The hotel is clean, and the location to train station is about 7 min walk. Disneyland is only 2 stops away 5 euro one way ticket. Ubar is around 20 Euros based on 4 people. I would recommend to download and ubar and Bolt app and compare prices. Whilst you checking prices do change. Breakfast you pay through the hotel buffet style. Dinner you pay the restaurant, which is also buffet style. The restaurant is literally open plan linked with a small seating area and a bar. The downstairs area is quite small The hotel will give you 1 voucher per night of your stay for a choice of drink non alcohol and alcohol to choose from in exchange they don't clean your room during your stay. Staff are friendly and quite accommodating

The only annoying bit was that one night, we arrived back around 12 am and the security doors/ gates were locked. The pin to open the gate wouldn't work. Rang the hotel, and they took 15 mins to answer. Bit annoying when you're waiting with children in the cold.

For a budget hotel just outside Disneyland, it was absolutely fantastic! Some reviews don’t do justice but this hotel suited us down to the ground! 2 stops from Disney, really easy to get to from RER station. Staff were fantastic, no language barrier. Really good to have a later checkout time of 12 noon meaning you don’t have to rush out. Room was small but did the job for what we needed. If you’re doing Disney on a budget then this hotel is perfect! Would definitely return again.

Rooms to be a tad cooler but that could have been down to us not knowing how to use the air conditioning 🤦‍♀️

Location was good for us, the rooms were comfy and it was great to have a restaurant on site. We were a large family party in four rooms, and it was really nice, except that some said they found it too warm in the rooms.

The arrangements for dinner were complicated. After we had served our children with their starters we found out that wasn't included in the children's menu, so it got a bit complicated. It would also have been nice to book our breakfast in advance. Some had breakfast included and others of us didn't somehow - I think we used different booking platforms.

Location was quite. didn't really hear any other hotel residences. 10 minutes drive from Disney. More affordable option for a last minute trip if driving. Free parking is good. Liked the secure overnight parking. Was given a code to get in the carpark after 9pm. Staff very helpful. Didn't have breakfast in the hotel so cannot comment.

Bed was too close to the wall so when you get up during the night, you nearly hit the light on the wall when you get up. On 2nd night, realised the bed moves. Bed was a little too hard but slept well after a day at disney.

Perfect location for a Disneyland trip! Short walk to the train station and less than 10 minutes to Disney from there. Basic room but perfect for the price, would definitely stay again.

The carpets on the floor were visibly dirty, could do with a carpet cleaner job. Could have done with more storage space in the room also rather than the sofa bed

Staff were really friendly, helpful and location very good to Disney park just 13 minutes by car , 2 stops by train , 40 minutes to Paris city centre nether way and also there’s good restaurant in town centre.

The parking should be free of charge to the customers who staying in hotel.

fantastic location for Disneyland, close to train station for easy walk! room was perfect for the time we stayed, fairly small but still decent. only problem I had was one of the towels was slightly dirty, but other than that was an excellent stay

Gate to get into the property can be a bit tricky to get into, get given different codes to use when you first arrive, so just have to put in all the codes until one of them works

Very friendly staff, quick responses to all my messages. A great place to stay if you visit Disneyland Paris. Short walk to the train station in a safe neighbourhood (not a scary walk, there is a footpath everywhere). The room is simple and could be cleaner (the carpet needs to be changed and the shower has limescale), but fine. very quiet, we slept very well.

The rooms need some updates.

Hotel was in a good location for Disney just a short walk to the RER station. Staff were welcoming rooms were comfortable and clean. Perfect base. I would stay again.

The hotel was so hot especially in the rooms. We were thankful the window opened wide
