Hotel Review I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel, and I highly recommend it! From the moment we entered the lobby, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The lobby has a very welcoming atmosphere, leaving an excellent first impression. The staff is outstanding – always smiling, extremely friendly, and eager to help with anything you need. Every request was handled promptly and with great care. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and very diverse, with options to suit all tastes. Whether you’re looking for something classic or more sophisticated, you’ll definitely find something you like. The rooms, though small, are very well-organized, offering enough space for a comfortable 3-day stay. Everything was impeccably clean, and the overall ambiance was pleasant and relaxing. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, stress-free, and relaxing stay!

Room/s was more than we expected. We did wonder if the decor, fittings, carpets, walls, etc would be "tired", but I was pleasantly surprised, nothing looked shabby and "tired". Evening meal/restaurant was pleasant. All-in-all more than I expected and will definitely return.

Whilst the evening meal was good, it would be better if you could have the menu both in French and English as there were some excellent meals coming out of the kitchen for French-speaking customers, but we could not fully understand the French-only menu. And as we not the only non-speaking French that were staying overnight, it was a shame, after all, it would boost your income if more people could order more meals! Breakfast was adequate, but they had run out of sausages and scrambled egg.

Great location, pleasant staff, good evening restaurant and meals. Breakfast was typical continental (cheeses, crosissants, bread, cereals, fried sausages/scrambled eggs, or boiled eggs). The rooms exceeded our expectations inasmuch as they weren't the typical "tired-looking" offerings of some of the more well-known hotel chains.

Restaurant evening meal menu needs to be bi-lingual. The food emerging from the kitchen looked very appetising, but as we couldn't decipher the French-only text we had to settle for burger and chips!

The staff was friendly and can speak many languages. The room is bigger than I expected. if you've ever stayed at any other Ibis hotel you'll know what I mean. I was cold though. But there was a electric heater. That was useful.

The room was cold and using the heater made the air dryer. Not a big issue but still want to point that out. Also the closet is too close to the ground. It was like for a child. Again, not a big issue.

The staff were extremely friendly and warm. The check-in was fast. The hotel has a positive vibe, the restaurant seems lively in the evening but not.noisy at all. There's a nice bar and some comfy places to sit. They provide a daily newspaper in French. It's a convenient place if you have a car. Colmar centre is a 10 min drive away, and it's easy to park in the centre.

The only downside are very small rooms, but they are clean and the beds are comfortable. The temperature was good too.

Staff was friendly, room has everything we needed, free parking, fast WiFi, warm water, clean bathroom, clean bedroom, only 3 km away from the center, has a few nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, and most importantly the value for money!

Mattress was too thin and not really attached to the bed (so it kept moving away), the noise starting at 9:00 from the outside (truck), above and next door (drilling).

Everything! It is very hard to find anything to complain about.This is my 4th visit and was even better than previously. I especially enjoyed the breakfast with a very wide selection of things to eat. The restaurant is good too for an evening meal. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet and the shower was big! The staff are great too, speak English, and welcome pets with open arms!!

It's hard to find anything bad to say

I stayed for two nights to break my journey home to the UK from Italy. The staff were wonderful and helped me quite a lot during my stay (I am a disabled traveller. Thank you for a comfortable relaxing break from a thousand mile drive home!

My only problem was that there are several Ibis hotels in Colmar and it was not easy to find until I went into the first one and they gave me precise directions.

Following an earlier stay this month where we had issue with being unable to obtain a restaurant reservation due to it, allegedly, being full, this stay it was decidedly full with two coach parties booked in. However, this time the restaurant was able to provide us and six other guests with tables, albeit with a limited 'flambe' menu. Well Done

Nothing

The rooms were very clean! Really hot water at the bath! Stuff was very friendly and eager to help. One of the rooms was a bit cold but the stuff offered a heat radiator and worked out fine!

Breakfast is pretty expensive per person, considering what it is offering. In addition, it would be nice to have a lower price for children's breakfast.
