Outstanding property! Period. Prior to my arrival I had a great caring communication with the staff. Hotel location is superb, right on one of the main streets in Etretat. Hotel has its own secure parking, this is a big plus. Yes, it cost extra but worth it every penny. My room was great with a direct view on the water. Hotel is small, very well appointed. My room was the largest(free upgrade) on the top floor. Yes, property has no elevator but there is no reason to complain, please read description before booking!!!! Front desk is outstanding. Great breakfast, nothing super fancy but there are plenty of choices My sincere thank you to the front desk ladies - Silvia and Matilde. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. I am looking forward to return.

Hotel located in nice old style French building. It located in quite place but just 5-6 minutes walk from Étretat beach, so location is great. Hotel has its own parking for 19 euro per night which is OK for such place like Étretat where it is not easy not find a parking place for your car even on paid parkings. Hotel and room was good and clean, breakfast was great! You can have complimentary hamam and sauna for 30 minutes, just book an applicable timeslot for you during check-in. Don't forget to enjoy sunset in Étretat on the beach! :)

Only the price is higher that average but it's worth it :)

The hotel is located in the heart of Etretat and very easy to reach. The rooms are spacious and very clean, including the bathroom and toilet. The staff is very friendly.

We picked the hotel specifically for the jacuzzi in the common area as it was displayed on the pictures. Upon arrival we noticed the jacuzzi was at charge of €50,- per 30 minutes which is not what we expected, and an absurd amount for 30 minutes. This is a big disappointment and therefore the rating for the facilities is low since it actually dind't offer it for free. The breakfast is quite basic, which is understandable as it's a small hotel. I do believe the breakfast could've had more options. Parking is available at the property but quite expensive considering you can find free parking all around. The hotel charges a lot of small amounts on top of your hotel bill to make more money.

Everything was incredible despite staff couldn’t speak English well, they tried their best for sure & were so warm-welcomed so it wasn’t uncomfortable for us. Moreover, our room was extremely clean, I mean really clean that’s usually rare thing in small french cities. We’re really enjoying this part of vacay during our stay here

Parking place was too small for our car & it was located 3-5 minute on foot because that hadn’t had free places on a parking near our hotel when we arrived so it’ll be better to book it in advance

The Location is perfect!!! Room clean and comfortable with fancy modern decoration and designs. The hotel staff were exceptionally professional and friendly, providing top-notch service. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel package included complimentary access to the sauna and steam room for 30 minutes, although appointments were required in advance.

The breakfast options were rather limited, and considering the higher price for a three-star hotel. However, to be honest, the hotel's hardware standards are at least on par with those of a four-star establishment.

The location and the two bedroom suite was charming and perfect for our family of 4. We loved that we did not have to take the car to visit the cliffs which is the main reason why we chose this hotel. The parking reservation per night is competely worth it.

Breakfast was simple and quite expensive for what it was.

Location was great and very convenient, city itself is quite small so location wouldn’t be an issue, however it had an easy access to the bus stations and to the ocean and the city itself.

There is no elevator, so I imagine people traveling with the big suitcases might find it inconvenient, for us it was ok. Can’t think of anymore

The staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly and fun! It was was my husband’s birthday and as we left for dinner, the receptionist played Stevie Wonder’s happy birthday through the speakers. The rooms are stylish, there is a sweet courtyard, free hamman and additional paid spa facilities. Rooms are stylish and breakfast generous with lots of variety.

The rooms are cosy and spacious. There is coffee and tea in the rooms. The staff is very friendly. The location is very centric to all the amenities and the cliffs.

It would be very helpful if the instructions on the old hotel where we tried to get in initially and messages were also available in English.

Location was excellent. It was good to have parking on the premises.

The space was not optimized. There was no usable desk. The lighting in the room was dark.
