Staff very friendly and helpful from reception team to breakfast team and room service. Facilities as per star rating. Very clean. Breakfast great and good value and plenty of options for a vegetarian. Aircon very effective (35c when visited).Location between medieval city and new(ish) town perfect to see best of the area. Would definitely stay again if lucky enough to revisit the region. Thanks team Espace Cite for a lovely base to explore your wonderful town.

Struggling to find a negative. To be very picky decaf coffee option at breakfast would have suited but wide variety of fruit teas instead.

Location is exceptional for the value of the rent, yes there are 2 or 3 others in the area, friendship of recepcionist at arrival was just wonderfull, rooms are small but very very cosi... perfect

Parking in the area takes some time, possible but takes some time and exploring. It was too hot weather and the AC in the room made some noise, so it was between sleeping naked or with ear plugs :-)

Perfect location. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Air con was a blessing with 37 degree heat. Room had a lovely view and hotel was nice and quiet. Breakfast suited us perfectly. Definitely better than the rating it has.

Tea/coffee/fridge in room would have been nice. Few items in bathroom needing sprucing up (door was broken) These did not adversely affect our stay.

The hotel is located just a few meters from la Cite, lots of parking, very friendly, helpful staff. The hotel was very quiet, the beds were comfy (we were two friends in a twin room), the breakfast was plentiful. We would recommend it. Great view of the Cite from our window.

The glass wall dividing the room from the bathroom was odd. It was opaque but I don't know why they had done it. The bathroom itself was nice.

Perfectly situated for visiting the Cité, which was literally 5 mins from the hotel. The view from our window was exactly as the one here- is it my photo?!! Rooms are small but more than adequate; the breakfast buffet at €10 per person was excellent

The wet room was divided from the bed area by a glass partition; being married for 50 years was not a huge problem, but even we timed our visits to the bathroom for a level of privacy.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel . Last stayed 7yrs ago . The hotel is superbly placed a short walk to la Cité and and easy walk to la bastide. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the rooms although quite small were perfect and a beautiful compact shower room . All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

Parking is a little tight but did manage to get free parking both on arrival and after being out for the day . There is paid underground parking if you wish to reserve

nice modern hotel, breakfast included with veranda with views of the castle. Parking for the motorbike with option for paid underground parking. Great location, very short walk to castle

small double bed that you couldn't sit up in bed due to sticking out lights. the bathroom had the wall facing the room in full frosted glass, not very private, sliding door to bathroom and shower not enclosed in the bathroom so surrounding areas got quite wet. Towels stayed damp and the room felt damp after a shower and on return to the room.

The location IS fantastic with a 200m walk to the Cite Walls. The staff, great and very helpful. The room was quiet, clean and well prepared. While there are no tea facilities in the room they are in reception. Car parking is free or undercover (paid) on site. Breakfast - was great value. Overall, much better than I expected for price/location. There are a number of good places to eat a short walk away but it is a pricey tourist area.

Location was very close to the walled city. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was a big plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was secure parking . We would definitely stay here again.

Our room was tiny and right by the outdoor car park. The sun was streaming into our room so the curtains had to be closed the whole time in order to keep the room cool and this made it very dark so lights had to be put on which was not ideal. There is no way of getting to and from the car park other than walking around the building.

The location was within 100yds of the city walls. It had underground parking that was secure. The reception staff were very friendly

It didn't have a restaurant but since it is so close to the historic centre it was probably better to be encouraged to explore with the purpose of finding somewhere good to eat.
