I was a little worried because this hotel was run as a 2-star hotel, it had no air conditioning and we were going in the middle of summer. But the apartment was clean and comfortable and wasn't too hot, so we enjoyed our stay. The hotel had a garage and a metro station nearby. The bathroom was big and clean and there was always hot water. This part of the city is wonderful, there are many restaurants, shops and cafes nearby, and you can easily and quickly get to any part of Paris by metro. A little advice for someone coming to Paris for the first time for several days. Bring a photo of your face as for ID (3x2.5 cm) and create a NavigoPass.

We booked two rooms to attend some venues at the olimpic games once prices had started to boost, so it was great value for the money as we got breakfast included. Beds were really comfortable and one of the toilets had already been renewed, the other needs some maintenance as the sink is damaged and a couple of tiles are missing, but in general terms although they are very small, they are ok. We missed hand towels as there were non. Rooms are quite small but you don't go to Paris to stay at the hotel so no problem. They should update the photos as the entrance, breakfast area and rooms have been renewed so they look better than on the current photos.

We spent 3 days in the hotel. The breakfast was modest, but there was enough toast and jam for everyone. Very good coffee. The rooms are small and modest but clean. The bathroom is microscopic but also sufficient. The hotel is great if you plan on sightseeing. Very nice staff, check-in and check-out without any problems. The district in which it is located is great - safe, well connected to the most important places in Paris. I recommend both the place and the hotel to everyone. I would love to go back there. Thank you!

If you're looking for Euro standard, this place is not for you, but for an experience that will blow your mind - fantastic! We loved it, with all it's quirks, because there wasn't a single boring thing and we kept discovering new quirks, which all rather added to the experience and made us laugh. Especially the view from our window was awesome. The hotel's placement is absolutely perfect - most transport was less than 10 minutes away and the staff was friendly. We had very good time there. Yes, it wasn't perfect, but I would pick this quirky place any day over the perfect Euro standards.

There were things that could use adjustments, but nothing major that would ruin the whole experience.

The location is close to the Gard Nord station metro and within walking distance of the center if like me you don't mind walking. This was a surprise because I had misread the map. It was in a quiet street to the rear of the market on Boulevard Magenta.

The room was a good size but like many of the hotels in France, the bathroom/shower space was cramped. There was a need for an absorbent shower mat towel rather than just two ordinary towels.

Nice and friendly staff, very convenient location. We liked the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are clean and soft. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but you can use their kettle, microwave and dishes. A very good option at a low price. Not suitable for those who are looking for the service of a 5-star hotel at the price of a 2-star hotel.

Not enough towels.

Nice simply hotel for just a 1 night stay. Staff very friendly Location is important for us as it was a quick visit to Paris so being really close to Gare du Nord is perfect. Has a bed and small bathroom but that's all we needed

We didn't have a issue but the bathrooms are small and cramped but you get that with alot of hotels in paris so again wasnt a issue with us but can see why someone would complain

The location excellent not far from Gare du Nord and in a quiet street . As I went with a semi disabled friend, getting to lift was not easy as could be as lift was one floor up from ground floor but we managed ok. Bed comfortable and room was fine . The staff very nice , specially Mohammed on the desk — always cheerful and helpful

Nothing really we found it fine

Great Location to tour the Sites of Paris, friendliness of staff and location to Shops, Restaurants and the Train Stations. would have no hesitation in staying there again or recommending it as a place to stay

Lifts between the floor levels but we realised the building was built before the Lift was installed, not a major issue

The location is FANTASTIC - the center of PARIS. and the room was very pleasant and cozy. We arrived on a train and left on the train. Both train stations are a walking distance of 1-2 km. Also, we went on the tour on a big red bus, and its stop was within walking distance as well. at the Opéra Garnier! People who work there were so genuinely kind and friendly to my Ukrainian family with a little child

All was perfect. The people who work there are very nice and kind.
