A clean and cosy hotel with basic rooms. We had the family room which was fairly spacious for a family of three. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. A small fridge, kettle and some coffee/tea is available in the room. The hotel is conveniently located two train stops away from Disneyland. You can also take the train to the city center, which takes about 30 to 40 minutes. We bought the unlimited train ticket which cost us about 48€ for our family of three. Definitely avoid coming back to the hotel from the city during peak hours which is probably around 5 to 7 pm. The train was packed like sardines and you got to push your way in. If you have taken the train in Tokyo during rush hours, the situation was exactly the same. There is an Asian restaurant directly opposite the hotel which serves pretty good Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese cuisine. At the back of the hotel is a sushi restaurant and some pizzerias. There are two patisseries nearby the hotel as well as some small supermarkets. Overall, a decent hotel which I would recommend.

The location was perfect for visiting Disneyland, so close to the RER station and situated in a lovely quiet area. The staff were amazing, friendly, polite and super helpful. The hotel is excellent and the rooms large and comfortable. Chloe checked us in and was amazing, so friendly and even upgraded us because it was my friends birthday! The staff went above and beyond and we had a brilliant stay.

Though I loved our privilege room, there was no ‘main light’ which meant it was a bit dark if you had the curtains drawn but this was a minor detail.

very good location if you like asian food esp vietnamese pho, theres 2 min walk asian supermarket , fresh local bakery , carrefour , 2 train stop away from disney, train station is also 3 min walk, thank you for accomodating my early check in request at 12 noon , we re exhausted from all night flight, i cancelled my booking from other hotel that check in only at 4 pm , for me its illogical and so incovenient, you have hot boiled egg , rare in paris

I would like to personally thank all the receptionists. They were extremely nice and helpful. The first night, one of them came with me to exactly show where I can park (I was tired and it was hard for us to find the parking). They other day, they spent time for me, explaining the best way to go to Disneyland, and also they printed our tickets. All of them were as nice and helpful as it is possible. The room was big. We were 2, but it was easily good for 3 people. I liked it. It is a 4 star hotel, and it is exactly what it should be.

The hotel was specifically chosen for the location, near the RER into Disneyland Paris, it was simply perfect, 2 stops from the park. All the facilities were spot on, the breakfast was great, plenty of choice, rooms were large enough for our party, we had 2 Adults in one room, then 2 adults and a 2yr old in the other. Complimentary parking was requested and was a bonus having driven from UK.

The only slight disappointment was the price of the breakfast (it was a good breakfast don't get me wrong) and the city tax, which added some £300 to the cost of staying, the £/Euro exchange rate was not good.

Fantastic location to catch the RER into Paris. Staff very helpful for finding parking, helping you get to transport and how to use the RER and Metro Wish staff was a bit better on English (part of my failing for having no French language) A couple of the staff go way up and above expectations to help - so thankful for them.

Everything is ok regarding the hotel ; the checkin was a bit longer than expected, I don’t know if always it is like this. They invited us to wait while dealing with other customers but after this, nobody called us, we had to go again and ask them to check us in although we were waiting few meters in front of the reception desk

We loved the location. Bussy-Saint-George is a quite little town, with all services you may need as a tourist, just 2 train stations away from Disneyland. Breakfast was well served, and cherry on the top was the Thai waiter Sebron who is extra friendly and made us feel really welcome. Nuxe amenities are a plus.

Room was really warm as air conditioning could not be controlled In the room. During the evenings we opened the windows to sleep better.

Very nice hotel close to RER train station - easy to reach from Paris and 2 stops to Disneyland. Quiet environment, nice restaurants nearby, small grocery store and take away street food next street. Breakfast good (missed fresh salad/fruits/vegetables though) and rooms very nice, spacious and clean. Bar and restaurant also in hotel. Perfect location when travelling with kids!
