This is a nicely decorated and confortable suite. Well located, approximately 10 minutes walk from shopping & restaurants. Staff (not on-site) really tried to be helpful and accommodating.

Check-in available is late -- 5pm. Bags must be stored at the off-site office, approx. 10 minutes walk from hotel itself. Nespresso machine in kitchen really needs more coffee pods than the 2 we were provided. While there is both a laundry machine and a dishwasher present, use of them leads to a "penalty!" No pods or powder for either anyway. "Penalty" again if you dare to use the stove! Closet & storage space lacking.

The apartment was beautiful, roomy and close to everything. We had a two bedroom apartment with a sitting area. This accommodated our (3) guests perfectly. There was a queen bed and two twin beds as well as a pull out sofa bed. The bathrooms were very big and roomy with toiletries and a hairdryer. The kitchenette had a dishwasher, a washier/dryer and a coffee machine. The refrigerator was stocked with Champagne(!) if we wanted to pay extra for it and snack s were also provided. After staying at two other placed that did not provide breakfast, we decided to pay extra to have breakfast delivered to our door every morning. It was well worth it and abundant!

The only con, might be that it was a little pricy. But for our family it was well worth it! There were no other cons to report.

Excellent location centrally, close to Pl Bellecour, with easy connections plus lots of bars and restarants. Good AC (though no control). Really quiet (facing the yard). A good bed.

Even bottled water was not free but charged at 3€/bottle. Could not log on to wifi (required a room number not shown anywhere). OK breakfast (had to be ordered separately) but included muesli though no milk. No gym. Larger than a hotel room, but a 'suite' is a bit of a stretch.

We asked the question of leaving our luggages via sms and emails the evening before leaving and got no answer This is the problem of those "hotels" without staff and front desk The price is high

Communication with the hotel runs mostly on internet (rapidly, no problems), but one has to be lucky to get someone on the phone... Entry is easy using codes which were sent on time and with correct explanation.

Entering the "suite" was a surprise - no table or chair where one could write ore eat! It is surprising, that such a "suite" has a kitchenette, if there is no way to sit and eat. The rest of the "suite" was OK, but maintenace during the stay should be better. An example: a towel fell on the floor and I left it there to be exchanged, but it was not...this is quite disapointing! It is a pity, as the location and everything else is really good.

Extremely comfortable room, spacious, perfect bed, very clean and wonderful location.

Service was not up to the expectations - I tried to reach the number indicated in the reservation to ask for a parking spot and nobody answered the phone nor the text sent. Also, small details could make a big difference, for example having some space to put shampoo and soap in the shower, cups for water and not only for wine and the acoustic of the room (I woke up at 7am with the loud noise of the room next door).

The apartment was huge and felt very modern. To put it simply - you feel fancy staying here. The bathroom and shower were great and the bed was enormous. Air con quiet enough to be able to leave on all night. Other people have complained about the payment / check-in process and codes but we had no problem with this whatsoever and found everything very smooth and secure.

This was a perfectly located property with a great view. It was near many brasseries and shops and the view of the river was just really lovely to look out to.

There was a bit of confusion about the presence and use of the washing machine and there were dustballs in some corners. These were addressed after a while though, which I really appreciated.

I really like the decoration and the size of the room. The appliances and the size of the room. The location is pretty good too. It is quiet as well. I like the light controls and sound to be able to connect with Bluetooth to your device and listen to music even in the shower.

The bedding had a stain but the staff was very quick to replace it. The kettle we used to prepare tea that it is available inside the room triggered the fire alarm from the steam although no one came it was not nice to cause such noise that probably disturbed other guests. There is no front desk and everything is with codes that means you need to have battery on your phone or written the codes somewhere to be able to get in, this should be said in advance, that there is no front desk.

The room, location and communication were excellent. It was not a problem having no front desk and actually felt more private. For the size and quality of the room I found it excellent value, would be a steal for a couple sharing, though my friends had the larger suite and that is even better!

Cleanliness mostly very good but some deep cleaning would be improve things further. Under the bed and behind some things in the room need attention.
