The room was aa expected and perfect for our needs.

We chose to eat in the restaurant that night as we were shattered. The meal wasn't great. I thought I was getting a piece of meat but I had something on my plate that was reconstructed to look like ribs I think! It was like something you wouldn't pick up from farmfoods or heron foods! They also ran out of creme caramel and the menu was extremely limited. Wouldn't stop me staying there again but I'd definitely recommend eating out!

On being asked, the friendly receptionist easily changed our room to one with a walk in shower - excellent! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and we thought that the breakfast was superb. Wifi was easy to access.

On arrival we found that we had been put in a room with a bath, which my wife could not access. The room was changed without fuss, but the new room had stains on the carpet. Also, the only way to let air into the room was to open the outside door, which we did not do for security reasons.

Convenient place to stay overnight straight off the ferry at the start of our cycle holiday from Dunkirk to Holland. In green surroundings, supermarket nearby, friendly flexible receptionist. Interestingly, the bikes are kept inside the room. Loon-plage is a nice quiet village for a wander in the evening.

Not very good sound proofing, so we could hear other guests close by. Some guests were quite noisy late at night and early in the morning, but not for long.

I have stayed in dozens of Campanile properties all over Europe and they have all been predictably good places to stay

I was disappointed to see water damage on an internal wall in my room. Possible from the shower on the other side of that wall. I was also disappointed to find out there was no vegetarian option as a main course in the restaurant.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Able to store our bikes securely overnight, important as we were on a cycling holiday. Room smallish but certainly adequate with nice view of goats in the field. Comfortable communal area. A bar. Excellent breakfast. Close to ferry port. All this for a very reasonable price. Certainly stay again

Good location for ferry travelers, enough spaces for parking, surrounding seems to be safe. Staff and checking effecitve.

Breakfast price ok, but wish to see scramble eggs, missing elevator to the first floor. It would be great to see a bicycle storage at the ground floor.

We only booked as a stopover for the ferry the next day ,wasn't really expecting much. The hotel was 5 minutes away from the ferry terminal. The food in the restaurant was very tasty, recommended by the young lady on the bar. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were very good too. We were very surprised and pleased at everything

Nothing really to complain about.

The Hotel was simple but very clean. The staff was so helpful as we spoke English and they spoke French but they were more than willing to speak into our translator so we could communicate. The breakfast was very nice, nothing fancy but more than enough selections

Simple and clean concept. Cheap and dog friendly.

We got a dinner and it was awful. A burger which was at least 3 days old. Could not even cut into it snd everyone was returning it. Language barrier to address the issues so could not complain

Handy location to the ferry port, shop and so on. If you have pets then it's ideal. There is a window that is the length of a door in your bedroom. This was perfect to let the dogs out. Staff were very nice. The room was small but keep in mind. We had two of us and two medium dogs in the room. Even then we were all good.
