trip. Uber to disneyland is also less than 20 EU. So it was still okay. Paris Central is about 45 to 1 hr away

The pool and gym area are great. The location is fantastic for disneyland and to get to supermarkets - parking is also very easy and the gardens are nice to wonder round in. There is also a lovely boulangerie a walk away where we picked up baguettes and pastries from. It was also super helpful for us to have a fridge and hob in our room - enabling us to sort packed lunches to bring to the park and we even made pasta some evenings for dinner which was helpful given price of parks etc

The hotel room itself had a few things to be desired - there was a large bleach stain on the floor and the 'floating shelves' in both our room and the bathroom were barely hanging on the wall (didn't trust them to put a cup on) so could do with a bit more TLC. Perhaps more importantly the hot water tap was scolding to the touch and I burnt myself twice. Didn't let my daughter near it as was very painful.

We stayed for 3 nights for Disneyland Paris - the hotel is amazing so modern and tastefully decorated. The staff helped with the booking of taxis etc and couldn’t do enough for you. The Italian attached to hotel is unreal the food is so good. There’s a a bud stop outside the hotel which takes you to the train station for free then it’s €2.80 p/p train straight into Disney - we did this with a double buggy and two kids and it was fine. Would stay here again when coming to Disney as the hotel has everything including a beautiful spa/swimming pool - 10/10 property

The location of the hotel is fantastic and the hotel provide a free shuttle bus to take you to the train station which is less than ten minutes away. From this station, trains to Disneyland and Paris are easily accessible. The hotel is next to a building which includes a bowling alley and a lovely Italian restaurant. The hotel is extremely modern, staff go above and beyond to help you and are extremely friendly. There is also access to a lovely swimming pool and spa in the hotel - which was very relaxing! Amazing hotel!

The hotel was lovely, breakfast was really nice every morning, onsite facilities were great, bowling & pool our little boy loved this as an added bonus to his birthday trip! Spa & wellness centre was nice. The hotel was clean, fresh towels & beds made daily. Staff were all friendly & helpful. Location was good, 10 minutes drive from Disneyland Paris! & only 20 min drive from centre of Paris. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Pros- convenient location for DLP, there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel which brings you to the station. Breakfast was good - eggs, cereal, different types of bread (it wasn’t a massive breakfast buffet but would get you through the morning) Facilities were also pretty good

Cons- shuttle only ran 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours at night Our trash was replaced every day (at least it seemed to be empty every time we came back at night) and I just don’t like having people enter the room when we haven’t checked out yet. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

We had interconnecting rooms on the first floor, they were nice, modern and clean. The bed was comfortable, coffee was good. Breakfast was fine - you get everything you need, maybe a bit more variety of hot dishes (like an omelet for example) would be a nice addition. The SPA and swimming pool area was also nice and clean, however children are allowed only between 7-10 am and 5-7 pm in the evening. Additional hour in the afternoon for children would be nice. There is a nice Italian restaurant nearby and bowling, so there is always something to do.

We booked this hotel because we came to Disneyland for 2 days, and in the reviews I read there was a shuttle bus to Disney. However on the reception they assured us the hotel did not have a shuttle. Therefore we had to take a taxi (approx 12-15 mins drive to Disneyland parks). Also, there is no room service in terms of food - so you can not order food to the room. If you are tired and want to eat in the room - the only way is to call the Italian restaurant nearby and order take away. But then you need to walk there and get your food.

Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly and breakfast was a very good selection of hot and cold, sweet and savoury options. The location was good, we stayed here for Disneyland Paris - we could have stayed closer but we liked the look of this hotel. We had initially planned to bus to the nearest train station then train to Disney, as there is a bus stop outside, but we needed up getting an Uber every day which ranged between €17-22 euros one way depending on time of day. It was around a 15 minute trip and we preferred to do this than get buses and trains as this would have taken longer. One evening we went bowling which was €8 per game per adult but it was a nice bonus the hotel had. There is also a supermarket over the road, and some Restaurants close by. There is also the hotel Italian restaurant which looked lovely but we didn’t eat there. Would happily stay again.

The only downside is that there was a crack in the sink so the water seeped out a bit and also I suspect the drain was blocked as the water drained slowly. Not a huge problem, only a minor inconvenience which I’m sure will be fixed. It was also very difficult to try to connect/cast streaming services on the TV but again not essential, just a slight inconvenience.
